Usually pretty quick to get you inspected and washed out so you can drop for jbs. $36. Cash efs or tcheck.

They wash out your trailer for JBS. They also check you in for your appointment. Drop your empty trailer in their lot after wash out. Park across the street with the other bobtail. Put a sign in ur window with the broker name. They are supposed to knock on your door when your trailer is ready. They did not for me.

People over there very nice. Just wished they would get some pavement laid in their parking lots so there crater problem wouldnt exist. It makes it very hard to drop a trailer there.

If you are a Prime Inc driver they do not have an account with JBS to have trailer washed out prior to dropping so be sure to have $35 cash on you. ATM across the street at the travel plaza. Wish we would have known before we got here.

Dropped trailer parking lot strictly ice. No sand or ice melt down. Possible law suit if an accident occurs.

Great prices

Awful experience. Owner got upset, and decided that he was NOT going to wash out our trailer; all because my husband complained about how you have to pay $35 cash to have trailer washed out. RIDICULOUS. My suggestion to owner, if you dont want to hear complaints about a business you own, because your feelings are hurt, dont own one. Thats the life of business owning. Not everyone is going to like it, even though you love it.

Brenda is very rude. I was told by guards to do one thing then pick up bol here. Brenda was rude demanding I do something else told me guards dont know anything . I told her I was there to pick up load for JBS she informed me jbs works for them. When I was given my bol it was slung out the window at me.

When my company gives me a load in Worthington, I just automatically reject it because this place is a total joke. Totally unprofessional operation.

It’s a money racket scam. They force you to use their wash out even if you are clean. If you have a clean or decent trailer, they will just spray some water here or there like previous drivers stated for that $28. Don’t bother washing your trailer before arrival or across the street. Don’t be surprised if your trailer has some damage to it after being dropped on the lot.

Rude office staff. Took almost two days to load. Onsite parking is for bobtail only. Check in system is confusing. No bathrooms for drivers. Prepare for no one to care for you here.

These were the rudest people I have ever met they actually yelled at me to tell me what to do. Im not a dog need to be all that. Informed me that jbs worked for them.

Washout Scam! Forced to pay $35.00 Cash Payment regardless of cleanliness of trailer before allowed to drop/hook and collect BOLs... Thats nothing new as I have seen this before, BUT... The truck wash is also where you collect the BOLs... LOL This is by far the most ridiculous shipper I have ever encountered... Its really quite laughable...

They should name themselves half-ass wash out because thats what they do a half ass trailer washout. I didnt wash it out very well because on the flooring where the grades are there was no water in there since you didnt wash it out that well thats why they should change their name to half-ass washout

Over priced

This place is ridiculous, trailer was clean, still had to get it washed in order to drop the trailer. The employees attitudes are terrible. The yard is nothing more than an ice and mud pit. Avoid at all costs.

They just wet your trailer in 30 seconds!!! And you have to pay $35. Horrible place

This is so such an unorganized place what place gives there bills to a truck wash and they go up pick up number they only go by trailer numbers
