Ive worked with Rocky and Cindy for our plumbing needs a few times now and they have been absolutely great to work with. Weve also been lucky enough to continue to get Andrew for each service call. I have worked with Rocky for 26+ years. It began when I needed assistance reinstalling a toilet after the installation of a new tile floor. Since then his Installed and maintain bathrooms in two properties and old sewer lines. They are professional and feel like a part of my community.

I called fresolo twice,first call they said someone will call me to Make an appoitment,nobody ever called, then I call again someone answered the phone and I looks like he was drunk,he told me someone will call me to make an appointment. Changed from oil to gas needed a whole new system. Rocky Fresolo and the men that work for him were very professional and courteous. Answered all the question and always explained what they were doing. The whole experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend them for any plumbing need. We have used Rocky for installation of a new gas furnace and water heater and he work and professionalism were both excellent! He also helped out with two plumbing emergencies: once when we had some rotted pipes and water shut off and once when we had clogged pipes and sewer leakage. New Wax Seal.2. New Johnny Bolts.3. New Water Supply Connector.4. New White Elongated Seat.5. Removal and Disposal of old Water Closet.$695.00(2) Supply and Install New Chrome Delta 4380-DST Single Handle Kitchen Faucet with side spray and gooseneck spout to replace existing complete withnew water supply connections under sink.***Owner is aware that garbage disposal may need to be removed to access existing faucet for removal, and that existing drain pipe has large amountsof putty on tailpiece typically indicating a leak that has been patched. We will use extreme caution, but changing faucet may disturb this patch and maycause a leak. Fresolo Plumbing is by far the most honest, straight forward professional in the business. I will always call them first and I know I can rely on their expertise in guiding me to the best decision for me and my family when it concerns our heating and plumbing needs. They are thorough, timely, and easy to work with. No hidden costs or extras are lurking in the dark with them. I got 3-4 quotes for a boiler and not only was Fresolo better, but guided us with rebates, insurance requirements, and best practices. In November 2015 R.Fresolo Plumbing and Heating replaced my old oil boiler and electric hot water heater with a Burnham gas fired boiler and an AO Smith hot water heater.I selected Fresolo P&H not only due to the good reviews that I had read and the good things about them that I had heard, but also due to their wonderful responsiveness during my decision process.They always called me back, answered my all questions,and showed up on time.In regards to the equipment and the installation : I am most pleased with the quality and workmanship and I hesitate not in giving Fresolo P&H my highest recommendation..
