Booked a balcony room online. Went checked in, got room key, went up to room...no balcony. Which was the only reason I was willing to pay 290 on a Wednesday for a room in Worcester. Went back to the lobby, lady said I most definitely did not book a balcony room. When I showed her my confirmation all of a sudden she said I did book a balcony room but that they were sold out...at what point were they going to tell me that? And why would I still pay the price of a balcony room? Needless to say...we left. π
Positive: It was nice and clean, the cleaning lady was very helpful when we needed more towels. Plus the price was right. I would stay again. Negative: Everything was great.
The reason for 1 star is the woman at the desk on the evening of 9-15-21. She checked us in and had a vendetta ever since against our kids. After checking in we put our stuff in the room and we were gone shopping with all kids till late. Once we came back they took showers and went to sleep. At 10 PM family member who came to visit me need ambulance called turned out he had bad kidney stones. He couldnβt walk. This woman at the desk didnβt like that I called an ambulance to come to the room cause he couldnβt walk. Before the ambulance was called we had zero issues zero complaints. As soon as the ambulance is called at 10 pm she charged us $240 instead of low rate we had for one night and fabricated lies that our kids were loud wreaking havoc. Our kids were in bed sleeping when EMTs arrived. EMTs did not even see any children because they were in bed. The kids werenβt even woken up by the EMTs thatβs how quiet it was. She on top of that lied that police came. Nobody but firefighters and 2 EMTs came to the hotel door! If any human asks me to call an ambulance cause they canβt even walk, Iβm a trained medical professional I will call an ambulance. To retaliate and lie because of that is disgusting for somebody who works at the hotel. Please review security cameras for the bold face lies this woman wrote in her report and I guarantee it can easily be proven that sheβs making it up. Saying my kids were running in halls, we were barely in the hotel until late. I bet thereβs zero proof of that as well. This is pure retaliation for calling an ambulance. God forbid this family member would had a blockage or bursted appendix and I wouldnβt have called and he wouldβve possibly died in the hotel due to lack of medical attention. I never ever had an issue with these hotels before but this woman had an issue with us since we checked in. Please review the report and security footage fabricating lies like this by an employee is pathetic. I will be documenting how we are leaving the room with a time stamp in case the same employee tries to come up with more lies to charge us more money, if she does we will have proof.
Hotel is nice clean and comfortable. The service is great and personnel are very friendly. Only 4 stars as the TV in the room was a bit old and fairly dark.
Positive: Front desk staff was accommodating. Negative: Needed to move room due to sagging mattress. Second room AC squealed all night. Maintenance fixed squeal but temperature did not work. Hair dryer had hair in it from previous guests. Pool was extremely small and green.
No great shakes here. Had room moved due to sagging mattress, next room had squealing AC. Small room in comparison to other king size Marriotts. Pool is extremely small and water was green. Disappointing stay.
Very disappointed, I have stayed here for over a year to help me be closer to emergency call for the hospital. They no longer were willing to accommodate a hospital worker rate because COVID is βdoneβ. The Hilton up the street was more than willing to accommodate, they understood there are many medical emergencies we are needed for not just COVID, so I will now give them my money and be able to be at the hospital quickly to help the patients in need.
Room was very clean, smelled fresh the food at the bistro is awesome and ask for maria, she is friendly, very pleasant and is quick on her feat and a wonderful cook
Room was clean and staff was friendly when we checked in. There was a car alarm that kept going off all night in the hotel parking lot (not really their fault), but to top that off, there was no hot water for the shower in the morningπ₯Ά
Positive: Location Negative: Asked for towels never delivered to a housekeeping staff, then when I called front desk they told me to go down. Plus breakfast was so cheap a nutritional bar, a danish, and water in a bag. A sandwich would have been better specially having my 4 year old.
Old and dirty couch bed and plaster falling off ceiling and carpet needs to be cleaned. I took pictures.
The Penthouse suite was lovely with aa amazing view of the Zakem Bridge
Everything about my stay was excellent... from check in to check out.
