Chip offered to help me fill in our technology gaps, and offer more services to my clients, and their group have done an amazing job of fulfilling his promise. They are extremely responsive to our calls and emails. When we have a project we need help with, we receive a project plan a normal human can understand, and someone from SkyNet keeps in touch to let us know things are happening. I specifically reference Someone because its so nice to NOT get crushed by emails with status updates. I would like to give an extra high five to their manager, Mark, who calls me back when he says hes going to do so. These days, thats a rarity.I am very happy with SkyNet and as long as they keep up their levels of service, which can be difficult in this industry, I will only do more and more business with them.
