Another year same issues. My 11yr old son was 40min late being picked up. I now have at least 4yrs worth of bad reviews on here (which are hidden somehow), I ran out of room on my last one. How many bad reviews and complaints do you need before anything is done? The schools complained, teachers complained, us parents complain. Still*cannot* get* hold* of *anyone *in *the office! These are SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN we should be able to get hold of someone when a child is way late to or from school!! Whoever contracted Trinity for wyandotte, I hope you have as much frustration and anxiety as the teachers, parents and students. Do better
Bus has been right on schedule for this trip to Cape cod. Seats are very roomy with good leg room & flip down foot rest, individual air direction controls and lights above the seats. And best of all there are double electrical outlets between each seat for charging your electronics! Bathroom is larger than most buses. Clean. Bus has shocks that lower the level closer to the ground/curb & steps have low risers so very easy to get up & down plus good railing placement on both sides especially for that last step when coming off the bus. Best bus for anyone with stiff joints. Tom our driver is a friendly helpful person & good driver with a great sense of humor. Hope our tour company uses this bus company again.
Called 3 hours before cab was needed. Cab was still an hour late. Not very professional! If you dont have enough drivers, hire more and pay better. Maybe your quality will improve!
Usually a hr or longer wait the drivers are nice at least so call ahead if have to be somewhere at a certain time
Called a day in advance for a early ride to the airport. Was told they couldnt schedule a ride, but to call when I needed the ride (in the morning) and they might be able to send someone.Not sure why I would even risk that or why they couldnt schedule a ride.**Edit How do you know the systems were down when I called? I never said when this happened.
Courteous driver, on time, and decent accommodations. It was nice to have WiFi and electrical outlets on the bus. The bathroom was clean and convenient. Excellent customer service- this is a company with integrity.
The bus driver is rude and verbally abusive to students on route 17 at Woodhaven Highschool. She told students if they didn’t like her rules to stand up. Two students did and she told them she was going to write them up. She then proceeded to call the police and held the kids on the bus for 20 minutes. Calling the police on students because you asked a question and didn’t like the response. This is unacceptable and can turn into a dangerous situation for these children.