Although the people were polite in the hotel. It was not clean. Horrible experience.. Check your sheets there was blood stains on the sheets in two rooms. The staff was not very helpful in regards to that. Spoke to Corporate.Update: Corporate said they would get back to the hotel and they would contact me, it apears they know about these bugs in the beds and just dont want to fix it... Definitely staying at a hampton inn next time they never let me down on cleanliness or customer service.
It was really easy to find this place off the highway Of course using Google maps I say that, It was clean inside and pretty quiet then they followed all the viral prevention protocol type situations were as you would wish tgem 2 be. And not very busy which I dont know about you but Im not looking to be in crowds anytime soon so that helps. Plus gated parking so you dont really have to worry about that safety part since they keep control of whos in and out of it.
Positive: Front desk service. Negative: Everything was alright.
Positive: Good location Negative: Room was tired. Cracked sink. Some stains on couch. Smelled like smoke. Sliding door of room above was very loud and disturbing. $10 to park?! Ridiculous. Breakfast was a muffin and nutragrain bar.
Best nights sleep ive ever had on there king size beds with my husband
I love the room! Everything so clean a perfect! No time to check other areas but this room and the balcony, the bathroom...love! Only one problem....I am single...no company π€
Positive: Good location, easy parking and friendly staff
Good Morning! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone else. whenever i do my trips i try to stay in it. specifically Wochesters is not an indication. we were badly tattooed by a lady who received us on the day of check in. lack of education, it filled us with fees to pay, parking among others. left my grandson without a bed to sleep, he kept mumbling all the time when we asked her something. worst service that ever happened to me, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone else.
Positive: Clean, quiet Negative: Everything was great
Its a nice hotel most of the staff is nice. The only problem I have is that they over charge me.
Positive: Locatiom Negative: Is a great hotel. Dont feel as safe as I did in past.
I had reserved a king bed room and when I arrived to the hotel, I was informed that they didnt have any more king rooms so they gave me two double beds. A bit later, a friend in the same wedding party checked into his king room. The ice machine on our floor was broken. We were charged $10 per night for parking in an open lot.
I was disappointed that they did not follow proper covid-19 restrictions. There were several parties going on. The pool area is supposed to reserved for 1 family at a time and at one point there was over 20 people in there!!I went to get the bedding for the pull out sofa from the drawer and there was nothing. I called to the front desk and I was told that I had to go get it. I go downstairs and they give me a blanket and pillow. I go back to my room and pull out the sofabed for my daughter to find our that it didnt even have sheets! I call downstairs again and am now forced to go back down to the lobby in my PJs! Why didnt they give me them when I originally asked for bedding?!?! Or shouldnt the bed have been made when I booked a room for 3 people and there was only 1 bed in the room?My husband gets up a lot earlier than my daughter and I, so he gets a coffee and the paper and usually reads in a hotel lobby. When he went downstairs, he asked the desk clerk to put the lights on and she replied, are you staying here? Do they usually have strangers walking in to have a coffee and read the paper in the lobby? Doesnt give you the welcome feeling nor feeling too safe that they would even feel the need to ask!The take away breakfast is a bagel with no cream cheese or butter, jello and a bottle of water! Who wants a dry bagel?? Since when is jello part of a balanced breakfast? Just because its orange in color, doesnt make it a fruit LOL!Then housekeeping is already knocking on our door at 8:20! When I asked the front desk they replied did you have your do not disturb sign up?, I didnt realize that I needed it, when check out wasnt until noon. It would be one thing if it was after 10 in the morning.Overall, not a good representation of this hotel. Ive stayed at several Courtyard Marriott and never had such a poor experience!
