On time, great communication, and knowledge of the area! I highly recommend Sunshine Taxi whenever youre in the Woodstock area and need a reliable transportation services. Called 2 days in advance to make sure I would have a ride, was told to call the next day. Called the next day and booked a ride to a dr appointment. Ride never showed up so I called and lady told me she didnt have a cab to take me even though I scheduled one but she said she would come get me in about 10 min, so I called and told dr I would be late.... she then called me from the wrong hotel and said sorry mistakes happen call another taxi company. Wish I could give negative stars.

I was visiting Mchenry, IL for a few weeks and really wanted to get out and have a couple drinks while also being safe, so I opted to not drive. Surprisingly, there werent any Uber or Lyft vehicles available or over an hour. I called a few other services before I contacted Sunshine Taxi, but they werent interested in driving to Mchengry. I called Sundhine Cab in Woodstock, and the driver/dispatcher, Robby picked up. He told me that it was really busy and he was set to pick someone up, but agreed to pick me up and take me to my destination anyway. What a great driver -- Not only did he show up several minutes before he thought he was able to make it, but also told me about the good places to eat and the places I would probably enjoy more than the original place I thought I was going to get dropped off at. What a great night! Robby got me to a plae where I actually had a great time, made great friends and even gave me a ride back to my original pickup spot. Great suggestions, Fast, yet very safe driver --- Totally recommended! I look forward to contacting Sunshine cab the next time Im in the area! Thank you!

Steve is a great driver and very personable.

Following this driver, white mini van, 37 522 TX, with Sams Taxi on the side. He/She is swerving all over the road, no turn signals, speeds up then slows way, way down. I hope you have other drivers who are more careful and I would seriously get this one off your employment.
