After my previous tax preparer refused to take responsibility for and amend the numerous mistakes he made on my 2018 taxes, I found myself in the position of searching for a new person. I had to pay someone else to undo the mess he made and I was furious. I was receiving letters from the IRS that I didn’t understand. I was told by a CPA that I didn’t actually need a CPA to amend and prepare my returns, but instead I should look for an Enrolled Agent. So off I went to Google to find someone. Since Karen Fuller was local, I thought I would give her a try. She was very empathetic to my situation and quoted me a very reasonable rate to proceed. I was very impressed at how thorough Karen was and her patience in explaining everything to me.