How things change when the bosses show up. The pantry is stocked. Breakfast bags are available, coffee bar doesnt go days without being filled. The only time when someone is at the desk is when the gentleman from Ghana is on duty. T
Enjoyed the accomodations very much. The beds, linens, and, shower were my favorites! The shower in the King room (not King suite) was all glass with a perfectly placed half shelf or ( lip if you will) that is ideal for shaving your legs! Also, a big plus for me was the shower head that had fabulous pulsating and, light rain like settings! The coffee station in the lobby was available at 5 a.m however, was a bit disappointed since they did not have flavored creamers. Fairfield Marriot in Marlborough offers a few flavors along with a heated breakfast sandwiches!
Im torn between 3 and 4 stars. Obviously covid plays a huge factor in this rating.Upon arrival theres someone ghetto outside yelling at the top of his lungs at this girl. Definitely not a welcoming sight when pulling up to a hotel. Secondly, theres no cooked breakfast. They offer one paper bag, per person, per room. The first bag I opened had a bottle of water, a little Debbies pastry, a trail mix bar and an apple. The second bag had everything except an apple. Far from a breakfast. Additionally, the cleaning crew doesnt come around everyday. Far from the norm for a Marriot hotel. All of the staff were wicked nice, informative and respectful
Reception very helpful in fixing an issue with my reservation
Not happy! We reserved a room for our son, who was visiting his girlfriend at WPI, for two nights. He arrived the first night, gave his ID, paid with his credit card, no problem. The second night, they informed him that he could not stay there because he was 18. We have spent hours on the phone trying to remedy this and weβre hung up on twice. My son is currently hours away with no place to stay. Again...Not happy!
Positive: The staff was very friendly. Hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable.
I stayed at the hotel for 6 weeks and most of my stay was during the C19 period. The staff here is excellent. I especially remember Christian handling some tough issues with the extremely difficult times with great composure and politeness. Janari and the maintenance man were very helpful as well as all of the hotel staff. I hope to be back in a less complicated business situation. Absolute five star staff at this hotel.
Positive: Location and front desk Negative: Dirty sheets full of urine and blood gross
Wonderful staff and great location for the NE10s swimming and diving championships. Lots of college kids that were well behaved and very kind. I cannot say enough about how enjoyable it was to be with them all, was not sure how noisy it would be but to our surprise it was great.Thank you all,Staff, parents and studentys
The rooms have an adjoining door, and the sound travels right through it. Then there are the emergency vehicles constantly driving by. I hear an average of 3 emergency sirens between 10p & 8a every day. There even more during the day.The bed seemed to be made sloppily the first time I entered; nothing was tucked in and the sheets were nearly falling off. The bed was decently comfy and didnt have that low saggy spot that summer other hotel bed so have. The receptionist was also kind of sassy when I first checked in. Maybe its the way New Englanders talk, but it came of as rude. Only one receptionist ever said hi while I was entering, all the rest wouldnt even look my way... Again, that might be a New Englander thing.
To whom it may concernI stayed 3 nights at the Marriott Courtyard, in Worcester, Ma. Immediately, walking in upon arrival we were greeted. The welcome was amazing. Christian, was professional, polite, knowledgable about the brand, and very personable.Even though, we are in the middle of a pandemic for those minutes checking in an talking with Christian I literally forgot about the pandemic. And that really made our day. I really appreciate the set up of the sanitizer, whips, and posters reminding you just respect your personal space and the space of others while in the hotel. Another agent was amazing as well and her name was Alicia!! She was very kind and outgoing at night making sure we had our ice/plates, making sure we were satisfied, comfortable, and letting us know that if we need her service she is open an available for us.I would like to let Marriott Courtyard in Worcester, Ma., know that my friend I had an amazing stay plus got to know 2 kind professional individuals this weekend. So with that being said I will definitely let friends and family know where to stay when visiting Worcester, Ma., and I will definitely return. So Christian and Alicia I will see you all very soon. Keep up the good work Marriott Courtyard, Worcester, Ma.
Positive: lobby area, and room were very pretty and clean Negative: TV was poor quality and HDMI connection werent working. no creamer, utensil were provided in the room.
The public restroom had no soap or water. Something spilled on the elevator last night that wasnt cleaned up.On the plus side, the rooms were clean and the staff was great.
