Just had Tom come out and assist me in our new apartment, i called them yesterday, they showed up today and Tom fixed the problem in 15 minutes and set me up. i am now using Cyberonic Internet and have super fast internet, very easy set up. i am a happy customer!
What a great experience! Tom was in contact early on the day via SMS. Tom showed up early, took only a few minutes to do his thing, and then setup my router with ease. Whole process took maybe 10-15 minutes. Great speed, great price.

Tom just came in today to install our internet. He was cordial, on time, and finished the job in less than 10 minutes. He even went ahead and helped set up my router in a minute as I had gotten a new one and he had experience with that model. My internet is fast and Im very happy with the experience.
This is the worst experience with a company I’ve had in a long long time. Time Warner was always known for terrible service but this takes the top spot. Terrible customer service, expensive for a product that hasn’t worked in months, and refusal to give the refund I need. It’s insane a business even operates this way.

Im dreading tomorrow morning when I will be calling about a random $70 charge taken from my bank account because I know how little they will care when I tell them what happened, based on every other painful exchange I have experienced while trying to get internet service established with this company. Tom was so friendly and helpful! They gave me plenty of updates on their ETA, let me know what I needed to do to prepare for my arrival, and did a great job setting up all of the cabling.Also the speeds are crazy fast- I came from Sonic and its like night and day. Cant speak to the reliability yet because Ive only had it for a few hours but if the installation is any indication this service is going to be awesome!

I called to set up internet services and they told me what I would be billed and then turned around and billed me for almost $75 more dollars. It put my bank account in the negative and cost me an overdraft fee. When I called they were very very rude and pretty much told me I wasnt getting my money back and that Im rude and nasty woman. Very unprofessional.
I cant stress enough how amazing is that Cyberonic Internet Communications still offers the values and service that I believe all companies should, but unfortunately is hard to come by. I must say, everyone from their tech support, to the technician that installed a booster router, and especially the customer service have been beyond top notch and attentive. I purchased some security cameras from Cyberonic after a convenience store I manage had a series of break-ins, and have been using them for a couple years. The cameras were easy to install and came with a video recorder. I receive snapshots and mobile alerts straight to my phone when motion is detected after hours. The cameras look good and dont take up a lot of space and their picture quality is impressive.

Horrible company. Signal goes in and out. Customer service was horrible. They claimed I paid with 6 credit cards. My cards rejected them because of out of state purchase. Raina was rude and accused me of it being not right. Never had a problem with a company like this good luck.

Definitely want to give negative stars. First of all I have to turn off my router and turn it back on daily. This is soo annoying. The next thing is when I signed up I was told the service was unlimited no matter how much I used and what I used it for. Today I was told they were shutting off my service because I used too many gigs. How is it too many gigs if I am paying for unlimited? Just so frustrated!!!!

Ive had for about 8 months. There has been issues with box cycling on and off but I live rural so I deal. Now I get notice of usage being high. First off I signed up with yellow jacket who says unlimited no caps. Now they say there are caps. They say if close to 900 GB of use you can be shut off. I had just spoke with rep few days prior who said highest I had been was 531, was from game download all other months under 400. Ive now tested using my phones hotspot watched same exact show and movie over a 4 hour period off same box and show less data being used with my phone. I asked them to look into my box if somehow someone else is using still no answer.
Avoid this company at all costs! They dropped our service on July 23rd, sent a bunch of e-mails stating that another carrier would give us the same plan. Then after 2 weeks of these e-mails wrote back and said if we wanted the same service it would cost $350 a month. I tried multiple times to call them and couldnt get through. When I finally did get through I asked why I was already charged ahead of time for the next month, (8/5 - 9/5), when they knew that I didnt have service. That is criminal! All they would say is that billing is automatic and we will be credited the amount back when our service was restored. Also, when you sign up they charge you almost $300 for equipment, but when you cancel they want you to send back the equipment that you have already paid for. Oh, and the 4G service was a joke. Dont waste your money. I would give them 0 stars if I could. **As an update I finally got a response to my e-mail when I asked for confirmation that we wanted to cancel our service and expected a refund for the almost 6 weeks that we did not have service. I was irritated that they said they would process a refund after they received the equipment. This was over a week after the tracking number showed that they had already received our equipment back. Just e-mailed back providing proof that the equipment was returned and asking them to return our money. Very frustrating experience....do NOT use this company!

