We have been using this company for quite sometime (since before 2006) In the last 3 years I have never dreaded purchasing parts or products so much from them. The amount of back orders, wrong parts received, and poor customer service through them is out of hand. At first I used to spend time calling back, fixing the situation but after it was the same issue over and over we felt that its just how they are and that is that.My most recent ongoing issue is I placed an order in September for some front wheels we have purchased before. Its November now and we just got the part...but the wrong part. So we called at 730 and got a reply back at 230. Solution...take pictures of the part you received, with the old one. I would be game for that IF they had one there to compare it with, but they dont. I called and asked. So really there is no solution rather than I am spending my time fixing their parts issue rather than fixing my equipment. Another example? I ordered a blade guard in October of 2017...guess when I got the guard... February of 2018. So the common excuse is your unit is older I have units from 2005, to 2010. Its a slab saw folks...there are not many differences. Look at the EDCO one...looks like the same unit, different color. Yes each manufacture has differences but you cannot really re-invent a slab saw.Anyone looking to purchase equipment or blades from them, please inspect when you get it, and be prepared for a delay in responses. Bought SEVERAL boxes of Norton sanding belts a few years back, been stored in original packaging since purchase. We use various brands in our shop, these were all 50 grit paper and didnt have a big need for the aggressive grit until recently. EVERY belt delaminates at the joint as soon as they warm up. I contacted Norton/Saint-Gobain to see if theyd stand behind their product or at least send me some new adhesive tape. Nope. Got an apology from them, and a lecture on how to store their products. Since Ill never allow another Norton belt in the shop, I guess I wont need to read up on how to store defective materials.

One of the reps charged me 200$ for 2 boxes of 50 pieces of sand paper. Went on amazon and found a box of the same stuff for 35$Incredible.

The packaging on the roll of gaffer tape we bought made by this company is ridiculous. Completely unnecessary additions of adhesive, paper, plastics and complete disrespect for the customer and the environment. WAY TO SUCK YOU FOUL CRAPITALIST ENTERPRISE. PLEASE GO OUT OF BUSINESSS.
