I had to get a passive key fob (chip key) made for a Kawasaki Concours. The dealers want $100+ for one credit card sized fob. Jerrys read my fob and made me two fully programmed fobs for $30 each. $60 for two working fobs vs $100+ from a dealer? Pretty easy choice. THANK YOU JERRYS!!!

Called to ask about mini copper keys as they are technically bmw the person told me they are not sure about it then hung up on me when I asked who would be able to give me an answer. Very unprofessional and not customer service like.

Two week ago I bring my motorcycle key and asked if they can do another spare one. Because they dont have specific blank key they told me to order from dialership, bring here and they have apsolutely no problem to cut the spare key.So, today I called and told them I got a new blank key from dealer. They told me very straight we cant do that job. When I remind them they told me apsolutely opposite last week they said we dont have time to argue and dropped the call.Its not that type of business Ill can recommend to others. Poor customer service and knowledge!

My remote key was broken and I called to see the process of getting it fixed, wow the person i spoke with on the phone was so helpful and nice. Went there today and less than 15 minutes he was done and the price to me was so cheap. I usually dont leave reviews but after what I experienced today I just had to say something. These guys were great! Very sweet and fast service. I got a new key fob made here and it took him only 15 minutes, he was so efficient! Fully stocked inside of tools and parts for any home projects. They also have a plentiful bird feeder and seed section that is pretty fun to look around. Overall, these guys were wonderful, Ill definitely be returning🙂

Great place to get keys cut, help with locks (home or auto). A fraction the price of dealerships. Dont waste your money and more importantly your time at big box stores, these guys cost less and make sure their product works.

Hands down one of the best experiences I have had. I called Jerrys in search of an answer pertaining to a locked anti theft system in my car. I needed a second key made, but did not have a way to bring my vehicle to the hardware store for reprogramming, unless I used an expensive tow. I mentioned to Adam my car was right down the street. Adam kindly offered his tech to come to my residence. The tech was knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. He made a few trips back and forth to the store and did everything he could to fix my anti theft system from being locked. He successfully programmed the new keys, with no frustration or worry, even though it was looking very grim. I am thankful to the team at Jerrys hardware for helping me today with a major issue. My family has been going to Jerrys for 30 plus years. Today, especially, they have gone above and beyond to make me feel like family. Thanks guys!!!

By far the best place in town if you are looking for any car-key related help. I came in with a problem and not only did they fix it fast, the cost was a fraction of the price that a dealership would normally charge. The workers are very friendly and know exactly what they are doing. I will be returning with all future key dilemmas!

I am now a retired Biology/Ecology school teacher. Whenever I had a problem with my lawn or gardens I always ask Tom for his advice. I bought a 2018 Honda Accord (brand new) from Herb Chamber and for the first time had a wireless fob that starts the car. We are approaching December and I had to replace the fob on the car a few times. I called Jerrys hardware and within 10 minutes Adonis, a WPI student with straight A average. age 20 came and did a new fob for my car. The price was about half the price of one from Honda. Thank you Tom and his crew at Jerrys. They are the best. Tom is also a person who knows Single Payer is the right way to go. He was on a panel I set up in late 2011. Smart guy.

If you dont like Jerrys you probably didnt like your sweet old grandpa/grandma. Old school all the way. Great service, prices, and advice on products for car and home. All in a one room hardware store with 3 or 4 employees. After all these years in business Jerrys still stands tall in a vanishing America full of malls and big box stores. Give it a try. I needed two keys cut quick. I didnt mention this to the gentleman behind the counter however. On a Sunday morning, he greeted me and proceeded to cut 2 keys in about a minute. These guys are good.

Its a great little local place that doesnt necessarily have everything you might be looking for but have most of the common things you might need and I use them to have keys made, quick and reasonable.

Been going to this place for years. Always good prices, good selection and good service. Bought some chain there this year, had it outside for the Mastiff and wife decided that she did not like the chain. brought it back rusted, 30 feet of it, and money was returned with a smile. Hes a crook, then my mother in law is a nice person.

I went in to have a lock made for my bedroom. One of the employees, who was great and kind, was more than ready to help me. Unfortunately, for whatever reason, the store owner interrupted his employee from assisting me in such a rude manner. He told the man helping me not to help me and told him to tell me to come back Monday, all without acknowledging my presence. This happened around 1PM well before the store closed. I am heartbroken because, after reading other reviews, I thought I would have great service too. Sadly, this was not the case. The only reason there’s another star is for the employee who was so kind.

Ive been going to Jerrys for years they are the go to people for any kind of keys..my buddy recently lost his last key for his truck and when that happens you lose the security info...usually that means a tow to the dealer and huge bills...My recomendation to call Jerrys got him the cheapest price by far!

This place can be a little deceiving at first, but dont judge a book by its cover. the inside of the store is a bit messy, but like the other reviewer said it has a very hometown old feel to it, like somewhere your dad brought you as a kid. basically if your sick of home depot and willing to switch it up, then come here. their employees are among some of the nicest people ive ever met and if you cant find what your looking for they will make sure you get it. always a good laugh and always smiling faces. a highly recommended stop