Very Nice And Friendly Hotel People At Desk Are Very Friendly And Want To Make Sure You Have A Good Stay. Only Down Side I Have Is They Made Complaints To Me On My Service Dog Not Wearing A Vest Or ID Tags But The ADA Doesnβt Require Me To Make Her Wear One If I Donβt Fell The Need To And I Donβt Think That It Is Understanded At This Point On The Hotels Behalf. But All In All They Are A Very Nice Hotels There Clean And The Pillows Are Amazing And Itβs A Good Hotel If In The Area Traveling ( Iβm From Texas). Also Due To Covid They Have Breakfast Bags For On The Go Just Wish It Came With Something More Then A Water Apple And Nurti Grain Bar And A Muffin Wish There Was Different Options For Breakfast And More ! πππ
Nice clean rooms, staff was great. The issue?. The location is kinda off the grid and NO breakfast?...just a doggy bag that consists of a bottled water, a donut and a nutri-grain bar. Eh!.
This hotel is completely no frills. Itβs not close to downtown where you can easily walk to restaurants & shopping. Itβs a basic set up - nothing special - and the decor or sterile looking. The staff failed several times to provide good customer service, even when I asked for my room to be cleaned they still couldnβt get it done. Overall Marriott seems to have gone downhill with their expansion. Theyβve forgotten that good customer service is key.
Positive: Hotel employee was courteous n friendly as well as hotel employee professional n kind at front desk Negative: No
You would think that they would at least have the decency to supply a continental breakfast for the $$ they charge, and their public relations could use some work
Absolutely wonderful they open the pool finally and we had a great time.
Ok room smells like pot bad
Its clean but die to covid this facility dont clean the rooms daily like other Marriott hotels, and the cafeteria isnt open.
Clean, good service, workable.
Left at 4 am some strange woman vacuuming claiming to be the supervisor. Very rude and very odd. Kept shaking? Glasses and red hair. Left my keybfor my other guest someone else took it...said shes was going to leave room open. Very bizarre interaction. Im going home. Will not return. If someone come into room do not want to be held responsible
Basically lived here for 2 weeks. They respect my privacy when I keep my thing on the door. The minute I take that thing off though. Theyre in my room cleaning it. Beds pretty comfortable air conditioner works. Very nice bartender, very helpful and personable, talk to Victoria shes great.
Not a good experience at all. Stayed at location 3x and only the 1st was a good experience. Christian is not an accommodating hosts/receptionist. Attitude was very deal with it or beat it on last two visits.First time staying here (no Christian) was great. Enough to come back a second time. Second time requested a room with balcony, very dismissive and chippy. Declined to even look initially. I got the feeling I was bothering him bc he had to look in system. Understandable that he couldnβt do it but attitude was from the sewer.Second time made a reservation(1-2 days in advance)paid whatever the additional costs to secure a room w/ balcony due to being claustrophobic. Upon arrival he tells me we had a ups crew of thirty (yea....ok). and gave my reservation away to them. Then attempts to give me a room w/o telling me the details. Thank goodness I asked to see it first. He had the audacity to try and slip me into the handicap room!!!!!!!!! No asking would I mind or details. The nerve of this guy. Upon calling third party vendor his only reconciliation was to cancel reservation all together. Thank goodness third party upgraded me to a suite in another hotel at no additional costs. Not one of his shinning moments.
Nice rooms friendly staff
Positive: Safety of cars Negative: They said they charge for car parking. Though they didnt charge me for the 3 nights, I dont like it if they charge for parking.
Great location, close to WPI campus and a wide variety of food and drink. The hotel is an updated clean friendly environment which is staffed by very polite and knowledgeable individuals. Always a great stay!!
Positive: Location Negative: Staff rude
This location is awesome! The staff was very respectful and super helpful! Helped me to change the room from 1 king bed to 2 queen size bed without any prob. The pool is very small. It was ok with the room which was very clean.
