I rented a 20yd rolloff and had at least a month and a half unused due to covid situations with my family, my carpet and tile contractor, and my plumbers. Bad road days, and Christmas holliday also added another week of no use. All in all 7 weeks of the 11 weeks that I had the Rolloff were due to Covid 19. They took off only one charge for 30 day charge and decided that I pay them for their lost time that it could have been used in other places. So they charged me for 60 of the 81 days. They didnt seem all that concerned with the situation that covid 19 caused this to extend the time I needed the rolloff. I usually am not a reviewer and am pretty easy going person but their decision to charge another $275 seriously rubbed me wrong. They seem easy to talk to on the phone and likely to be good people. They just made a bad decision in my case!! I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN!!!
