Really disappointed with their service -- I was a longtime customer of Zoots and obviously looking for a new place so I tried Sons. Picked up my dry cleaning and was told they set aside one of the dress shirts I brought in because it had a stain. They tried to convince me that I brought this shirt in with a dark brown stain that he called a burn hole (??) when it was very clearly a brown chemical-looking stain in a place on the shirt that would have been very noticeable to me prior to bringing in. I understand the liability of acknowledging that you ruined a shirt, but with a $50 first-time order I would have appreciated some honesty and just an apology. Will never return and now continuing to search for a new dry cleaners.

Excellent service for many years. Very satisfied.

Went there several times until I noticed that all 19 of my Michael Kors/Polo etc shirts had my ladt name and initials whitten in the PERMANENT marker, about 0.5 by 2 black label that actually shows through when wearing the shirts or sitting down etc. The owner had no idea why I was upset that my $100 shirts were ruined and MY name entered the history of the landromat. Was considering going through the small claim court but realized that nothing will help her. Picked up my shirts and never went back again.
