Excellent service and quality work. I had the window tint done and if you have bubbles, be patient! They all evaporated out in about a week and it looks perfect now. Tint can be messy on the interior, so it was nice to receive my car back without water streaks down the inside of the doors. Thanks for the top notch work!

I bought a new Mercedes AMG GLE 53 and it needed blacked out. The dealer used their company to handle the black-out. After 4 days I got the car back and it looked good except the wrapped ends of the window trim black-out was not fastened down. So I called the dealer and they connected me with the company that did the work. I called them and they picked up the car to redo the job around the windows. After a couple days I got the car back and they had cut off the ends of the trim wrap and left the chrome exposed. It looked terrible. So I called them again and told them what was done and I said How about if I have Automotive Appearance Pros redo the window trim? They agreed and arranged to cover the cost. AAP had the car for half the time they told me and the trim is PERFECT!I cant thank Dave and his crew enough! This is the third car Ive had AAP do and they just knock it out of the park every time! This is the 3rd time I have used Automotive Appearance Pros for window tinting and they always do an AMAZING job! I recently purchased a cheap temporary vehicle and it had that terrible purple tint with bubbling everywhere. AAP was able to remove the old tint and replace it with 35% classic tint. My wife and I both had our Tesla vehicles tinted by Automotive Appearance Pros in Lewis Center. I had my Model 3, which as you know, has a massive rear window - They are very skilled with the Model 3 and the rear window looks perfect! My wife had the front two windows of her Model Y completed, and the tint they used, 25% ceramic, is a dead perfect match! I used AAP in the past on a Volvo, and was very nervous to take my Tesla anywhere else. They have a lot of experience, they are incredibly polite and professional and this is an incredibly reputable business. If you have a Tesla, they do a ton of them, and I am very pleased with the work they did with ours - Do not hesitate to bring your Tesla, or any other vehicle, to AAP.

Brendan, Melissa and the guy that picked up/dropped my car off we’re fantastic. The tint looks amazing, I couldn’t be happier! When I went to get in my car, the car seat that was in the middle of my back seat was taken out and just laying there. There was no warning that they needed to remove the car seat and since it is in the middle seat, it shouldn’t have been in the way. There was a note laying with it that said they can’t reinstall them. Most people pick up their kids after work and need to use their car seat. Car seats are ridiculously hard to install, and most fire stations install them with an appointment. With no warning, it is hard to get them reinstalled. Any parent would understand the amount of frustration to this situation. Customers definitely need a heads up. Overall, I would use them again.

I have done business with AAP on multiple occasions and am a very satisfied customer. The staff installed clear bra vehicle wraps on a new Honda Odyssey and on a used Honda CRV. Additionally, when I passed on my old Honda Accord to my 16 year old son, the staff installed a new sound system that integrated with his phone for hands free driving and navigation. The safety feature alone gave me a great piece of mind.

This shop went above and beyond to make me feel like my car is in safe hands. I wanted a black roof wrap on my new car and OCD was kicking in. Zach and Melissa were amazing and reassured me that they will take the time to understand what exactly I wanted. Exceeded my expectations. To finish the look I was wanting I a ceramic tint. Melissa got me in immediately, luckily a cancellation was available. I also ordered new rims for my car and waiting for installation. Very professional, friendly and efficient! Never felt like I was a bother to them.

Did a great job on tinting my vehicle. They took my vehicle and tinted it and received it back in the same day. The tint they use is pretty good quality and they did a great job cutting and trimming around the windows. I will definitely bring future cars here and would recommend to anyone.

This is my second experience with window tint by AAP, and I am as pleased with the result as my first time. The staff is very professional, and the detail of the tint job is first class. I replicated the tint from my first experience with another vehicle, and can attest that the amount of heat reduction the Formula 1 product provides is amazing. Also, knowing that it significantly reduces harmful UV light in the cabin while driving is a huge plus. On top of all that, the car looks terrific with the 35% tint. Just enough tint to provide the benefits of dramatic heat and UV reduction, combined with great esthetics! The car really does appear more sleek with this tint! If you are considering applying any tint to your vehicle, I would highly recommend AAP as your preferred tint pros!

Had the windows tinted on my BMW. The rear window already had a very dark tint on it when I bought the car. I was content to have the side windows tinted a medium tint and leave the back window as it was, as I knew removing tint from the rear window would be difficult. They were not content to let it go that way, they called and recommended redoing the back window to match. Still charged me the same price they originally quoted, and now I can actually see out of the rear window!! Car looks great, the ceramic tint keeps it much cooler.

Recently had my Jeep Wrangler tinted and man it looks great! Their crew really takes pride in doing a good job (which is seldom seen at some shops). Dont hesitate to take your car here for tint or clear bra. Their techs Jacob and Ben really make sure you get white glove service and ensure your car comes out better than it went in! I came in earlier today to get my Intoxalock recalibrated and the receptionist was extremely rude about my first appointment ever I didn’t know how things worked considering covid but EXTREMELY RUDE. I ended up calling corporate for Intoxalock and they transferred me to Ron’s automotive which is 30 minutes away in Johnstown (but it LITERALLY took 5 minutes to recalibrate, it doesn’t take a degree the receptionist could have done it). You unplug the device and hook it up to an ipad for 5 minutes. Ridiculous.Moral of the story is IM NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN and if you want to be treated like AN ACTUAL HUMAN BEING go to Ron’s in Johnstown. He did my recalibration no charge for my hassle.Your receptionist is very unkind.Ive been receptionists at multiple places before and that is not the way you should be treating someone especially if you want someones patronage (if I would have had a good experience I probably would have gone there for oil changes and annual check ups because I dont have a set place to go but you guys BLEW it), just saying.

