I never write reviews, but felt I needed to after my experience with Todd Hanna Agency this week . I was totally confused with all the new changes with Car Insurance. I called and they took the time to explain everything and even called me back with several questions I asked that they needed to check into . They made me feel totally comfortable with my choice .I recommend the experience,dedication, and reliability of Allstate. The Hanna Group will treat you right.

Highly recommend!! Todd/Meghan were able to not only lower my insurance rates, but also lowered my homeowners and THEN I was able to add another vehicle for my new teen drivers all for a fraction above what I was paying before! They are always available for questions, keep you informed through the process and always have the answers. I would recommend this business and urge you to call for a quote... It cant hurt!!

Weve been with Todd Hanna Allstate in Wyandotte for a handful of years now. Whenever we have needed any service, the Todd Hanna team is prompt, polite, and helpful. I have also had many of my clients choose the Hanna Insurance Agency in Wyandotte also.

Dishonest! Unwilling to help as an allstate customer I called to ask general questions about coverage options. I was told I would have to call my agency specifically for general questions. I explained I was looking for information to make sure my agent at the location I normally speak to was being honest with me about coverage. The agent I spoke to at this particular location was unwilling to even try to help me. I would say that is a sign that this agency is dishonest and unwilling to answer general policy questions because they were afraid to expose any possible wrong information I may have been told by the other agency location I use and in my opinion its because they are money grubbing leeches that try to charge the most they can and i say this because I was actually told the agents are mad because they are losing so much money because of all the calls of customers trying to save money with the new auto insurance law that is in place now. Its a shame greed gets in the way of being ethical and professional but im sure these agents would hate someone overcharging them dishonestly because theyre money is important but not ours.

Ive worked personally with Todd and the Hanna Insurance Agencies Team, and I am constantly impressed by the level of service and customer care. Todd and his team truly care about their customers AND the community they live in.

Canceled my car insurance over a month ago and am still getting charged. Todd Hanna said there was nothing he could do for me. Terrible service. Will let everyone I know not to use his services.
