I brought in an old flute that needed some work. The person who repaired it called me to tell me what needed to be done and the cost. It was very affordable and it works great. I appreciated their honesty about what it would take to get an almost 60 year old instrument in playing condition again, to not do unnecessary work and overcharge me. I highly recommend this store for the great customer service and quality of work.

I popped in yesterday and Im glad I did! Best customer service from a music store Ive been to lately, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. And they showed me some new products Im very interested in buying. I had a good experience, albeit short (pandemic). Ill definitely come back.

So happy with this store. Piano music selection for students is excellent. Was very pleased I was told of gloves to browse through music books before I made a selection. Piano teacher discount at 30% is best of any store. Thank you.

They were able to get my son in quickly for an instrument fitting and hooked him up with a nice alto saxophone. The staff was friendly and helpful and it made him have a wonderful experience! Thanks! He said it was one of the best things that ever happened to him!

Chuck and Danielle were absolutely amazing to work with. They worked diligently to answer all our questions. We had multiple visits to figure out what tenor saxophone we wanted. Chuck called other stores and had multiple models brought in for my son to try. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. :)

Saturday March 16th 11am, stopped in to buy a few items, after browsing for 15 min and multiple trips past the front desk, I decided to leave as I was not treated or even asked if I needed help. Had $1,000 in my pocket to spend but left due to the lack of concern from the staff for customer. I would have been happy with a hello or how can I help you. Guy at the counter was a African American gentleman with dreads and never cared to look up from his ever important smart phone.

I have been a customer at this location since it opened. We have rented instruments, had instrument repairs done and have received music lessons on various instruments from several of the teachers. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. We always feel welcome and are always 100% satisfied with all aspects of service. The teachers are particularly exceptional and most have a wealth of experience. My daughter has received lessons from Jerry Cheeseman now for years and we couldnt be more grateful for all that he has done for her. Very happy to have this group of people in our lives!

I was in to rent an instrument for my daughter on Thursday 9/2/16 at the Graceland location and the saleswoman threw in a cleaning kit without asking if I needed or wanted it - she just assumed and came off as pushy. After paying for that, an Epiphone Les Paul Pro model guitar catches my eye and I ask a young man to try it out...within 30 seconds of plugging in and having the volume barely audible as it was, a salesman comes over and rudely turned down the amp making it completely inaudible - as a result, I quietly gathered my things, my daughter and left. Anyways, I went to guitar center today and purchased the same $549 guitar AFTER they actually let me PLAY and EXPERIENCE this beautiful guitar as well as answer several of my questions. Other than finishing the 3 month rental period that I have already paid for with my daughters instrument, I will never do business with them again. The music staff at Columbus City schools makes it sound like this is your only option for band students and must be getting a kick back as they make everything else sound like its inferior to this hole in the wall...shop elsewhere.

Plenty of variety of musical accessories. Selection of instruments is limited due to the small space, however they carry most orchestral instruments as well as guitars, drums, and basses.

This is the most positive encouraging and warm-hearted staff that I can imagine in any business. I would recommend them at all times.

Terrible service at the Graceland and Westerville stores both. I dont think Ive ever in my life dealt with ruder people in a retail environment. Calling customer service? More rudeness. Expect to sit on hold for 10-15 minutes minimum and when they bother to pick up the phone, the attitude is appalling. Completely, totally, unequivocally, a rude company. I will never do business with this horrible company again.

Just walked in but was told to come back later because they werent open. Why was the door unlocked? Why couldnt you just open early to provide good customer service? You just lost a sale. Wont be back.
