Me and my spouse worked for matrix 4 for a couple months and the lead kept trying to make conflict then to do her job. They dont check the parts like a qc should be. Therefore blaming the employee instead of the qc for not doing her job. Whixh she complained all the time saying she doesnt like her job she rather be a machine operator. She doesnt like the attention odf of her. She doesnt follow regalations until about 6 am when the office people came in. There was no work. They lay off people but yet they are always giring. Ive never worked in such an unprofessional place in my life. The place was dirty expecially the bathrooms. It left us with a bad taste finding a new job to a new town of woodstock.

Horrible place of business and treats employees terrible, wear house is dirty and bathrooms are 20x worse . No stall around toilets ethier .
