Always a great place to come. They fit you in even on busy days if they can, or as soon as they’re able. They spend the extra time looking over the car and driving out to isolate the issue. I’ve gotten tires for both cars in the past, brakes and alignment, oil changes obviously and allow went well. I did some suspension work on my SUV last Spring and was very pleased with the results.At this location, Rami is absolutely fantastic and I’ve actually followed him from another branch because of his attention to detail and customer focused style. If you’re looking for someone you can trust, I suggest Mavis in general and the Wyckoff location first.

Didnt know anything, went for them to simply change a TPSM in my left rear tire on my F-150. They dropped my rim, went and changed it put it back on the truck did not re-learn my tires so the light stayed on, I went back they couldnt figure out how to do it. I had to pay $90 for another sensor plus the mounting and balancing fee when they didnt fully remove the tire so there was no need for them to balance (which they didnt do) but I was charged anyways. They then took over an hour and a half to replace the sensor, as a technician knowing how to do this process it was just mind blowing to me. I will never go to this place again. They do a horrible job and everyone who works there just seems miserable.

Got a flat tire on my 1 year old tire because the nail was in the wrong place and they replaced it with warranty prorated. Nick was super nice and helpful. Everyone else was also friendly and courteous.

Frank who installed my tires was great, professional, knowledgeable and most efficient and took great care of my vehicle. Wade performed very well also with my vehicle maintenance. I enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend the staff and location and will definitely use them again and tell all of my friends. Great pricing and fairness in the services they provide.

Wonderful service especially during Covid! Jeremy the manager and Tom were so nice and accommodating! Originally I stopped over after work and asked Tom for a recommendation on what to do about the multiple nails in my tires. He filled my tires with air and gave me a quote for my tires. He told me to come back when I had the time and money. I did just that! I could of went many other places but I went back because of their customer services and warm personalities. Unfortunately got there 2 minutes before they closed on a Friday evening. They could have easily told me to take a hike or saved the car for the next day. All three managers (Jeremy, Bernie, and Tom) looked at my tire and stayed open later than necessary to help out. All three were helpful not only in helping out with the temporary fix, but also with providing options for a more permanent fix. Professional, real, honest, friendly, efficient..

The manager Jeremy is always courteous and professional. My car needed a variety of things related to suspension and a faulty ABS sensor. Everything was fixed and my car has never run so well-just in time for winter season. People need to know Mavis offers a large scope of services-not just tires and oil changes! Came in to get my brakes done on Friday and the mechanic Ray that did my brakes was awesome he was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me that I needed and because of the way I was treated I will definitely be back thank you for a great experience going to this location I will be referring my friends and family to you

Called up and hour and 1/2 before closing time was talking to a guy said come on down when your ready, took my number, email etc so I got there in 15mins from when I called in my car and my wife’s car with a set of rims to get new tires on and guy at desk says yes your name is down but we’re fully booked!! What a waste of time and effort and not even an apology

Jeremy is the absolute best!! I always receive excellent service from Jeremy and all of the employees. I highly recommend everyone to go to Mavis in wyckoff for all of their automotive repair needs, and to purchase tires also.

About 3 weeks ago my engine light came on in my Infiniti G37x and I stopped by Mavis. Jeremy came outside and for no charge diagnosed my car stating that it was my catalytic converter. He told me you can safely drive with the light on and he would get everything and it would be expensive about 1300. So then I was driving the day before bringing my car in for this repair and engine light goes off. I showed up and Jeremy said I have sisters and mom at home and I will not take advantage of a woman especially when you dont need converter most likely. He told me i drove enough and whatever was going on had reset at about 75 miles. So he told me get Cataclean and I did exactly what he said. I did it 2x to ensure everything was cleaned out. It cost me about 60 dollars and its fixed since then. I recommend this Mavis location over any other one and over any other mechanic or other places for tires. I have been using them for everything and even my brakes are under warranty so all I pay is an hour of labor when pads needs replacement and my tires for 53 dollars if anything happens a bubble, nail or anything they replace it for the life of tire. I love these guys! Thanks for always a great experience!

Shopped around online for some tires and found Mavis to be the best price. I was a little apprehensive to take my business here due to some negative reviews on yelp. But I figured if I didnt like the service - it is easy to walk out. I spoke with Leo and told him what tires I wanted. He had to order them for me and they would be here next day (which is today). He showed me a price, and the cost of the tire was a little higher than the online price. Leo told me he would obviously honor the online price. Tires came in today and I went down and was immediately taken. They informed me of brake wear and suspension becoming weak (my words not theirs). I declined both services and was not pressured to replace these. Got my 4 new tires on - hassle free, and had some nice conversation with Leo. Nick rang me up and we went over everything on the bill - without any problems. I will definitely be back to replace my tires on my Yukon XL. It was a pleasurable experience.

Bad customer service experience

Excellent experience as always at Mavis Discount Tire Center in Midland Park, NJ. Very friendly and professional. Also, very efficient. We have gone to them in the past for new tires as well as other car repairs such as recently getting our brakes replaced. No issues or complaints here. I highly recommend!

