Do NOT bring your vehicle to this place for repairs or inspections. If I didnt know better I would have been another new customer to rip off.I brought my car to this garage for an inspection sticker. My car was failed for problems with my front end and back tires. The mechanic tried showing problems with my right back tire that was not relevant for inspection (a small mark on the side wall) and tried to convince me to leave my car there to replace them. Im then handed an inspection report with no mentions of the right tire or anything he said, but listed my left tire as faulty with no tread. This was suspicious since I just recently had my tires checked when I had a new set put on. The front end actually ended up needing repairs, but I was told by 3 separate mechanics at another garage that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my tires. Had to pay another $35 to get my inspection done the right way somewhere honest.Dont let this disreputable garage scam you for an upsell on a failed sticker. Go somewhere else.

Ramstroms has always been a go to of mine when I have an emergency. They are always friendly and understanding. I had to have my car towed there over night for repair and no questions asked they were able to fix it the very next day. I appreciate the service very much!

My college student daughters car lost brakes on MA Turnpike. We towed here and we were treated well. This shop is honest and is not in the business of taking advantage of college kids. They communicated well with me out of state and turned the repair quickly.

I went for an inspection sticker. Nice people, comfortable waiting area.

They told me exactly what was happening, answered my questions TRUTHFULLY, sent me the detailed estimate for approval and the car was ready the same afternoon. They did a great job. Very reliable and good price. I had front complete new brakes, Alignment, 4 new tires, oil change. Very satisfied. Will go back.

I will give no stars to this place. The mask wearing mandate is not taken seriously, there are clear violations. I intend to report this place to the state somehow. The person who inspected my car did not have a mask on in my car when they drive out after the inspection was done with windows rolled up, so I had to keep wearing my mask & roll down the windows all the way home to make sure all aerosols were gone. I observed no mask wearing inside at times in looking in from outside. Take your business elsewhere during this pandemic!

This little hidden gem is a great place to get your car serviced even if its just an inspection sticker. The staff here was extremely helpful and answering questions and extremely personal and personable with the chit chat during your wait. They made you feel At home and comfortable while you waited. The prices are great for the service that youre getting and will definitely refer to them anytime my car needs to get looked at, this family run business is Is great and there should be more like them.

We have bought three cars here. They have stood behind them. The repairs we have done are decent price and quality work.

Do not go here. I went in for an inspection sticker and they failed me because they said my tires were bald. I bought the car brand new in November of 2017 and its the middle of the summer right now. When the guy came back in he said my car needed work, its a service station so it was clear to me that this about them wanting me to pay them to do the work because I am a young woman who went in alone, not because warn down tires make my car unsafe. Lesson learned.

I just moved to MA for graduate school and I had to get my car inspected. This place had good reviews so I was looking forward to coming here. Boy was I wrong. They originally looked at my car after they took the payment of 35. Then told me my tint was too dark to pass. If you guys knew that my tint was too dark as soon as then why would you go ahead and do the inspection? I spoke with another inspection officer and police officer and said they would have told me to get my car retinted on the spot because he knew that I would fail the inspection test. Thanks for ripping off a student. Dont come here. Dishonest, shocked that this happened to me. Not to mention how rude the inspection guy was. Sigh.

Just like the other grad student who had a bad experience with them, I, too had a bad experience. A year ago, i moved here for my grad school and i need to get inspection sticker for my car. Based on the excellent google reviews, i went to them. and they failed me becuz my passenger airbag light was off. I alrdy knew about that light being off. And I was alrdy told that the car actually had no problem back from my home state and the light was jux off. so i never bother fixing it. I told them that and they said they need to check it themselves to see if the car actually has no problem. when i came to pick up my car, they said they found no problem with the car but the system jux need to be reset. Unfortunately, they dont have the enough equipment to reset it so i need to take it to the dealers and they still need to charge me $60 for looking at the car. i dont mind paying it if they actually fixed the problem. but now they never fix anything and they were never upfront about how they couldnt reset the system. had they told me that they couldnt reset the system, theres no way that im gonna waste my money in two different places. but i ended up paying for it since i jux moved here and so much was going on. after a few days, i gave them a call to talk about it with the owner but i never got the return call. im jux writing this review now since im helping with the orientation for the new students and dont want students who just moved here to get ripped off. Other than that, ppl working there were friendly.
