This company is highly unethical. I hired of their LSPs, Joel Lotherstein, to look into potential problems with a building I was interested in purchasing. Joel told me he had extensive knowledge of the building and could do a great job for me. He failed to mention that his LSP license had been revoked by the state over fraudulent work he did on that very building.....and several others. Tighe & Bond have no problem employing this guy and allowing him to solicit customers on the same building without disclosing his negative history on that property. Avoid Tighe & Bond.
