This visit was excellent. It’s the second time that I have met with Dr. Erin Good and she was clear, spoke plain English, and was very thorough. She gave me a hearing test and showed me the results immediately. She discussed the changes in my hearing and listened to me regarding my concerns. She’s very familiar with my hearing aids and took action to get them repaired ASAP. She also wisely asked my wife if there were changes that she noticed! Dr. Good seems to be a good representative for this office.

Routine and entirely satisfactory hearing test. Decided it was not worthwhile to spend $5,000+ for a new set of hearing aids which did not seem to produce any improvement from the ones that I am now using. Very professional and friendly staff. Thank you for the $15 gasoline gift card.

I was recently fitted with hearing aids at Professional Hearing Care Services in Worthington, Ohio. I’ve had several appointments for fitting and tweaking of my hearing aids. I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Erin Good and her office manager, Amber. My experience has been extremely positive. They are both very pleasant, very caring and very professional. The office atmosphere is extremely inviting. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who is considering hearing aids.

Dr Good and her staff have been most accommodating in working my scheduling needs. When my appointment turned into a scheduling conflict for me, they went out of their way to give me options that would work best for me, not them--great customer service. Of course my visit with Dr Good was outstanding as well. I cant say enough good things about her and her staff. Great job by all!!

Dr. Erin Good is better than good. She is excellent. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and courteous, she (and Amber) provided a very pleasant experience. When compared to larger offices that move folks through quickly, this smaller office with its relaxed atmosphere is a welcome change.

I have had three other audiologists over the last 10 years with this firm. I have had my Starkey hearing aids for the last two and a half years. I have been very pleased with my Halo iQ i2000 hearing aids, but having just met Dr Erin Good at this location I realize the many shortcomings of my previous audiologists.Dr Erin Good is fantastic!!! She showed me many additional features of the hearing aids including the Wax Trap/Guard which I was never aware of. For the first time someone showed me how to raise and lower the volume using the left hearing aid.Many of these features should have been explained to me 2 1/2 years ago. Dr Erin Good is a big step up as a very professional and personable audiologist.You will not go wrong with Dr Good. If I could give her Six Stars I would do so!

Every visit I’ve had with Dr Good and Amber has been very ENJOYABLE, Both are easy to talk to and we always have lots of laughs. Dr Good and Amber both are very personable and PLEASANT people whom I look forward to for my NEXT appointment!
