This is hands down the best barbershop in central MA, everyone here makes you feel welcomed and like family. Great environment, great people and the quality of their services is amazing. Never had a bad haircut here. There is multiple barbershops in the area but don’t waste your time on hack haircuts and rushed services. This place will take your time and make sure everything is perfect before you walk out their door.

Justine has quickly risen to be one of the top barbers in Worcester. She takes in your style preferences by listening and understanding your thoughts, ideas, etc… The end result is always spot on. One recommendation is to get the hair wash with her options. Keep crushing it Justine! Please don’t get too busy to get me in there either 😂

There are a ton of barbershops in Worcester, and having tried a good majority of them, i’ve finally found my home. Jose is my barber of choice and he is so professional, personable, he remembers conversations we had that I don’t even remember, and most importantly he gives a killer cut. The personalization and care is what takes it the extra mile. Like I said; you can get a haircut anywhere, but the experience is what keeps me coming back. I’ve used some of the other barbers here and they all have a similar personality and vibe. You can’t go wrong with Motley Crew!

Heather is by far THE BEST hairdresser Ive ever seen in my 22 years. I came in with box dyed hair, and let me tell you... it was bad, burnt, uneven and dead. To say this woman preformed MIRACLES would be an under statement. She was patient and kind with talking me through the best options for color correction. The professionalism was unmatched, and I can honestly say I have never had anyone put so much care into my treatment plan. Heather has my business for the rest of my life, or until she retires.

My son is four and has been getting his hair cut by the owner of this shop since before he was one. The owner is very professional and works really well with kids. My son has has had days where he wasn’t sitting that still in the chair and the haircut always comes out amazing as ever. I have asked for probably some of the most obnoxious things to cut in a child’s hair like designs, line-ups, hard parts, etc. and it always gets done and gets done well. With this, my family members have also gone to two other barbers in this shop and always have amazing experiences. One of these family members being a child who had never had his hair cut before and was very anxious about it, and the other barber did a great job being patient and delivered a good hair cut.The shop itself is always very clean and set up really nice. You can tell they put a lot of time in the design and making sure they delivered the best shop to their customers. With COVID they’ve followed all protocols and I’m always comfortable going in knowing this.
