I’ve been calling for the last 3 days. I sent prove of medical records they asked for, I got no restrictions and they never called me back to help me start a job. Definitely going back to masis staffing the recruiters treats you with respect and they’re very professional y’all might start the next day you filled an application.

They do not offer work to those who ask . If I was a employer I would not choose this agency to go through they withheld and ignore people who are available for work .

They fight with residences on neighboring streets and take disabled peoples parking spots when they have a parking lot and rent a lot. Police officer called Manager Brenda very antagonistic. Should expect more from a Manager position... More like a ghetto manager

Go elsewhere the staff here talks down to you. Pretty much treats you like a pos. Talk about kicking you when your already down. Cant even have a professional conversation. For that kind of work you would think they would hire people with people skills🤔

The recruiters have had a bad attitude when I call when asked to talk to the manager, her attitude was arrogant. Clients, do not go to this agency.

Rather than appropriately responding to my worried and frustrated tone, the girl at the front desk was rude, sarcastic, and completely unprofessional. I cannot speak for the rest of the staff, but she should be fired. Additionally, I found it a bit weird that all of the paperwork needed to be filled out prior to even sitting down with a recruiter. I have worked with more than one staffing agency and never have I ever had to fill out paperwork before even speaking with a recruiter. These are sensitive documents, so Im curious as to what happens to them should someone not get a job through the agency.

Unprofessional. Called me after I submitted my resume and application, and asked me if I had a resume. Then tried to sell me on a different position, not the one I applied for. Hapless and vapid.

Most unprofessional people working at an agency. The manager pretends she doesnt speak Spanish. You are there to help the community. Very unorganized place and disrespectful.

Why you shouldnt even bother wasting your time and breath to work for this ethic company:I was hired as a temp worker for Transcore, the EZ pass client in Auburn, while in training, I got sick. I was going through excruciating pain because I have a pilonidal cyst. Is a condition treatable only by surgery. While I was unable to: move, sit, bend, walk or even lay down in bed because I had a cyst of the size of a baseball right up there, I contacted Robin, the person who got me that job, unable to move, I called in sick, she kindly send me an email letting me know how much of an embarrassment I was and I was officially terminated without the opportunity to return to work. While in bed after going to the emergency room to get the pain taken care of, mind you, at that time I didnt even know I had the pilonidal cyst or what it was, so, I endured what no other would ever do. I had to walk from my house to the hospital in living agony and unmeasurable amount of pain. As soon as I arrived the hospital emergency room immediately took me in without thinking twice and I was worried but they knew what was wrong and took care of me. To be honest, the worst part came afterwards when they drained the cyst, it was a horror show and even the nurses asked me how was I able to endure such pain. Quite frankly, my mind and conscience just faded away, couldnt take more pain, besides of what I already did, and I just was k.o. cold.When I came back to my senses, I was giving paperwork indicating I needed repost and I was unable to work. Weeks after, I went and applied for unemployed due unjustified termination by Savvy. They gladly said I quit my job and refused to grant me unemployment benefits, long story short and after a months of waiting and a hearing in which I showed medical documentation about my condition, the unemployment claim went through in my favor and they reversed the choice in favor of Savvy, acknowledging how savvy is such a reckless, merciless attempt of employment agency and knows no ethics or has any consideration towards its employees.That is my storyThat is why I dont recommend anyone working for savvy and I highly recommend you seek employment somewhere else. Here, they will label you as a liar and they will deny you whats rightfully yours, unless you can produce medical documentation like yours truly, best of luck proving your claim and call for justice with the most outrageous company I had ever the displeasure to work for. My biggest regret? Ever showing up at Savvy.Whenever you like to see the documents just say hello ☺ this is real and it happened to me. By the way, Im still living with pilonidal cyst because I have no time for mayor surgery that will leave me in bed for the next 4 to 6 months, look it up in YouTube, is a horror show.

The got me a job the same day which was great but it was outside of Worcester so the commute in taxi funds was my whole check and then I told them I could only go to a job if it was in Worcester and they stopped calling me...

Unprofessional, while interviewing with this guy he was always looking at his watch which is unprofessional and always like i dont have experience although i got 4 years experience and always mean no wonder why they got bad reviews

The Webster location is straight up lazy. Id signed up months ago and never heard from them again, they dont even answer/return my calls.
