Recently went for the first time to have a watch serviced. Excellent experience. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for anyone looking to have a mechanical watch brought back up to speed. Reasonably priced and a friendly and helpful staff.

They have a nice selection of men’s and women’s jewelry and watches. They are very knowledgeable about everything they sell, competitive prices, and tremendous customer service.** If you have a nice watch (Movado, Rolex) that needs work, or even a tune up, this is the only place to go. There is no one better in the entire Worcester County for watch care.I’ve been coming here for close to 30 years for all my jewelry repair including fixing a ring I had to have cut off and was restored perfectly, you’d never know it was ever damaged.Most highly recommended!!

Great place to get your jewelry fixed

I brought an old watch that had not worked for years. They rebuilt it ! Thank you so much for fixing that watch . It was not an expensive watch but was a gift from my Husband over 25 years ago. Its nice to be wearing it once again.

Finally, a jeweler in town that responds to the customer, does excellent work and is fairly priced. What a wonderful experience we had at Tatnuck Jewelers. They are so helpful and have excellent quality. I highly recommend this shop.

Super watch service.

After not hearing for 5 weeks, I decided to pay a second vist. It seemed they had forgotten about my watch, because it was placed in a random spot they had to search for. I was told to check back in a week. A week later I went back and was told they couldnt fix it. Disappointing at best. When the man working there realized I was upset, he finally took the time to explain what was wrong with the watch and why he couldnt repair it.

This place is awesome. I had an emergency need for my Rolex that was addressed over weekend. Since then this is the only place for all my jewelry and watches service needs. Trust 100%

The two that work here were really nice.I had the band on my watch break and ordered a new one but the pieces connecting it to the watch were different. I ended up taking the watch and new band and they pieced it together for me. They were really quick and nice about it.

Needed my watch resized and had stripped a couple of screw heads. They had no problems wiring with that and getting it done.

Limited hours and timeliness of repairs. Took longer than I would have expected. But they do great work