I work at Milnes Chevrolet in Imlay City, MI. We were celebrating the owners 30th year in business and took a trip down to Greek town to celebrate. We had Veronica as our driver and we absolutely LOVED her. She was the funniest, most energetic, and fun bus driver the dealership or myself have ever encountered. She drove all the way up from the businesss location to pick us up then drove us down, all the way back up, and back to her location so we give her a lot of props. I wish she drove buses closer to us because we would request her every time. She made our experience THAT much better!!!
Wellbi called on the 9th of august.to take a cab the lady there said they closed at five pm their q cab service
Called for a cab to Rockwood from lincoln park was told she couldnt do it if I paid credit ..then said she couldnt allow me to do it unless I paid up front ..SUZY was not helpfull at all ! Dont worry I got an uber ! Wont use you guys ever again Uber was so much nicer and easier especially after waking up to go to work finding I have a flat tire !! So thank you for making my morning WORSE!
For some of the students in Wyandotte they get transportation services with a taxi instead of a bus. That typically works out fine since its a very short drive to the school from our house.However, this week they changed our sons route plan up by having the driver go up to Eastpointe first in the morning to get another child. Once he picks that child up then he drives back down to Wyandotte to pick up our son and takes them both to school. Apparently, there have been MAJOR delays or the pickups are not timed correctly at all. Two days now the driver has been terribly late causing our son to arrive to school over 30 minutes tardy.If the last two days are due to a traffic/weather related delay then by all means just let the parents know of the delay so they can prepare by calling the school and letting their children know when their bus/shuttle will be there. Theyve never once let us know they were running late. It was always our responsibility to call and fight through the horrible phone tree to find the right dispatch office to get assistance. Assistance, as in, Oh the driver be there in a bit. Hes running late. You definitely arent getting more information than that.Now, if the driver has been late the last two days due to a horrible routing plan then it should be corrected immediately. Children should not be arriving tardy daily due to the transportation companys inability to develop a correct routing plan.There needs to be some changes for the dispatch/planning departments. People need to be made aware of severe delays. Theres no reason why a parent should have to wait at the front door with their child for an hour waiting on the shuttle/bus. If the company is worth their salt, theyll get this remedied immediately.EDIT 2/7/18 - Things have not gotten better. Everyday the taxi is showing up at 8:00 or a little after to pick him up. The problem is that school begins at 8:00am. He should already be there.EDIT 2/28/18 - Another day, another pick up after his school has already started. Who wants their child to have to report tardy several times a week?
Called 12 hours ahead for an 8pm 5 mile trip. Always pay $20 no matter how late. This time no one even showed and when I called I was told it wasn’t found in the system. Get it together. Even if there was a detail forgotten, you see my number, you can call and ask to clarify or confirm. But your employees are too lazy to do that. Even if you guys had no one working, I should have been called and told an hour or two in advance. I’ll create an account every week and give 1 Star if someone doesn’t fix this disaster of a place. Would go through somewhere else if you weren’t the only cab service in my damn area.
I’ve Been Waiting For An Deposit Due To me Since June 21, It’s Now July 16, I’ve Left Several Messages And Still Haven’t Gotten An Response From Trinity Transportation Reps . This is not Acceptable for an Repeat Customer . Trinity will no longer receive any of my business. I’ll take my business else where .
The Trinity Promise as mentioned on their website was not met on my wedding day. Their Passion for Excellece is poor at best. This is by far one of the most disappointing experiences I have had with a shuttle service. After our paperwork, email, and phone conversations on file with Trinity clearly requested for a shuttle bus for my wedding on 11/25/16, the company provided us with a yellow school bus. Definitely not what we were going for with the aesthetic and logistics of our day. Our wedding began 30 minutes late due to us not knowing that the school bus outside was for us becuase we were expecting a shuttle bus. As we all know, school buses and shuttle buses are not the same size and dont travel at the same speeds and cant be parked in the same sized places. This also proved itselt while we drove around the city to take our outdoor photos in Downtown Detroit. In addition to this, the company showed no remorse and gave no apology to us for their error or their impact to the delay in our day overall. This company is only receiving 1 star because I cant post this without at least selecting 1 start. In reality, this is zero stars for Trinity Transportation.
Arrived in timely fashion, and my driver was very nice and easy to talk to.
You call for a cab an hour before your dr. appointment and NO ONE ever shows? You call a cab to get groceries and once again NO ONE ever shows! Yet, I see cabs all the time in my area riding up and down telegraph. So is it just pure laziness? Or you just dont feel like doing your job? Even AFTER having no show service 4 times straight, I still gave them a chance and was once again, let down. I have no choice. Im disabled and I cant drive. How am I supposed to get around and depend on a sometimey cab company??? You tell me.

Trinity cab is a joke they are discriminating against my family cause of my last name because my brother worked for them way back and they never come pick my blind mother up to get her to her very important doctors appointment. This company should have a law suit on them and most likely will.

Only cab company in town late pick up 75% of tine even late on pre order pick ups and depending on driver they charge double the entry fare and drive

Cab was slightly late and dirty. Driver drove without seatbelt the entire trip. Informed me it was a matter of choice..it is not...it is a matter of the law. I am 63 and was charged full fare.

I waited two hours to be picked up to go 1 and 2 tenths of a mile to the grocery store. This cost $8.50. I called for them to pick me up from the store and waited three hours to be picked up. Worst taxi service ever!

My car broke down at a gas station early one morning @ about 3 or 4 after work i needed to get home but did not want to call anyone at the time so i had the miss-pleasure of talking to someone so rude that i would never call nor deal with this place ever again by the time i got back home i was then contacted by a cab driver but at that time it was nearing 6 am never call or deal with this place again
They over charge more than any company around, 41$ to get to detroit, I called a real company to get back the same distance and it was 19$, gas is 1.67..these people rip you off horribly and take too long.
Worst cab service ever the lady in guy hung up in my face over 4 times how can u even get a job with no customer service skills