I own several apartment buildings and I ordered a couple security camera systems from cyberonic. I was happy they were wireless because I didnt want to have a bunch of cords to worry about. Setup was easy enough to do on my own with the help of my two sons. Now my tenants feel extra secure in the parking lots and on their porches.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The service is bad but the support is worse. Do not bother wasting your time with this organization. The paid reviews are good, real customers tell you the truth.

Was SUPER dubious about this to begin with, having never heard of them. There was one slight glitch, but the service has been as close to perfect as I could have ever expected. I have had them for almost a year, so it is a fair assessment.
I searched around and thought my only option was satellite. I had been a customer of satellite for two years and was looking for a new service. I happened upon Cyberonic and thought it was worth a try because of the trial period. I am on a 4g plan and am happy with the speeds. Now Im just waiting on cable or FiOS to become available.
We were informed we lost our service on July 23, 2015 due to Cyberonic Internet losing their Sprint contract. We have attempted to call their service department to get new equipment and continue our service, and they have continued each week to promise new dates that we would receive new equipment in the mail, then each week they never send new equipment. They do not answer phone calls on their service line, or respond to any voice message left (we were able to leave one message 2 weeks ago, but now their voicemail box is saying it is full and cannot receive more messages). Both my fiancé and I work from home and have lost 3 weeks of business. Cyberonic Internet has been dishonest about restoring our service, and about refunding us for the time we have not had service and continues to bill us and not answer our service inquiries.

Ordering was painless. Sales people were good. They did a pre-qualification check and got back to me in 2 hours that the service was available for me. It turns out I am less than 3000 feet from the cell tower in my rural area town. Took a few days for the equipment to arrive. The self install I did was a piece of cake. If you have any computer ability and can follow directions, its a no brainer. I am clocking downstream speeds much greater than promised. It seems as fast as the T1 Im used to at work. They dont guarantee any certain speed, but after a registry tweak, Im getting about 4.5 down, 1 up. Not too bad. But Im hoping I can improve it further.
Ive used their service for almost a year now and Ive been very happy. I understand this cannot be as plug and play as a standard broadband ISP, but it has given me above and beyond the best internet possible at my rural location.The customer service is great as well. Theyre willing to send equipment to troubleshoot at no charge to you, as well as having very knowledgeable staff.

Seriously disappointing outfit. Advertise with unlimited internet in rural areas, but when I call to order that turns out not to be available on 4G where I live, although their website says it is. Bait and switch to unlimited 3G and yes you have coverage no worries. So I pay shipping and handling. Finally after 9 day everything is complete. However ..... nothing works.Called the tech department who immediately confirmed that I have no coverage and that they could see that in their system. In other words shipping this was a waste of time and money, since they knew it would not work before shipping it. All agreed that I should just send it back. Again paying for shipping.My advice, stay away from these clowns.
I live now out in the country had to go with rural internet its called Cyberonic Internet Communication the service better than when I lived in the city, no its not Dish! So no worries about that! And its raining and thundering lol I still have the internet going! Buy now Xfinity would had shut down there internet!
Recently moved to the country in our dream home only to find out the few trees in the neighbors yard really do block the signal from the Wireless tower I was planning on using. Decided we needed to switch service providers, so I called the number on cyberonics website, asked a few questions from a person that really knew their service and product, and signed up. Had the USB modem in my hand a day sooner than expected, plugged it in, clicked a few buttons, and it has been working fine for a few weeks now. These folks have their stuff together! Ive been very impressed with this service so far. Even though I am about eight miles from the tower I get about 1.2 - 1.7 down with 700 to 800 up. Their security camera system works great too.
I just received my equipment yesterday. When I first signed up end last week the said it would be about a week before my equipment went out because of a large amount of new orders, I explained I was desperate for Internet because I just moved and they expedited the process for me. So far this is far better than the satellite I had at my old house.
I am satisfy for this good services. I think I will get this services in future as best as I get now.
All the negative reviews you read about this company are true. This is the sleaziest bunch of people I have ever encountered. They sell under multiple different names so you dont know who youre dealing with until its too late. I just cant believe that someone hasnt shut them down. Lets hope that is coming. Save yourself a lot of time and money and go with a reputable company.
The first thing that happened is the sales rep lied about the speed at which the internet was going to be going, next it broke done twice and 3rd they charge me for the last 2 months that I havent been using their services after returning the equipment. I will say never use this service I hope they go out of business!
Ive had service for several months now. Technical support has been very helpful with the few issues that Ive had. Internet speed blows my old service out of the water. I have zero complaints. I was very skeptical at first due to all of the negative reviews. Im very pleased with the decision to switch to cyberonics.
I have been a loyal customer now for several years. Recently they changed their provider from Sprint to AT&T. I received no warning of the switch over--had no internet for over a week, when I run my business from my home. Now I can no longer use Netflix and am paying almost $200 a month for half the amount of data. The data I was using before would now cost me almost $400 a month! How very unacceptable. At the moment, I am trying to call them because I am having an issue and a stock message is telling me that I do not have authority to call from my phone--which by the way is the only number linked to my account. The message goes on to say, that I need to make the call from a land line phone! I havent had one of those in years, and this is supposed to be a tech company!? Maybe I should contact them by snail mail! Unfortunately, I am hamstrung and have no other alternatives in my area that work at my location. This is really frustrating!

