I should of hired them they do great work

I contacted Servpro with mold concerns on a Sunday afternoon and got an answering service. I received a call from the manager within 5 minutes. They scheduled a free estimate for Tuesday. Meanwhile, I had concerns if the potential mold was dangerous. I called the manger back and asked if I could send a picture. He said sure and responded within 3 minutes again. He quickly said it didnt look like mold but still suggested the estimator come out to make sure. He arrived Tuesday, on-time, very professional and left within 5 minutes after telling me the same thing as the manger. Didnt try to sell me any unnecessary services. I cant say enough about this business. Though in the end I didnt use their service, their willingness to help and be honest was refreshing and much appreciated. I will undoubtedly call them first should I need any help in the future.

Let me start with how wonderful Ryan, Julius and Wally were the second they walked through the door. Professional, and cordial. Then I witnessed their knowledge! Astonishing! You can tell theyve been doing this for a long while. Very thorough. Answered all my questions and some I didnt even ask! First impressions are everything and these guys are the real deal, they LOVE what they do. Its all about helping people get through whatever they are dealing with. Compassion goes a long way people! They came to my house, set up the equipment necessary to dry and soak up the water that leaked into my living room area, addressed all my concerns and left me one happy, thankful & appreciative costumer! I had ServPro of Worcester clean a vacated condo after my tenant moved out. They quickly sent a representative out for a very detailed estimate of services I needed. I could pick and choose what services I wanted performed on the condo from this estimate.The crew chief Alisha was very thorough getting the job done. I would recommend and use them again.

Ryan and his partner Elgin were very respectful, knowledgeable and courteous while answering my many questions while they were working at my neighbors house.

Stay away from this company. I wish I could give zero stars. They will do a lousy job and over bill for services. They made me sign a letter of intent and when I decided to get another contractor to do the reconstruction, Wally Gagne and Donnie charged me $1400 for choosing a different company. They want to force you to hire them!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE, RUN AWAY FOR THIS COMPANY. After more than a year of threats intimidation and and overpriced shotty incomplete work I can say Im happy to be rid of them. They will threaten you call you names and refuse to let you speak to the owner. I have referred my complaints to the office manager J Meager and the corporate office as well as the authorities. Just a warning run away from this franchise of the company.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Awful Customer ServiceThe south Worcester location is the worst company in the business of remediation. They have two different ways of pricing jobs. The first price is for customers paying out of pocket. The second price is for customers who have insurance. If you have insurance then the cost is automatically doubled. They also have a ridiculous $600 dollar charge to check for asbestos that no one else charges. So everyone whom uses them automatically is charged $600 dollars more than any other company. They don’t even tell you the cost. They say they can’t tell you until the jobs done so that should be the first red flag. The owner Don won’t even speak with customers whom have had problems with work that has been done. In fact they will and have repeatedly lied to a customer and made up stuff just to get you off the phone so they don’t have to deal with you. Use Service Master if you want a good company. I have hired both companies more than 5 times each and their is no comparison at all. If you want good service with quality work at a fair price then Service Master is who you should use.

SERVPRO did a wonderful job when helping my family. My parents and I were especially happy to receive timely help and great customer service. Violeta was a relief to talk to. Not only was she very polite and considerate, but she also was very knowledgeable. A company such as SERVPRO stands out from the rest of the competition, and their employees are among the best.

Servpro has been nothing but problems. I have been without a ceiling for almost two months now. It took them 4 times coming out before they even started the work, and when they finally began, they had no clue what they were doing. Had i not been home babysitting them, they would have caused more damage than they were suppose to fix. It has been nothing but a nightmare

A+ experience. The response time was so quick I was just amazed. Chris came out to the survey the damage and told me he would have a written quote in my email box in two hours. Sure enough, Chris was a man of his word. Very detail-oriented, very professional. I cant say enough good things about Chris. Awesome.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! THEY HANDLED THE FIRE DAMAGE ON MY HOME AND IT TOOK FOREVER, MY FAMILY COUlD NOT START RECONSTRUCTION UNTIL THEY FINISHED DEMO. IT TOOK THEM 5 MONTHS JUST TO DO A VERY SIMPLE DEMO AND IT WAS NOT COMPLETE. THERE WERE MANY DAYS THAT NO ONE WOULD SHOW UP TO WORK. THEN THEY BILLED MY INSURANCE COMPANY DOUBLE THE ESTIMATED COST, THEY NEVER NOTIFIED ME THAT THE COST WAS MORE THAN THE WRITTEN ESTOMATE NOR DID THEY TELL ME WHY, THEY JUST BILLED MY INSURANCE COMPANY. WHEN MY INSURANCE COMPANY REJECTED THE MORE THAN $100K BILL FOR A SIMPLE DEMO SERVPRO THREATENED TO SUE ME AND PUT A LEAN ON.MY HOME. THANKS TO THEM MY FAMILY IS STILL LIVING IN A TRAILER MORE THAN 7 MONTHS AFTER THE FIRE. AWFUL CROOKS, IF I HAD MY WAY I WOULD BE SUING THEM.

They are very professional and thorough in their services. I used them back in 2008 after our house was damaged during the ice storm, as well as 2009 when our basement again was damaged due to heavy snowmelt. I receny had another pleasant experience with ServPro. Chuck particularly is very pleasant and enjoys his job. Highly recommend.

I used Servpro to clean an apartment in my home. They were given a difficult task to complete in a short period of time. They did a fairly good job but after signing off and closing the job I began to find things that were not completed. If you do use them ask for Charlie Fisher. He was wonderful and addressed my concerns and issues. He would come right over and take pictures of what I found problems with and they were addressed and completed. Before signing off I would strongly recommend that you check everything first.

Not good. I have provided photograph evidence of damage done by a Servpro team, and they are denying any responsibility for the damage done. There has been nothing professional about this experience from the start.*** The owner was the one who PERSONALLY told me they would not acknowledge the mistake as theirs. Management likely does not have the authority to over-rule the owner.
