The folks at Bair were always fast and always friendly. Their returns were accurate, Im sorry Ive had to leave the state for my job because Ill miss them.

Not quite what we expected. Last year, my wife and I were in and out in less than 20 min. We ended up sitting there for 2 hours while the tax preparer next to us did 4 people in the amount of time we were there. Our return was fairly easy so we had no idea what was taking so long. It turned out they were employing a person who was not ceritfied to do taxes. The tax preparer next to us had to keep coming over and fixing his mistakes. This was quite frustrating. When we were finally done, we still were charged full price. They offered no compensation for the time wasted, we told them we would not be returning next year and they did not care. They replied ok. We will be contacting the owner.

When I was getting my taxes done, the girl who was doing them filed them out all wrong. I am a independent college student who lives in a apartment by myself, and pays for everything without the help of anyone. As i also work two jobs, she was rushing to get me out. As she had her young child with her at work, I know this id a family company yet please pay attention to your paying client. On the otherhand I never got back such a low tax return, before I always did it for free on turbo tax. Finding out all my friends got back 1000$ easily for just going to college, as I got back half of that and she only tried to get me back less than 200$. I tried to contact them about it, and when ever I called they always replyed with too busy. I will NEVER get my taxes done here again, nor will I ever go back to someone to get them done. If I had a feeling to descibe this I felt like I was throwing a bunch of money down a garbage disposal.
