Provided an inspection for potential buyers.I’m the seller and Craine Engineering was chosen by potential buyer for the inspection of the property. This inspector left our home in an unacceptable condition. Items were completely moved around, the kitchen sink drain pipe was disconnected (we noticed after hearing it leak while using the sink), circuit breakers were left turned off, our exterior trim on the window was ripped/peeled back (which we apparently have to repair now), soaked paper towels left behind, sink left full of standing water, attic door was left open, sump pump cover wasn’t placed back, and numerous other things. Needless to say, the buyers terminated the contract after inspection. I expect things to be moved so he can do his job, but what he did was downright disrespectful. Stay away...