I went to AAP to get off-road lights installed and a good decal professionally installed. Everything turned out great! They made sure everything was installed how I wanted it & did not take long at all. They also have a nice waiting room with coffee, refreshments, a couch, and a large TV. Ive had several of my cars tinted by AAP as well as clear bras installed. This is by far the number one place in town to go. They use the best products on the market and the results prove it. Theres a reason they might be a couple weeks out on getting your car in, because theyre the best! I would strongly urge you to give them a try, you wont be disappointed.

Always a great experience. We have had the clear paint protection film on three vehicles (8 years on two of them, and 1 so far on the other) and it has always held up well. They also tinted two of our vehicles and it looks great. Dave and his staff have always been friendly and accommodating to us. Would definitely recommend them.

I have been to this shop twice to get my 2 cars fitted with remote starter. The work they did was good. Its been 1 yr on the 1st car and the remote starter works fine. The reason i didnt give them very good or excellent rating is because of 2 reasons. 1) They dont have availability and give out appointments after 2 weeks on an average, I asked them for availability for getting my car tinted and ended up going to a competitor for next day appointment who also charged me $50 less and is the highest rated tinted shop in Columbus OH. 2) They are not very friendly and literally dont talk much at all, being out spoken and friendly is a part of good CS in my opinion.

Nate was very prompt on the day of service and professional as well. They have my recommendation any day.

I had a few options installed on my new car. The window tint came out flawless. I was made aware of different options and they were very helpful in working with me to choose the right one. I also had a remote start installed along with the clear bra. Everything came out perfect. I am a very picky person and the staff was extremely helpful and patient with me. I bought a new sports car a few months ago and wanted to protect the paint and wheels. I visited Automotive Appearance Pros (AAP) where I met Nate. He educated me on PPF and nano ceramic coating and took me on a tour of the facility so I could meet the techs and see the work in process. I was impressed. I then visited Esoteric and I have to admit there show room was great but the products and application process were the same and the cost was much more. I decided on AAP over Esoteric for three reasons. AAP could get me in three weeks sooner, their price was thousands less and I trusted Nate Would take care of me. He understood my retentiveness, spent a lot of time answering my questions and assured me that it would be a flawless job. Nate coordinated and timed all the services which included paint correction, full body wrap, wheel repair, ceramic sealer and window tinting so that I would get my vehicle back as soon as possible. He sent me pics and provided me with updates every few days so I could see the progress. He and the AAP team did a great job!! It has been 3 months and my car looks as good now as it did then. The shine is unbelievable, no other car compares unless it has the same treatment. No pealing or issues of any kind. I have washed it multiple times now and the dirt just rolls off the paint and wheels as soon as the water hits it. I really dont need to use soap just water and this special shine solution Nate gave me. I am extremely satisfied with AAP. Thanks guys!!

Ive been a customer of AAP for nearly 10 years, and over the course of 4 cars, I have had 2 stereos, 4 remote starters, and 1 tint job done by them.The second remote starter I had installed is what made me a lifelong customer of AAP. It had some issues, and I had to bring it back in a few times. Im sure it was challenging for them, but they MADE IT RIGHT.This would have been a nightmare at any other place I can think of, but because of who AAP is, they made it as painless as possible for me.Great service, great prices, great people.

My family bought me a remote starter and rear view camera kit for my Mercedes Benz C-300 as a gift. I called AAP and they were willing to install them even though I didnt purchase it from them. I took the car in and the install was flawless for me even though the manufacturer of the products were not helpful at all. They were very professional, friendly, and accommodating to my needs. I also had my windows tinted since I was so please with them. I give them very high marks and encourage anyone that needs this type of work done to contact them. You will not be sorry. I am not sure of their other automotive specialtys but I got my car tinted there and it was the worst experience Ive had. I was new to tinting and the tint had a scratch in it and they explain that it was because the window was scratched. Also Very minuscule imperfections were visible after 7 days. I had them retint it twice and they explained that it was nearly impossible to do a perfect job. Needless to say I got my money back and went to a competitor. The scratch that was in the previous tint and window does not show on the knew tint job by the competitor. Telling me those lovely gentle men scratched my window while tinting. Also the new place I went to did a perfect job which was suppose to be nearly impossible. I am unsure of the audio and rims and body work so I cant speak for that but if its anything like their tinting dont go. Save yourself the time and money. The only thing positive I can say is they gave me my money back.

I first discovered AAP several years ago. I met the owner at a car dealership that I used to work for and was impressed with his professional attitude. A few years later I hired AAP to install some graphics on my race car. The appointment was scheduled and the work was done in far less time than I expected. The graphics turned out very well. I will use their services again for all of my needs. I have already referenced people in my neighborhood to them.

I had full clear bra applied to a new 2014 Porsche 911by AAP because thats where MAG sent me. The work was flawless. After 3.5 years it is still invisible (of course, you can tell it is there because of the edge you can see and feel around corners where it ends). It is indistinguishable from the factory paint. Bugs on the front hood and bumpers clean reasonably well. After 33,000 miles the car looks essentially brand new when washed.Still, I wondered whether to apply clear bra to the next 911. Im doing it because Nick Murray did it. If youre interested in a new 911, his YouTube channel is worth while -- I wish Id found it sooner. Alcantara? PDK? Sport Chrono? All-wheel drive? 18-way sport seats? Youll find his takes useful. But keep your eye on the Gorilla.

You know Im an impatient guy as it is. I call them I get an appt. 3 weeks from the phone call. Cool I get it they are busy its summer. The day before my appt. they call me and say that I couldnt come for another 2 weeks. On top of that they raised the price on me by nearly $100. So I call their top competitor getting the same service matched the original price and got me in, in 2 days. If you want service done here make sure you bring another hundred bucks and bring a razor because youre gonna look like the guys off of Duck Dynasty with your new beard.
