Robert, Caitlin, Wendy and the whole Schoedinger family were the best people to work with. My husband passed away unexpectedly and they were there to offer comfort, guidance and support through this difficult process for myself and my two boys. Robert listened to their wishes and executed them with the utmost professionalism and respect for Tim. He was a donor and they worked with the donor bank to make all the arrangements. We also had a last minute request made after hours, contacted first thing in the morning and the whole team was able to honor it. I cant speak highly enough about this team! Their compassion, professionalism, kindness and hugs (Im a hugger and not one shied away) made this difficult experience so seamless. Our family used the Schoedinger Worthington Chapel for each of our parents final arrangements and could not have been more impressed with the care, efficiency and consideration that marked those experiences. The Schoedinger team handled everything with a level of humanity that brought us comfort in very difficult times. My most difficult days were following my husband’s sudden death. My daughters and I met with Carl at Schoedinger and immediately felt comfortable. Had my fathers service at the North High st location. They were top notch. Staff was wonderful and caring. Facility is well kept. They paid attention to small details and walked us through every thing we needed. This was the first time I needed this service, and I never imagined that I would put trust into a funeral home, but after working with the staff, I trust them to handle my funeral needs in the future.

The past year has been difficult...not only because of covid, but because I lost my mother and grandmother 364 days apart. I have never had to make arrangements on my own before and Craig walked me through the entire process. He was great. Very compassionate and easy to work with. He had sent me the information ahead of time so I was prepared with all forms filled out and necessary paperwork on hand. A loved one passing is NEVER easy, at all. 2020 has brought many challenges especially with the Covid-19 Pandemic and all that has transpired from its effects. I lost my dear Father in April and then lost my Stepmom in June. The staff at Schoedinger’s Worthington location were incredible! With the virus we were not able to have normal funerals due to the shut downs that came from needing to social distance. The staff were so attentive and they felt like family. They were incredibly supportive. Jill, Robert and Wendy took care of both our funerals. I was grateful for all they did. Everything was handled with the utmost care and they would check in with us about every decision. Thank you all for making the memories we have of our loved ones very special.

Craig Hungler and his peers at Schoedinger Worthington provided superior service to our family. He was kind, respectful and anticipated the needs of our family. He was professional and very easy to work with. The facility is beautiful and our guests were treated very well and with respect and kindness.

I was very pleased with all the arrangements and support I received. My one concern was there was only 1 funeral director there for my husband’s memorial service. The crowd was quite large and a friend of my daughter’s helped by opening the door for people. I think it would have better to have 2 Schoedinger representatives there.

We had prepaid for my mothers end of life expenses with another funeral home, but they did not return our phone calls in a timely manner when it was time to transport her body. The hospice nurse contacted Schoedinger who agreed to take over for the other funeral home and promptly came to transport Mom in a very professional and sensitive manner. I have nothing but good things to say about their service and about Robert of the Worthington location who handled all arrangements for us. Thank you to all that were involved.

Our family has worked with the Schoedinger team a number of timed over a few generations. Each time, every phase of the process is accomplished flawlessly. Everything is always on-time and elegant. Visitors always comment that they wish they had selected Schoedinger in the past and will do so next time. No complaints. An outstanding organization that has helped us through some terrible times.

They were so wonderful through my experience. When I visited them, the lady there was very sweet and asked about my dog. They are very compassionate and I highly recommend them to anyone who loses their pet.
