Tasha was an amazing person and a pleasure to meet. Not only did she handle our needs with the upmost care, but exceeded our expectations. While initially we were going to go in to buy one phone, she managed to get all of us new Iphone 12 pro/pro maxs. Not only did she tell us of the offers that AT&T had, but treated us as if we were people, not just customers. I would recommend her to anyone I know who has AT&T as a provider. She is the representative that deserves the same attention and care that she puts into her work, only the best.

This is at&ts new flagship store in the worcester area, its big, clean and nice to enter. The staff and management is great and always suggestive. I really love this place when shopping for phones and accessories.

This location has the BEST employees. So helpful and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to help my daughter with and iTunes issue.....wasnt even their problem but they helped us out. They have customers for life!!!

I went to the store on Saturday night January 11, and it was this guy working there who was REALLY rude to me, for no reason, while I was just waiting for a customer that was with me. You guys have to check who are you going to ask for help.
