Impressive staff and job opportunity! Highly recommended!! If youre looking for a job that can pay you more than $150k per year and includes 2 weeks paid training than be sure to mention my name. Refired by Aaron LaBonte. You wont regret it. leafguard.com
They used my patio furniture as a work bench and ripped my cover for the chair. Tried to deny it and the week before pictures revealed the truth. It wasnt ripped before. Then they left all the metal cut materials on the deck and in the yard. Never cleaned up. I would not recommend this company to my worse enemy
This is a very poorly run company. You would expect that all they do is install gutters they would be capable of it.They are not. They installed non functioning gutters on my home where no water runs through but misses by a few inches. Their response was they dont redesign roofs, they should have known before they installed them. instead of telling me after, Stay away from this company.
I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. I had their clog-proof gutter system installed on my home and have had many issues with it already. Customer service is honestly terrible and Ive spent so much time on the phone just trying to reach someone. A section of my LeafGuard gutters blew off in a windstorm and they took weeks to come fix it. I have birds who have made a nest in one corner of the system and Ive been trying to get the company to deal with it FOR MONTHS with no progress. I am considering taking legal action because I could hire someone to take care of the birds, but dont want to pay for something that LeafGuard should take care of themselves. Im actually currently on hold trying to reach someone to talk about how they said they were going to come deal with the birds over a week ago, but I have yet to hear anything else about when that is happening. Wish I could give them a rating lower than one star.
Thank God I got someone out here that said he was the best LeafGuard had, he did a good job but I have to fill in some holes with silicon. I was lucky! paid 7,500 if I could turn back the clock, I would say NO! Save your self and dont do business with the main office there crazy people. I was very stressed and I have enough to be stressed about. My husband was in hospital for three months and I wanted to make the work around the house easy for him, well this was a nightmare. The LeafGuard quality is good but the workers are poor, although I got lucky with the kid that put them up he did a good job. There is a life time warranty but I will never call these people back LeafGuard has to clean house and hire responsible and workers. Shut down the New England office 😡sorry LeafGuard but get it together!
We contacted LeafGuard ALL WE WANTED WAS AN ESTIMATE and had the worst interaction with a guy not sure if his name was Peter or what was it. But I can say with all certainty that this gentleman was rude, and unprofessional, even getting into a yelling match with my father, and then almost yelling at my mother, telling her what other people in the neighborhood paid as either a threaten way or trying to look down on us. Peter was being extremely pushy, ALL WE WANTED WAS AN ESTIMATE, not sure if he needed to hit a number or what was his deal, but nevertheless pushy even to the point of raising the quote almost 2k because the quote was only for the time of the estimate, while their website clearly states FREE NO OBLIGATION ESTIMATE. and after reading the reviews its clear that you need to stay away from this company.
We purchased their gutter system for our house 7 months ago. I have some areas that are leaking and very difficult to contact someone when you need assistance!. They had no problem calling back immediately when interested in purchasing their system! I had an appointment scheduled yesterday that had been scheduled for a month! No call No show! Called this morning and was told that I refused evening service when repair team called me. I NEVER received a call or someone coming to our house. I have a ring doorbell system and no one from your company showed up yesterday ! I was home all day yesterday waiting for someone to show up. My time is as valuable as yours and would appreciate someone getting back to me with an appointment that they are going to show up to and correct the problems! Thank you
These people charged an exorbitant amount of money ($12,500) to replace my elderly parents gutters. We had 2 contractors look at the work they did and both said the charges were outrageously high, they didnt finish the job, the job they did looks terrible, they didnt replace rotten soffits. They quoted $11 per linear foot for additional work but would not honor the quote. They said that they would come back to finish the job but didnt. Now they are harassing my parents and threatening to take them to court. Good thing we have 2 attorneys in the family.
Gutters are high quality and seem to be pretty nice. Although, the company tries to squeeze in unnecessary, expensive bells and whistles, be careful. Also, saw online from past customers that it was reasonably priced, nope. Had a small cape house, 60’ of gutters about 6 - 10’ downspouts (easy, quick job), came to over $8,500.00. I know they guarantee never cleaning them but that seems like highway robbery. But, a free estimate doesn’t hurt anyone either.
Called during $99 installation special, with free gift card for a restaurant. Guy came out, measured front of house, and over garage. Total needed, 33(thirty three feet). NO GIFT CARD, NO $99 INSTALLATION, AND A PRICE TAG OF $1900.00 My husband asked why so expensive.. The guy responded it costs $30.00 a foot. So my husband said, shouldnt it be around $1000, with th $99.00 install special, and what about the gift card? The guy replied the commercial that we responded too was not correct, they were going to fix it. However, we have seen the same commercial several times since. My friend called the number, and pretended she was interested, and they told her they WERE offering FREE GIFT CARDS AND $99 INSTALLATION. Company is obviously a SCAM, tell you what you want to here to get an appointment, then dont honor their own specials. Stay away from...
