Went to get fingerprints done for an out-of-state job. The gentleman was patient with the completion of the out-of-state paperwork, helpful, and understanding. There was no wait in the morning and the process was quick and easy. The building was a little difficult to find, but after looking closely at the map and driving around the block again, I found it.

The man working there was very nice and very quick. Unfortunately, the space itself is not accessible. On crutches, I had to make it up a set of stairs to get my background check done for work.

The PD recommended the BMV for Ohio Department of Education BCI and FBI fingerprinting. Ugh...no way!I checked the Dept of Ed website and this place was on the list...took literally 5 min! Right on High St in Worthington next to Huntington Bank. Park in the back, go in the back door, upstairs room. No frills. $70 for both and they send to Dept of Ed for you and anyone else you need. A+++ Go here!!

This was a no fuss place--- A smooth operation. I went in, said hello to the nice man behind the desk, filled out the paperwork, got finger printed, said goodbye and God Bless to the nice man behind the desk, and I left.

Great and quick

I required a background check for work. I arrived in the morning, but the door to the building was locked. Then I left some voice messages. I left and came back about an hour later. Door was still locked and I left another message. As I was about to leave Cathy from AAA background check arrives. Turns out the other employee was sick and Cathy came as soon as she could. The actual process was very quick, about 10-15mins. Please remember that this is a small business and life happens.

Wonderful Experience with AAA Background Checks. Cathy Keegan helped us through the process. She gave us time beyond working hours...Very friendly and knowledgeable about the whole process. I called her again for a status check. She remembered me from the last visit. Great Service.The building is not challenging if you know the friendly neighbourhood Worthington library:) It is right behind it.

Unacceptable service. I went for an employment background check on March 12, with an expected start date on March 25. On the Friday before I start, my company called and said that they still havent received the background check and had to delay my start date by one week, expecting to receive it on Monday. On March 26, exactly two weeks after I first went to AAA, I called AAA to check on the status of my background check to find that the woman who helped me on March 12 never submitted my information. In other words, for two weeks, absolutely nothing had been done on my background check, causing a delay in my start date for employment for two weeks.Even worse was that on March 12, the woman at the desk left the paperwork of others face up right in front of where I stood/sat. I was able to see at a glance other peoples information, including full name, address, phone number, social security number, sex, hair color, eye color, drivers license number. She was often turned sideways towards her computer, leaving this information unmonitored. I dont feel comfortable leaving my information in the hands of this company.

Do not use this service. The employee named John who met me at the door was very rude. He questioned why I needed a back ground check. I explained that I needed it for employment. He mocked me doubting that I had a job. I promptly left and will never recommend them. When I asked for the owners name in order to follow up with the terrible service, he told me that he didnt know who owned the business.

Picking up another job, the guy was absolutely funny in there!! Great customer service!!

Curtious, professional, quick service. In and out and done.The entrance is at the back of the building, and the office is upstairs. If you have difficulty finding the building/parking lot just park in the Old Worthington Librarys main parking lot and walk towards High Street. Their parking lot is right up against the Old Worthington Library parking lot.

Me and my wife were in and out. It took less than 10 minutes.
