I would give this place zero stars if i could. they have awful customer service and are unresponsive about ordering things. i spent two weeks and multiple times being told i would be given a call back to order a stereo reciever. then after the two weeks they told me they do not order that reciever in at all. well they clearly should have told me that to begin with. don’t waste your time with these morons.

I stopped by Sound and Vision in search of a home theater system.I met with Shawn and i told him for what i was looking for. He came to my home saw everything and he took all my requirements and my budget too. He took one day to give me quote.After I got quote he explained me about each and every item mentioned in the quote .We had about 2 to 3 meetings regarding the quote . In all these meetings he was very patient and answered all my questions to the level of my understanding... he also showed me demo on the items that he mentioned in the quote not only that, he suggested me very good equipment especially with projector and screen. He always made sure that what ever i was going for are the best in my budget limits.After the meeting i took time to decide about the system. He never pushed me he was very patient in that too. Finally i placed an order he promised to install the system with in two weeks. He did what he promised.The installation team came on time actually they were early . 3 people came to install the unit . Reise, Steve and Mitch. They were really professional and amazing . I really liked their work, its very neat and clean . They finished the work very quickly and they were giving me suggestions about things like seating arrangement etc...Finally I am glad that i chose Sound and Vision for my system. I would definitely suggest this to my friends.

Beautiful store with all of the good stuff! The staff is very knowledgeable but not pushy at all. This is a great place to audition the finest there is.

I went in on a whim and expected to see crazy prices and a hard sell. I was walked around the store, the salesman gave me a great run down on all of the equipment. He then took time to understand my needs and recommended a very middle of the road receiver and in wall speakers. They sound great and they didnt pressure me to buy anything I didnt want. He also price matched WALMART for me. I couldnt believe it. Very good guys in there. Cool store.

I visited several places looking for some new tower speakers, I auditioned many sets and ended up buying from Sound and Vision. I worked with Brad and he worked his ass off setting up several sets of speakers for me to listen to. I left that evening and there was no pressure at all. He didnt try and get me to upgrade this or that like the guys at Best Buy do.I ended up buying B&W 702 S2 towers with the matching center channel a few days later. Great store IMO, Brad is great to work with too.

Stopped by to look at some B&W speakers after a disappointing trip to Best Buy. These guys were very responsive and took the time to demo a few pairs of speakers. At the end of it they were able to come in well under the Best Buy price and any other price I had seen online. Glad I made the visit.

It took 18 months to get a speaker repaired and it required many, many calls to to get this done. They came to my home once to assess what I had installed, and when I asked them to troubleshoot an issue, and not buy anything new first, their schedule was full and they never returned any calls. I ultimately contacted someone else, and after they helped me understand the limitations of my current whole home system, I agreed to install a Sonos system. I couldnt be happier. I will never go back, nor will I ever refer anyone to this business.7-2020 Update!! The speaker, repaired by Sound and Vision, failed a month or so ago. Guess what the reason was? The technician, Brad, failed to use all of the enclosures screws and as a result, the gasket didnt seal, and there was significant water penetration into the enclosure. Everything is rusted and corroded. The speaker is ruined. The company I would like to recommend is Superscope Technologies, theyre in Indiana, but they will fix your issue quickly, and honestly. I wish I could give ZERO stars. Dont take a chance with Sound and Vision. If you do, and your technicians name is Brad, head for the hills!!!

I couldnt imagine a more nice, knowledgeable, and helpful group of people. They were patient with me as a newbie to high-end audio and answered all my questions. And the installer Riese was terrific.

I called to scheduled an appointment for a service of my home theatre system, agreeing to pay the expensive service rate of $125.00 for the first hour and then $85.00 for each subsequent hour. My appointment was scheduled for the following week at 10:00am. On the scheduled day of the appointment I had arranged my schedule to accommodate the service however by 10:45 am no one had arrived so I called and left a message on the business phone. Shortly after 11:00 they called back asking what I needed. I informed them of our appointment and was then told Oh sorry, I thought someone had called you back, telling you we couldnt make it They then asked if they could possibly come the following day but would call me back in two hours to confirm. After five hours had passed they still had not called so I calked them back only to find out that they could not provide me service as they had agreed to. Apparently those at Sound and Vision believe their time is more valuable than the customers. Horrible customer service! I will take my business elsewhere.

Top notch guys - no pushy - no upsetting - no extended warranty nonsense - just practical advise based on experience - buy with confidence !!

Stopped in to discuss install of my TV above fireplace. They informed me that unless I was buying new components from them they would not be interested in my business. WOW. I went into the wrong line of work.