Our trip to Worcester was an emergency, last minute situation since our daughter was very ill. The desk manager, Christian, was extremely helpful and understanding as he was able to get us a room during the Covid situation. We had the opportunity to visit with our daughter before she died (not from Covid).Having a comfortable room with Christian looking after us made a bad situation better.
Pretty much what you would expect of a hotel at that level. Clean and food and drink available in the lobby at night. However, parking is limited and dont be in the shower when someone in the building flushes a toilet!
A hotel that helps a colleague make a mistake. This family was good in all aspects of the evaluation and chose this family. The hotels been making good comments. Nice position, too! Good recommendation!
The maid service consisted of only making the beds every day, and one day, only one bed was made because a hockey bag was on the bed. One of the days, the maid did not give us fresh towels! Then the maid left all the dirty glasses out by the ice bucket every day, and did not bother to clean the ice bucket at all. So by the last day, there were like eight dirty glasses out and old stagnant water in the ice bucket. I went to the lobby to get fresh water, and there was no free fresh water out. I asked the receptionist where I could get some fresh water, and she said that I could purchase a bottle of water, or if I had a water bottle, she could fill it up from a water fountain in her office. Where I live in California, the law states that an establishment must provide free fresh water to its guests. I am not aware of the laws in Massachusetts, but for the cost of the room rate, I would think fresh water would be provided in the lobby. The hotel has fresh water out for its expensive buffet breakfast, so why not leave it out all day???
First, let me start by saying this hotel is definitely a gem in Worcester, Ma. My daughter attends the College of the Holy Cross and because of that, I have been traveling to the Worcester area for two years now. I have stayed in several different chain hotels in hopes in finding one that will ultimately be my go to hotel. Well, I must say their is no need to look any further, I have finally found my go to hotel and its The Courtyard by Marriot. What separates your hotel from the rest is your outstanding customer service. Jackie, Leo and Steven your shuttle driver are truly amazing. They always smiled and were extremely accommodating. The cleanliness of your entire hotel is impeccable. Also, Luckys restaurant, right around the corner, is affordable and delicious. I must say, when I checked out, I felt extremely content and relieved knowing that I can know visit my daughter without feeling uneasy in regards to my hotel stay. If I have to say one negative thing about your hotel it would be regarding your bartender. I left my state ID at home and he was extremely rude in regards to the hotels policy on serving alcoholic beverages to guest without ID. Although, I respect your policy, I clearly look older then twenty one and I feel that since no other establishment that I visited in Worcester, asked me for ID when I ordered a cocktail, I should have been given a pass to order and not made to feel embarrassed by my situation and the bartenders suggestion that I leave the bar area. Nonetheless, I want to thank the persons who manage this hotel along with its entire staff. Until my next visit, see you in August.
Stayed here for proximity to UMass Medical center (located 5 minutes away by free shuttle). Great Burger place/bar one block away. Cafe half block away. No lunch service at hotel. Buffet breakfast (not included) but serves Starbucks coffee. Room has Single Coffee machine and decent coffee (not kcup capable) and microwave and mini fridge. Very Large balcony is covered so you can sit outside even in rain. Did not try dinner, but limited menu. Did try grab and go breakfast and had great fruit salad and bagel with starbucks.Staff very helpful and customer friendly
Pretty nasty rooms sheets are dirty. Charge you for parking the price is not worth it!
Customer service by all the staff was excellent! The service at check-in from Anais King was exceptional, she really made us feel cared for. Thank you!
Due to a death in my family I had to travel to Boston Massachusetts where I stay at the Courtyard by Marriott. I was given excellent service and excellent room for a person who is handicapped which I am. Everyday I enjoyed every moment that I stayed at that Marriott I give 5 stars or more for they service and for their treatment. Again I want to thank them for the service that they gave me and the treatment. I would not only recommend staying there I would stay there again as a matter of fact I have full intentions on staying there whenever I go to Boston. As a matter of fact because of their treatment other places I go I will look for a Courtyard Marriott.
Decent option for the area. Check in was efficient and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. You can get a nice meal in the lobby. They offer a shuttle service if you book it ahead of time which is very convenient.
