Service is amazing! Cant beat the prices. They have state of the art equipment and can diagnose anything. My truck is driving better than when I purchased it (used). Ive had it aligned 3 times prior to VIP but when they did it the numbers were like never before. Even a dealership didnt get it this well. I knew I had an axel issue but when they looked and confirmed they were able to get the part in and start working on it same day. These guys are great professional and very personable. It my new go to location for everything.

Needed new tires on a Sunday, so I called around to about every tire place in the area, and VIP had the best price for the job, and I was able to get an oil change as well for a very good price. Ill definitely be back.

I went in to have my A/C recharged. Turned out that after the recharge was done, it still wasnt working. They got a relay delivered in a few minutes and it still wasnt working. Turned out to be the compressor. I liked that they didnt just jump to the biggest part needing to be replaced, and informed me of what was going on throughout. I came back to get the compressor installed and also scheduled to have my husbands cars brakes done this week as well. All around a great business. I was looking for a good local mechanic, and this is it!

Very well run. Great management and real mechanics. They gave me worst case scenario $$ requiring all new parts because some parts might get damaged during removal due to their condition, but the mechanic in true form knows how to take things apart and not just throw new parts at it and saved me a bunch! Bout time a garage like this opens in the neighborhood.

The Manager Jay & Employees Went Aboveee And Beyond to help me with my vehicle. From oil change/tire rotation/break cleaning to throttle cleaning & Mass air sensor installment. I brought my car in due to a severe coolant leak. (Which was supposedly fixed by a Chevy dealer) My car wouldn’t make it far without smoking due to the leak. I called in and spoke with John who was very professional and invited me in right away. Not only did they have the parts readily available, but got it done in only a few hours time! Absolutely not what I expected based off past experiences with mechanics and dealers. I also had them do an oil change due to the speedy turnaround. I definitely recommend this place if you need immediate service!

Very clean and high tech.They have a machine that when your auto is driven thru that will tell if your wheels are out of alignment. They have dip strips that tell the condition of the various fluids. Not quick. But a thorough job

I went to vip tires & service in park ave Worcester and they check my car and told me all the truth of what was going on with my car. I went to count of places to get answers and none of the places could tell me what vip tires & service told me about the problem my car was having. My transmission was bad, tires lump up because of bad structs and brake and license plate light were bad. I thank this guys for findings a solution for me and being honest, that really helped me a lot. This place is trustworthy! (jay) is the men you got to talk to, you will be in good hands with him and he’s crew! I highly recommend this place to anyone!
