Laser hair removal studio is amazing! The people are kind and very understanding. They are very professional and know exactly what they’re doing. Not to mention their amazing prices are unbeatable! I go here for everything and the results are uncanny. I have always been someone with thick hair and everywhere. Now after one visit I barely have to shave. Their machines are unreal! And they have lots more to offer than just laser. You have to check them out!!

They really do a fantastic job!!! I have been to other places before and they arent as careful but Laser Hair Removal Studio is very thorough and makes sure to go over every spot. They have cooled air too which really helps to make it as comfortable as possible. I have been for three visits here and I am making great progress. Very clean office and they are taking all covid precautions which is comforting. I highly highly recommend them.

Costumer service is great! The technicians make you feel comfortable and are very welcoming! I’ve been doing laser hair removal for about 5 sessions now and the results are great: razor burn is gone, black spots are gone, in grown hairs are gone and I am definitely shaving less often! Will continue to finish my sessions here for as long as I need!

They’re so quick with the appointment and i saw a different in hair growth in just 3 weeks. Staff is nice too and you get free chocolate too. Definitely recommend.

I’ve been to laser hair removal studio 5x already for lips, underarm, and Brazilian hair removal. Process has been quick and easy. They are extremely professional and clean. The laser does sting but it’s a quick 10-15 mins for those 3 areas. Overall pleased and would recommend.

Just finished my fourth treatment at Laser Hair Removal Studio. I am so glad they opened a Worcester location because it is right on my way home from work! Everyone is so nice and welcoming, plus they always have chocolate :)If you have ever considered laser hair removal, I highly recommend giving them a try! They use a ‘pay as you go’ system, unlike most laser companies where you have to sign a contract to receive X treatments within X months, and you have to pay everything up front. And if you try it once and you aren’t impressed with the initial results, you don’t have to worry about cancellation fees or anything like that. Not that I can imagine any reason NOT to go back for another treatment.My skin felt amazing within days after my first treatment and the only time I bother shaving low is prior to my next treatments. No more razor bumps, and my thick course hair has been reduced to slow growing, fine hairs that are so sparse that I don’t even notice it anymore.Thanks again you guys! I will see you again at the end of beach season!

When I moved to Worcester I needed a new place to do laser hair removal. I’ve gone twice so far and I can say that my progress hasn’t stopped and every time there are less hair. The staff does their work quickly and I enjoy the little encouragements I get while the procedure since my pain tolerance is low. From my research this is the best price around and I like that they charge you per session not force you into a long term bundle.

Truly horrible service! The website said they had a free consultation and when I scheduled an appointment NO ONE called. Then 5 minutes later they send this message with an attitude of why I set up a consultation appointment? I have been to several med spas in SF, NYC and this is by far the worst customer service and certainly will be wary of them. On top of that when I did answer the call from another number she didn’t even try to apologize for their rudeness and just ended the call. Simply rude and wouldn’t recommend service from someone who can’t even recognize when they are being rude.You did call me and I did pick up after I asked it you are the Framingham number. And of course, I will give you a bad review. Service starts from the time you answer someone’s phone and talk to a customer. If you can’t get that part right then I do have the right to caution others. Attached is a picture of the call where I answered the phone and was received rudely. Two things y’all need to learn: Customer Service and accepting feedback. Without that you are not a 5 star business

I have used 3 locations as I have moved around Mass for the laser hair removal service . And all 3 locations have never disappointed . They are flexible with scheduling, kind and make you feel comfortable . They communicate clearly and set the right expectations .by the third session my hair growth had already become sparser. And in the last year they have been very Covid friendly, wiping down door handles equiplment, disposable masks and gloves . I would definitely go back .