After weeks and weeks of trying to cancel my plan I decided to buy directly through sprint instead of going through cyberonics and I am saving over $200 a month. They just raise the prices of what you can buy on your own. DO NOT use this company
Unfortunately, the unlimited 3g speed was way too slow, and I decided to cancel service before my 10 day trial was up; however, the customer service was excellent and my deposit was credited back to my bank account (quickly) as promised per return of equipment.
This company is a life saver. I am getting 20-25mbps out in the country here where I live. I am super thrilled with my spweds, even though I know it depends on location for each person. The customer service he been great too. My order was easy to place and I was told on that call what to expect and how to get started. Then the best, I got a call the day I got my equipment asking if I had questions. They advised me that I should hook my cyberonic router up to a better at-home router. I did just that, and I have every device in my house connected and getting over 20mbps speeds. Never going back now!!
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Lies, deceit, and lunacy. We at first had unlimited and were doing fine with them, but suddenly they switched carriers without telling us that we could no longer have unlimited service, then shut our service down without telling us. We then got a 20GB plan with them for a crazy amount of money. But apparently you are not actually supposed to use the internet you pay for, just pay for it. Every month without fail, they would shut our service off after telling us we were using too much internet at one time. It would be shut off until the new start date even if we were no where near using our 20 GB. We were doing no streaming of video, or music, simply checking emails and looking at websites. We now have a carrier where we get 10GB per month, we are halfway through our month of service, have not changed our habits and are still have 9.7 GB left. Cyberonic will scam you at every chance they get!!!!!! Do not use this company!! Oh ya- one more thing. I stopped service with Cyberonic for the next service month before that month began. yet I had paid for the whole month in advance. They only reimbursed me about half of the cost of the month that I did not use. I was told they had to think about how much they would reimburse me by. I repeat, do not use this company. Ever. They need to go out of business.

We have had some difficulty working with other companies for a similar service - so far our experience with Cyberonics has been great! We needed the internet set up quick at out new rural home - they got the equipment out to our door within two days. We had a little bit of difficulty getting it to pick up the signal that we needed, but the patient and caring customer support team worked very diligently with us while we found the best equipment placement for the optimum signal. They even extended our trial so that we could ensure that the signal would be stable. Thank you to this team! We look forward to continued great service in the future, and we highly recommend this company for folks looking for reliable internet in their rural home.

Same as everyone else. Raised rate and capped unlimited at 20gig. Promised a downtime credit that has never been received. They are quick and efficient at taking their payment and shutting of service, other than that, slow and/or unresponsive.
My cousin has this service where he lives. I stayed with him for a week during the holidays and this Internet is absolute trash. I thought my internet was bad, but this Internet is so laggy and spike-ridden that its hard to get anything done. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your money on this trash service. CSR is a joke as well. Dont waste your time.
If you live where you have other internet options, you will probably not be please with this service, but for those of us who live in places where our only choices are 4G & satellite, this a great! My teenagers are not pleased, but it is a far better choice than satellite with caps, and overage charges. Cyberonics is the most economical option as well.We have had this service for a year and we are pleased with their customer service. They are quick to help with issues and and send additional equipment when necessary. We get good service for the most part. Sometimes we have to reset if we are running slow and sometimes it is laggy if too many people are trying to use it. We have unlimited data on our phones, so we do not connect them to the Wifi. If one person is watching netflix, and someone is playing a game a third person is going to experience a huge slow down, but our family of 4 makes it work and I can say that someone is almost always using the internet in my house.Thank you Cyberonics, for bringing your service to rural customers. I wouldnt want to live anywhere else, so I am more than happy to use your service.

