They showed up in short notice and didnt leave till services were working thats the positive. Technically belligerent and stuck in old school mind set. When an ISP does not support a feature (Bridge mode) and you argue your point to the ISP technician in front of you customer to ultimately give in that the static IP you requested the customer to pay extra for supercedes (bridge mode). Asking me why bridge mode disables the modem is like asking why a 56k modem makes funny noises. A static IP provided by and ISP is equal to a bridge mode and is not ever routed by the modems dhcp. It is STATIC end of discussion.
