Every time I rent from this location my services are efficient and quick.

Cost me over 1800 for s 10 footer and two wheel car dolly from Columbus oh to billings mt. One way. Quoted me price without tax over the phone then when I came in to pick up bill was 180 higher than expected. If you like high prices and check out counter sticker Schock go on ahead and use uhaul as for me next time I will be using penske.

Stopped by to buy a box to ship an item and they had nice boxes at the bin outside for free. Didnt find what I needed but so many nice shipping boxes to be found. Good customer service. Thank you.

I really needed to ship a package. Thanks for being closed during your normal posted hours. I drove across town on Sat. To ship with you. Are you running a business? Not recommended. Also one other time you refused a package because scanner couldnt read the label furnished by person to whom the package was going. It couldnt be typed in? Another wasted trip across town. Never again.

Been dealing with Uhaul the last 45 days or so between POD rentals, a storage shed and a truck rental. While I would give the overall experience -9,729 stars, I dealt with this specific location twice and they were very helpful. Id guess they get a lot of frustrated customers from other Columbus locations (Seriously, youd find it less bothersome to hand-drag a trailer with your stuff than to rent from any other Columbus location,) but they are calm and courteous.

Ordered a 10, discovered it had no ramp. Quickly switched me to a 15 even though they were busy. ( thumbs down on the UHaul app.)

This uhaul Ive been living by for years had no clue it was even their but they clearly conscisely and kindly went above any beyond to accommodate me and to make me feel like I was welcome and at home honestly given that its extra to go 24 hours they didnt even make me feel odd like most being 3rd shift I usually get guff for my times Im active vs the rest the world so it was a rephreshing twist I didnt expect and the facility is quite close to everything convenient and yet also inconvenient in the most acceptable of ways as I really couldnt see anyone. Coming and go with anything let alone say if someone tried to steal things they are for sure on the cameras but also didnt he layout and everything as good as it is on its use of space responsibly and efficiently with no waste 2thums up but also it I would imagine be very inconvenient if the stuff were to be taken by someone where they had to rush out psshhhhh aint happening no speedy in or out no off camera I know my stuff is safe and I know I am if I stop In anytime day or night and being so close to 71 and 161 I was a little skeptical but its like noone knows of this hidden gem so shhhh thats y the 4 stars not 5. Thanks all who work there ur perfect at least those Ive met kind courteous and helpful all I could ask for bonus the lack of judgy or noseyness hope yall keep on going just as well Ill help if I can but u all dont even I think know who I am and Ive no clue wholll see this ever even so five stars and a good cheery applause to all involved with setting and maintains the facilities and the service and leads by example with the staff just wish they did the hitch installs I have my hitch but I just dont have a place to drop my muffler make space slots on two holes and slide in and bolt its easy yall charge 75 for that at morse 65 others and some others 85 so thats a bit of an off thing I noticed but still small busy and kind so Im not complaining hope all a happy and safe ever after if u read this far u have my heart I thank you are y Im currently even trying to leave a comment that at least someone on earth may see and get something positive which is all I try to give as Im chronically negative to I could have written a long critique but naturally I this is the impression and job they have done for me just positive and positively 5stars

I walk into here with my girlfriend and get kicked out because only 1 person is suppose to be in the store at a time rudely. Manager told me you need to leave, one person in the store at a time. There were 4 employees in the store! Sign says 1 customer at a time. Techniquelly, me and the girlfriend was 1 customer. Terrible service.

They were very nice people. Family run business, not out to screw you out of money. My family has used their services 3 times in the past 2 years, one move and store, one just storage, and one just move. I stored my belongings in a small indoor unit for a few months and could come and go as I pleased. My step-sister used it to move and store her things for about 6 months and never had a problem. My fiancee used their services for a truck and got the best deal in Columbus. Tom and Deana were very nice all three times. They have great security with cameras at every corner and a fully fenced in facility that requires a key card to enter. I was able to store my things with no worry of theft, which has happened to me at other facilities before. I highly recommend them.

I recently had a situation in which I found myself in need of a storage unit and moving truck on short notice. This U Haul was near where I need to be so we went with it. Shout out to Angie. She was very professional and efficient with the renting of both the truck and the storage unit. The whole process was quick and painless. The unit was the perfect size and the truck was in great condition. Thank you Angie for making this a very easy and quick transaction when time and patience were at a minimum.

Christina did not know the difference between a hitch and a receiver. I initially called to purchase a hitch for my truck and she said she had it in stock without even asking me my vehicle type. I said how can you know without knowing my vehicle make and model. She stated she had 2 and all the other ball types. When I said I never said I was looking for a ball she threw a temper tantrum and hung up on me. At least now maybe she knows the difference in what she is selling....maybe. Poor customer service!

Great, great people. I got the run around at the Morse Rd. location and the district manager offered a rental for when I moved out. The managers here at the Worthington location took care of us and fulfilled our truck for moving out. Awesome customer service.

