Before I brought my vehicle to Paul my experiences with mechanics had always been a bit shady. Whether it was poor customer service or questionable pricing, I could never find a reliable shop. Just recently I had the pleasure of doing business at Young’s and I couldnt be more pleased. Upon my first phone call I was greeted by Paul who I could immediately tell was a nice guy. He listened to what I had going on with my car and got me in as soon as he could. He was honest and upfront with me from the start and kept me updated as he worked on my vehicle. He provided excellent work and did everything he could to help me, all for a very honest price. I wouldn’t hesitate to return with my vehicle and I highly recommend coming here for any type of service. Thanks again Paul!

This place is a gem. I was having a problem with my oil level sensor and was concerned about whether I might have an oil leak ahead of a long road trip. I took the car to my regular mechanic, who recommended I take it to Paul at Youngs (which tells you something right there). Paul fit me into his busy schedule, spent the morning looking over the car, and found out it was just a touchy sensor. He also did a full inspection of the car and declared it road-trip ready. Oh, and also, he didnt charge me a dime, and refused my repeated attempts to give him something for his time and effort! And then on top of that when I came to pick it up in my father in-laws old clunker, he told me to pull that one in, and added some power steering fluid to it for free too. I strongly recommend this shop - I have lived in the area for 15 years and feel like I have now hit the jackpot for professional service and integrity.

I’ve lived a variety of places and while I’ve generally had decent experiences with mechanics, Young’s garage is the only place I’ve felt motivated to leave a review. Paul has gone above and beyond in terms of both customer service and pricing. He and his team are incredibly thorough and always willing to show you exactly what they’re doing, what needs to be done, and what can be put off to a later date.I know a lot of people are nervous to take their car to mechanics because cars are confusing and they’re worried they might get taken advantage of but I can say with confidence that Paul values honesty and quality work over all else so you can rest east knowing that your car will get exactly the care it needs at a good price with no upsells.

This place is rare, not only in the level of vehicle service, but customer service. For me, it was like having a friend of the family working on my car, every time I went. They were great, explained everything, kept printouts and took pictures so I could see and understand everything. Wanted to make sure everything was done right and fixed mistakes from a previous shop! Would definitely recommend!!

Amazing place and location! They helped me out with a very last minute re-threading of the holes in my CRV so I can install a trailer hitch. Not only did they get it done extremely fast they put the trailer hitch on for me also, which was not expected! Thank you very much!!! Time to take the boat out!! 😎

Came up to Worcester to buy a used car and since it was a ways away I was looking for a good local mechanic to do a pre-purchase inspection. I came across Youngs garage in my search and liked what the reviews said. They could not be more right. Paul got me in quickly, gave the car a thorough check and walked me through all the important issues I should bring up to the dealership. Ive been going here for years, and my grandparents also used Youngs garage for years. Paul is very trustworthy and breaks down whatever work needs to be done in a very clear and concise manner. I have never once felt like he was ripping me off or taken advantage of. I have since moved out of Worcester, but Pauls honesty and excellent work keeps me coming back whenever I have a car problem.

The owner explains exactly what the problem is and what it will take to repair when you pick up your car he will show you the old parts and explain the failure of that part totally up front and honest which is hard to come by in todays world. I can’t say enough good things about Young’s garage and Paul the owner . For years I’ve been going to Auto Pro on Stanford st, until I found out they were ripping me off . A friend of mine suggested Young’s garage. A little skeptical at first to trust anyone so I️ researched all the garages in the area to only find out Young’s garage was the cheapest . All i was getting was brake pads and rotors so I knew it wasn’t a big job . I was so impressed after everything was fixed . He broke down and explained the rotors I got, the old ones I had and suggested what needed to be done afterwards to my car . If you’re looking for a honest mechanic that does a good job and someone that’s not going to rip you off. Young’s garage is the place to go !
