Went to fix my gold chain and they were very nice, when I got back my chain it looked like it was brand new and I can’t even tell when it broke. Definitely would recommend.

Extremely professional and friendly staff. A custom piece of silver jewelry I owned broke and they were happy to fix it. Now that repairs are complete I cant even see where the snap was.

If there was a zero star rating that would be it. My son purchased a ring for his girlfriend soon to be Fiancé at Sharfmans which has always been a go to for our family. We all loved the ring and how it looked however after only a month of wear the ring has lost multiple stones. They agreed to repair the ring once however as the side stones continued to fall out my son was told that this happens often and there was nothing to be done. I my sons fiancé to another jeweler who took it apart and rebuilt it...she hasten had a problem since. Very disappointed in Sharfmans. they were once a go to for quality and nice jewelry....really feel now that they are overpriced with an attitude.