This IS THE nastiest and most rude crew Ive EVER seen in ANY of offices Ive ever beenMoved into the storage unit and planning to exit as rapid as possible!Brought trailer to drop off and and puck up things from my storage, but was declined to drop off trailer AT THE LOCATION I RENTED STORAGETHIS OFFICE AND ITS CREW SHOULD NOT EXIST AND SHOULD BE VOID AT ALL POSSIBLE AND IMPOSSIBLE MEANS!!!

Please save your time and don’t deal with Uhaul’s exit policy. My phone at the time was old and the camera had been shot for a while and to make a long story short, I had to call my friend to drive out there because the final steps in the process REQUIRE you to take an insane amount of pictures detailing where the vehicle was parked, the interior condition, mileage and gas gauge (even though you fill that in at a different part of the exit process), etc, etc. Because after a day of moving, filling out an online questionnaire and taking redundant pictures are exactly what I want to be doing.

I have been battling with the company for the past three years to recover damages after thousands of dollars of my possessions where stolen and what was not stolen was damaged beyond repair. In 2014, I was no longer working, I got behind on my rental payments. Therefore, I nolo Germany had access to the unit. In October of 2014, I paid in full and brought the account current. Although I was current I was denied access to the unit until March 2015. An employee escort ed me to the unit and I discovered property missing. Later I discovered thousands of dollars of property missing. I notified the owner, he said file a claim with the companys insurer. The claim was denied. I filed police report and asked Six on our Side for their help, Six on our Side responded and the company refused to speak with them. I have turned it over to Ohio Attorney General. Since then the remaining property was sold at auction, I was treated horribly.

Christina was incredibly helpful with a complicated return after several other uhaul people made errors over the phone. Andrew was also awesome with helping other customers while Christina worked really hard for me.

They have good prices on the moving trucks but halfway through the trip it started shaking and was difficult to stop. We told them and they blew it off, saying oh i drove that one and its fine. Were talking about brakes and they didnt care, so just be really careful.

The location was totally average. Unfortunately, one of the employees was extremely dismissive and disrespectful when I returned the truck and reported some minor damage to my property caused by faulty equipment in the truck. Her attitude and behavior would lead me to travel farther to use another Uhaul location or use another service entirely. I would recommend another Uhaul location so that people don’t have to deal with such a poor attitude and level of customer service. There was a male employee that issued the truck in the morning was very courteous and professional, and he clearly took pride in his job.

Very poor customer service. Equipment failed to start after flashers left on for approximately 30 minutes. Took 2 hours for U-Haul emergency road side assistance to show up to jump start the vehicle. Management offered a $25 credit toward a future rental. Useless since I will never rent from U-Haul ever again. Strongly suggest renting from another location or another company!

Clean facility, very helpful staff.

Took my credit card info and then I get a message saying that location doesnt have the right size truck and the reservation was sent to another location farther away. Called the 2nd location and they dont even open at the time I made the reservation for. 1st location (Worthington) told them I needed it at 12pm instead of 10am. The lady at Worthington Galena Rd could have just told me she didnt have the truck. Would have saved me the time and them a bad review.

Might be higher if they had any customer service. Try picking up your phone during normal business hours, or having trained employees that know anything about your business model or the products and services that you offer.

You charged me for an extra day on my receipt when I returned equipment 30+ minutes earlier than I was required to do. Prompted me to call uhaul and spend 20+ minutes sending picture proof of the time I returned. Rep was not very sure on what was going on. Return time on sheet said 09/04/2018 @ 10:32, I returned the stuff at 3:57 ish on 09/03 to an actual human inside the office, when it wasnt due until09/03 4:30. Probably will never use uhaul again after this and certainly would never use the Worthington location. Do better & operate with integrity. Check in equipment when customer returns, not when you feel like it. Equipment was clean enough and I received materials I asked for. Rep inside was nice, rep who drove the uhaul out from the back area didnt explain anything to me or how anything worked or gas or the parking break. Nothing. Just dropped it off and went back inside. I didnt know if I should wait or what so I just left with the truck. Very poor customer service on his part & on part of the staff checking in returned equipment. Overall experience was terrible.

The Morse Road location drop the ball didnt send the dolly with the truck and I feel the check a full and realising yes it was about 6:30 in the evening and U hauls cross the city of Columbus were closing or already closed but ng who runs the location save the day told me shed stay and wait for my mom to get the dolly and I was able to complete task that had to be done that day. Awesome Job thank you so much.

They keep raising my rate incrementally without telling me until I show up to pay the bill. Looking for a different unit.

I would give 0 stars if it would allow me. This is the worst uhaul location we have been to. The person who works there is rude and he was just standing and looking without helping to hook up the trailer that we rented from them. The trailers were kept in a very little space and he doesnt even tell how far i should back my van to hook it up. He was literally standing and looking without saying a single word. He was shouting and yelling and was unprofessional when I asked to help. I just dont understand how they can talk to a customer like that. Am never going there again.

Charged me an extra 10 MI at check out even though I took a picture of the final millage. They finally fixed the issue but no one apologised not even thank you for your patience. They also increase the fuel level at check in.