I ordered on the 4th, had the self install kit on the 9th, service on the 9th - unbelievable! I did have trouble setting up the cameras and activating my wireless account, but I was able to call tech support and was treated very well - very knowledgeable, likable guy. Overall, Im impressed. Im actually glad the registration had to be done manually - that way, I had someone to answer all my questions.
This would be zero stars if that was possible. I had internet service with cyberonic over 2 years. It was 2 years of misery. They charge you for internet when the service is down for days to weeks. They say they will give you down time credit and never do. They make you pay to ship back their faulty or outdated equipment. Their hold time is ridiculous, and they will lick you off line after youve held for much too long.I would not recommend cyberonic internet for anyone. If you think cyberonic is your only option for internet, keep looking. It is not worth it. Hughes net is a much better option.Do not attempt to work with these liars and cheaters.
Update: My service was cut off this morning. After calling AJ in Tech Support he told me that it must be a network issue and he would look into it and contact me back. After an hour with no call back i called and told him that i had to work in an hour and he could speak with my wife after 3pm. While at work I received a message from my wife that the Customer Service Manager Rana Smith called and told her that in order for her to restore service I must withdraw my complaint from the BBB and change my google review to I five star review or delete it. This is extortion and I have forwarded this information to the BBB.Rana Smith: I will not remove my review so I can insure I help as many people as possible be aware of your business practices. I do not appreciate being insulted and called a liar.Have been dealing with Cyberonic for just under two weeks for at home unlimited 4g wifi. Long story short Im out $350 still have no internet due to faulty refurbished equipment. Lie about when they are shipping equipment. Extorting customers for express shipping when they dont have the equipment to ship. Very unwilling to work with the costumer. Very poor customer service all around. Borderline fraud. You would think at the high premium they charge you would get something respectable. Absolutely appalling how I have been treated I have filed a complaint with the BBB.Update: I did finally get a new router and USB SIM card that worked. They did upgrade the shipping at no cost to me and sent shipping labels to return the faulty equipment. Horrible service! Internet speeds average 0.6 Mbps and that is for their best 4GLTE service advertised. Customer service is atrocious, Cancelled service, removed credit card from account, and then they still charged account days later without my authorization. Advise to stay away!
I am one of those who live in a deeply rural, heavily wooded area, North Idaho to be exact. One who is limited regarding Internet service providers. Several companies near me claim to be the solution for those of us who live in the sticks. None have been able to help owing to lack of line-of-sight to their towers. I tried satellite, HughesNet, for about a year. Lame signal strength and a restrictive data cap had me looking for an alternative. Cyberonics seemed feasible and for a little over a year I’ve been with this company. Signal strength wasn’t much of an improvement but I stayed with them because of the unlimited 4G plan. Last month I was contacted by Cyberonics saying that I would be receiving a new SIM card to install in our indoor set up and it would improve the service. Last week I received it, installed it, and by golly we’ve now got a signal strong enough to do what needs to be done, at any time of day or night, including streaming. This tells me that Cyberonics Internet Communications is responsive to its customers and for that reason in particular I’m pleased to recommend them to you.
My cyberonic internet service is alright. Sometimes the signal drops but its the same as a cell phone. Signal isnt gonna be perfect all the time. What really has kept me around so long is the amazing customer service. The guys and gals on the phone always sound happy to help you and are easy to understand. I had to call a few times and request to hold my bill for a later date and they did. I went over my data cap once and used a lotta gigs but I spoke with billing and they broke the due balance down into smaller payments so I didnt lost my service.
Told us we had unlimited service. We run two businesses through this internet and they cut us off in the middle of the month saying we had used too much data and would not be able to get service again until the next billing cycle. They acted as if T-Mobile was the company that shut us off and made the decision to cut our internet off. Called T-Mobile directly and found out Cyberonic lied and charged us four times what we would pay by directly going through T-Mobile. They have intentionally mislead us by making us think this was the only way (through their company) to get internet service. I would rate them ZERO stars if there was an option to do so. I am reporting this company to the Attorney General, to the BBB and all social media. This is horrible.
I closed my account due to their discontinuation of AT&T and switching me to Tmobile without my consent. Tmobile does not get reception in my area. After I cancelled I received a false charge of $633 for cancelling overages haha. Had to file fraud on my credit card. Edit: I find it absolutely insulting that you would get on Google and reply to this review in an effort to do damage control, but you wouldnt do anything for me when I was a customer. Good try. I think people see right through your fake apologies and damage control. Try taking care of your customers in the first place, like when I called a dozen times to try and find a solution. I also noticed you didnt respond to the switching service providers on me and forcing me to accept TMobile with no service or I would be breaking my contract I signed for ATT service. What a joke.