My stay at the Marriott was only for one night but I felt relaxed and comfortable. The staff was attentive and in good spirits in the late evening when I arrived. My check in was a breeze with my Bonvoy membership since I forgot my credit card at home. Just didnt like the sink outside the bathroom. But overall great experience.
We stayed at the hotel because my daughter had a recruiting trip at Assumption. The hotel was conveniently located to the school in a safe area. The hotel interior was modern and up to date. We all enjoyed staying in the hotel. The breakfast was nice. We tried to get food around lunch time, but there wasnt any available until evening. The staff were able to give us suggestions of places to go. Although the pool was small, my 9 year old had a great time swimming in it! Overall, great stay!
Nice hotel
In early October 2019, the fitness center and pool at this hotel were closed for remodeling. Didnt learn that until check-in, though. The staff could not seem to comprehend that I wanted room charges on one credit card and incidentals on another. This hotel has a lame parking setup where parking beside the hotel costs $10/night, but parking is free a block or so away (you have to find it yourself; theres no sign, and no map was provided). This is the worst Marriott Ive ever stayed in. I will say that the breakfast staff was very nice and efficient.
Wonderful people!! However if your in the hotel its for resting only. Normally Marriotts have better in house amenities this one does not you will have to leave to get that.. kinda funny all the take out boxes in the great loby!
No major complaints. Standard Courtyard property. Clean - great bed. Bistro food was typical Courtyard fare but cooked well. For dinner try The Fix...5 minute walk down street. Only negative is street noise. Fire station down the road and nearby hospital so there are many sirens. Usually slows up around 10PM. Try for a room on backside.
Loved the hotel and the location. Walking distance to many great restaurants and colleges. Convenient parking. Hotel lobby was clean and beds were comfortable. Only ding would be there is no hot tub and the fitness center is very small.

Everyone at this hotel was friendly and helpful. They made you feel like they appreciated your business and offered to do whatever they could to enhance your stay. I had two rooms at this hotel and the staff was kind enough to block off two adjoining rooms, both with balconies. everything was ready when we arrived and the check in process was very efficient. Nice lobby and upscale bar compared to other courtyards. Definitely recommend
Was making a delivery of carpeting
I am handicapped yet they made me pay for parking not right! 2nd the fridge in room 323 is so filled with ice cant fit what I needed to put in. 3rd the aircondioner was broken so room was hot till they replaced the unit. 4th they never made our beds or replenished towels, wash cloths toilet paper and coffee we left an undone room and came back that night to an undone room, not at all cool! Price for breakfast was too much for powdered eggs! Couldnt enjoy firepit outside because they had no propane ridiculous and lastly the pool was a little larger than a hot tub yucky. ..I would not waste my time staying there again!
The good- easy check in, clean room, check in staff was nice, nice atmosphere, surprisingly comfortable bed. The bad- $9 fee to park that I knew about before getting the room (what hotel makes you pay to park), they oversold the parking lot (after we paid the fee), after complaining we were given a map and said go park at the garage a few streets over, it was really snowing out and we had to walk back from the garage even though we paid to park in front of the building, midnight staff was not apologetic and said they all they could do is remove the parking fee. I will never stay there again and I do not recommend this place.
I will not bore you with why Marriott customer service has truly turned me off to the Marriott brand. However, if staying at one of the hotels could change my mind, this one would do it. This is a very nice property, clean, good location and the staff was really warm, welcoming, friendly and helpful. I cant say anything bad about this hotel. They lose 1 point on amenities because they do not have USB ports in the rooms. Ultimately, not that important because there are ways around it, but they asked for a ranking on the amenities and that could have been better.
Very pleased with the hotel.Rooms fresh and clean. Food for breakfast good but a bit pricy. Staff was good in being honest about alternatives.Bar attractive with good wines by the glass but with good weather it would have been nice to be able to use the outside for drinks. Hopefully the license will come soon.Bar staying o[en after concern for an extra hour was well received.