Leafguard increased my old house’s property value considerably, when I sold my old house, the inspector saw I had leafguard and he said it made the process a lot easier. I was happy to find out my real estate agent said it’s marketable on Zillow.com, made it easier to sell my old house. The installers were very helpful and informing and I never had an issue with clogging or anything but they give the best warranties! They were prompt, did everything they promised, I am very happy with this product.
My experience is based on reading the reviews about this company. Considering upgrading my gutters and after reading all the reviews, I see the business only commented on the “one” review that was positive. They, in no way, even attempted to explain the many bad experiences that have been felt by their customers and employees. People make decisions based on reviews and, although many don’t respond, I base my future business on the history of others. So, you lost me without ever having to interact with me. Thank you to all of you who have shared your dealings with this establishment. I’ll look elsewhere.
This is a bad company. No communication. As a matter of fact, all company phone numbers that we were given by LeafGuard in the contract were bad phone numbers, one of which, wasnt even in service. For the other phone numbers, nobody would answer and the phone message inbox was full and we couldnt leave a message.LeafGuard cancelled the installation at literally the last minute. When they did finally show up several days later, the installers didnt know how to read the companys own installation plan for our house. The lead installer didnt appear to be literate and his communication skills were nonexistent. Because they didnt know how to read the companys own plan, the installers didnt install the gutters correctly, which meant they had to come back several times to fix their mistakes with us the customers standing over them to make sure they did their own plan correctly. Throughout the entire process we were never able to communicate directly to any LeafGuard employee involved with our project.Lastly, the cost of these gutters was $7,500 more than the next highest bid we received. As a result, we expected good customer service and we received the worst we have ever known for a house project.
Do not wast your time.Extremely over priced, estimate was like 14k.When we said no, the guy kept pushing and pushing. We told him we were not purchasing it and he still wouldnt accept it. He was extremely rude and condescending and my husbands basically packed his stuff up and kicked him out of our house.
Got hired on Monday 12/7/20 by ray, he calls me following Wednesday night to check on my onboarding process and if I bought all the tools needed to start, I’ve been trying to get a hold of him and Dana since then and neither one of them has returned my calls or texts, waste of money on tools and bad management don’t waste your time.
I called for an estimate and had to reschedule, so I called and was rescheduled by a live person on the phone who spoke to someone in the background and then came back and confirmed my new time, which as of the writing of this was over an hour ago. At first I thought they may have confused the time 1st appointment 6:30 this appointment 6:00, tried to call couldnt get through so I waited, NO SHOW so I called and was told that my new appointment was pending - What BS, my NEW APPOINTMENT has passed so how can it be pending, idiots, stay away!
I had an amazing experience with this company, I don’t know how the other reviews are bad? I have purchased Leafguard 4 times on all my rental properties and I have to admit I admire their customer service and dedication to their product. They went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied after my installation. Yes, they are more expensive than other companies however I will honestly say I’ve had numerous other systems out there’s and nothing compared to Leafguard products. The gentlemen that came out to my last property was extremely polite and professional in his craft, the appointment took about a hour to complete the estimate, there was no sales pressure and he has mentioned he could give me a better price if I was willing to save him the trip back to sign contracts, I agreed and saved nearly 900$ after he got it approved from his manager. I am extremely happy with Leafguard!
Stay away from this place major rip off . all it does us provide a place for birds to build there nest. if I could send pictures I would dnt bothers wasting your money.
The gutters are pretty nice. but, the amount of stress the employees are put threw is immense. They work the employee up to 16 hours a day if they can. Some employees are so tired that they fall asleep while driving, which is extreamly dangerious. I would get up at 4:30am and go to work at 5: am to be on time at 6am to work till 8 or 9 pm. And manditory overtime on Saturday Also, this is coming fresly off a broken knee which is still swollen. I recently quit because I worked 54 hours in one week to get paid $280 Ive done the math and I can make that working a Mcdonalds.. Or walmart working a part time job 25 to 35 hours a week. Also, a little background on the accident it happened 4 days into my training. When I came back to work I was placed on light duty so I was working around the shop. Instead of placing me back in the training they threw me into full work I had no idea what to do. Dan isnt a bad guy but he doesnt understand how injuries work.. Or how to train an individual for success at a job site.