I have had mixed experiences at other Mavis locations, but I had a good experience at the Wyckoff location thanks to Jeremy - He was friendly and professional (with me and other customers) and got me out of there as quickly as possible.

Something that DCH Honda wanted 4 hours and 300 dollars to do, Mavis did in an hour and charged me 30 bucks

I am very happy with the quality of the service and the staff at Mavis Wyckoff. They were able to fit me in and get the work done quickly. I have been there several times and have had a consistent experience with them. From the need for new tires to emergency repairs and standard things like oil changes I am always pleased with the results and the way they work with my schedule.Unlike other places I have gone to they have never tried to up sell services and show me what should be done right now and what can wait a little bit. This is such a rare thing these days so they have earned my loyalty. Good, honest, pleasant service! In todays world it seems like a lost art. Thank you Mavis Tire and staff.

Very convenient location. Had my brakes done one evening after work and brought in my fathers vehicle in for service the next day. Friendly and accommodating front desk (Frank and Nick) and great service from the guys in the garage (Robert, James, Nick and Leo). Fairly priced and quick work time; great experience, would recommend.

I want to start with, I started out here with a bad experience with one of the workers then I started dealing with the manager, Nick. Hes very nice and he works fast. Hell explain things to you and go over things.I just had my tire sensor fixed and he was able to do it quickly, less than an hr, with no problem and, because it wasnt corroded, he didnt charge me!

It was my first time going to Mavis and the service was great. I felt like I was being well taken care of. All of the employees are very nice and answered any questions I had during my visit. Definitely recommend going there.

The light kept going off indicating a flat tire. After checking all the tires and re-pumping them they determined they were fine. There was no charge so i will definitely go back there again if i have tire problems.

I️ paid to have my brakes repaired and had nothing but more problems. The service tech was rude and incompetent. The manager on duty was pleasant to deal with but could notmake up for the extremely poor level of service given by his staff. To make matters worse - the general manager basically wanted a round of applause since he had the brakes repaired at no cost...the second time I️ brought it back.Here is a thought - FIX IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR LACKING EMPLOYEES

I had reason to speak with the regional manager Mike Lopez. He was so personal and accommodating and made sure to take care of the situation. He got back to me when he said and kept me posted on any developments that pertained to me. He made what could have been a frustrating situation into a pleasant one. Great customer service!

Great customer service! Walk ins are welcome and they can fix your car right away. I stopped by there to get new tires and they were able to help me choose tires while being able to work with my budget. Highly recommend for anyone to go and get their car checked.

The service was done quickly and competently. I used their services twice. Once was for a tire puncture and subsequent repair. I also used their services for a replacement of shocks/struts -- a much needed repair on my 2008 Hyundai Elantra. The people assisting me were friendly and very helpful.

Walked in for oil change and air filter replacement. No cars in any of the 3 bays, so told it would be about 30 minutes. Went up on lift quickly, and stayed there for more than 90 minutes!! Said they didn’t have the oil filter and had to wait. Manager, and staff couldn’t care less about the long wait...I was a hostage, not a customer. Not even an apology!First time, and last at this place. Will share my experience with all my Wyckoff neighbors and friends.

I have never rated a business as a 1 star before, if I felt the service or product they are offering is subpar I simply will not shop there anymore. The Mavis in wyckoff however is that certain kind of special where I felt a 1 star is appropriate. Last spring I brought my summer tires to be simply put on my vehicle which were already mounted and balanced. I spent 25 minutes before I left because a representative did not acknowledge my presence. This fall I decided to give them a 2nd chance and went to have my snow tires put on. I called the number that is listed when I Googled Mavis Tire Wyckoff. The gentleman who answered the phone took down my information and placed a reservation for 2:30pm. When I arrived at 2:30 I was told there is no such reservation and the number I called was actually corporate, which means corporate and their local stores clearly have no open communication between them. I was told by the manager to bring my vehicle in the next day. When I arrived, they wanted $100 just to have the tires put on the car which is 3 times the amount compared to the other six places I called prior. Not only are they price gouging they seem to be highly disorganized. Do yourself a favor and go to Meineke, Midas, or Bobs Tires that are on Goffle Road you will save yourself time and money.

Great service !I needed tires for my Acura RL & Leo helped me for an hour to get the perfect tires and tires for Acura RL were very limited so he explained everything to me & ordered 4 tires and the next day Nick helped me with all the equipments which are needed to replace the tires.Great customer service and theyre very nice people.

GMC Acadia and got a flat tire. They showed me the nail in it and it wasnt possible to patch it. Needed a whole new tire. They said it would be about 3 hours so I left and came back. They said total was $230 which I thought was fair.When I went home I called dealership and they said I had to wait 3 days to bring it in and tire was $265 and labor was another $30-40 so about $300.Just wanted to keep Mavis honest which they were. They are in my town so it was a no brainer. The manager guy was VERY nice and helpful.

Very helpful. I like the fact that when they find something wrong they take you in the shop and show you exactly what you need done to your car.