The Staff really made my experience enjoyable! Courteous and EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL! The room was awesome and the BISTRO was AMAZING! Please try the Caesar Salad! Also, the Bartender was OUTSTANDING as he made me a wonderful Hot Toddy as I was sick with a cold! It does not get much better than that!
Very Expensive
Great hotel, great location, very nice staff--the staff was so helpful and friendly. They recommended restaurants, printed out directions. The bartender Victoria was especially nice, as she knew our family was having a hard time. She brought us all water as we huddled together on the couches.
FIX THE FIRE PLACE AND GET A REAL BAR SET UP TO MAKE IT COZIER
The weather outside was blizzard conditions. My business in Worcester took longer than expected. I called the hotel and they set me up with no issues. From check in, cleanliness/comfort of room, this was a great value. The hotel staff was friendly, removed snow from my vehicle and overall the experience made my day so much better. I would highly recommend this hotel if in the area.
I would definitely recommend this hotel. It was a great experience from check in to check out. Staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel and room was clean and inviting, the staff at breakfast were awesome! We got a free shuttle to the concert down the street (we expected to take an Uber). We had a short stay but it was a great stay!
The Worcester Courtyard Marriott offers a very comfortable lodging experience for the business or pleasure traveller. Rooms are generously sized, clean, and comfortable. The lobby bar is inviting, the staff are helpful and pleasant, and the location offers quick access to I-290. If you would like to eat outside the hotel, a couple of good restaurants are within an easy walk fo the hotel. Breakfast outside the hotel, however, will involve a car ride.
The room was big, and decently comfortable. Definitely larger than I expected, especially considering the fact they were booked to capacity. The environment is nice. Its located in a college town and there is a little smells in the area but overall probably the best place to stay in Worcester.
Great! It was wonderful to meet up with old friends from Texas in such a comfortable setting. No pressure relaxing in the general lobby area in the afternoon and evening. Also, no rush eating. Plenty of time to relax with each other. When we needed directions to the Botanical Garden, the young lady at the front desk could not be more helpful getting us there and back. The food service people were so pleasant that they started our day with sunshine. Thanks to everyone.
This Courtyard has all the amenities you would expect from a Courtyard. Plenty of receptacles for plugging in. Fresh sheets and very clean bathroom. Friendly staff and convenient location off the interstates.
Very clean room, bed was comfortable and staff was great. The frig was not cold enough and the shower had no water pressure at all. Also wish the courtyards offered free breakfast. I wouldnβt of chosen this hotel because they donβt offer free breakfast but my work made the reservations. Overall nice hotel.
Very nice staff. Lobby area is modern and clean. Rooms nicely appointed. Within walking distance of public parks. A little less than an hour from downtown Boston.
Positive: HeΓΒ’Γ’β¬ÒβΒ’s AMAZING! All the staff is but my husband and my ΓΒ’Γ’βˆ βgo to guyΓΒ’Γ’βˆ ..
Victoria, your bartender, gave us so much good information. Love her. Wanda in the cafe is charming.
Negative: The bathroom floor was not clean. Had dirt spots and spots of something (not sure what).
Ive stayed here several times now and every time we get an awful bed and a half clean room. Ive told the staff about the beds several times and nothing has happened. Several showers have mildew in the tile grout and the white floors are stained with black dirt. My socks get black within minutes of walking around the room. The night staff is grumpy and questioned me on why I need extra towels when they already gave me one extra towel. They provided me two towels when we had four people booked in the room, so the extra towel they graciously gave me was still one towel short for our party. They also claimed there were no extra pillows in the entire hotel. They also told me that the Courtyard brand caters to business travelers, so when my family stays there, they are the exception to their usual clientele. That area is all colleges, so I have to guess that a lot of their clientele is families visiting schools, or visiting their kids at school. This hotel is making me question my loyalty to the Marriot brand all together.
The hotel was very comfortable and convenient. Staff was great and very attentive. Morning breakfast was delicious and quick. Would recommend this hotel for future stays.
