The guys working the front of the house were great. Everything was reasonably priced and the front desk worker was very knowledgeable and informative. After we had the invoice he called the back of the building and told us to pull around. When we pulled around a guy came out and was very rude to us. Telling us our contract was not “open”. I told the guy to call up front. Everything was resolved but I wasn’t expecting the sass form the gentleman out back.

I must have used Toomeys 30 times over the past 20 years, and I am always happy. They have pretty much everything, from party supplies to jack hammers and house jacks. Never an issue, very accommodating.

Worst company ever to do business with. First conversation I had, the guy was very nice. Second conversation I had regarding payment he treated me like I was stupid. He was very very rude. We paid cash for the the rental of tables and chairs, which they then required a $40 deposit. It rained very heavy. We tried to do our best in keeping the tables dry so there was no damage. My boys went to drop them off the next morning and the manager and staff starting yelling at my boys about the tables being wet and refused to give our deposit back. These guys are thieves and will steal your money. Do not do business with them unless you are willing to forfeit your deposit.

I have rented equipment from this business on several occasions, and I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff and machinery. In fact, there have been times when I have been advised by the employees to NOT rent the equipment because its not necessary for my landscaping project. They are quite informative and educational in answering questions like, Is this the right tool for the job? I highly recommend them.

It was not that good because they would not let me put a popcorn machine in my pickup truck behind the driver seat so I had to go find it elsewhere. Went to another local rental center and they put it right in the back seat for me
