Rarely do I post reviews but feel compelled to do so for a meeting planning company I hired, Global Eventures, located in Atlanta, GA.The backdrop - in excess of 350 attendees including foreign dignitaries, at a manufacturing company conference in Las Vegas, although our HQ is on the east coast. I personally interviewed about 15 companies prior to selecting Global Eventures. I was impressed by their professionalism, extreme attention to detail (critical, given the thousands of details involved), and depth and breadth of experience - if I recall correctly, about 20 years or so.My companys CEO places significant emphasis on having a spectacular stage set but the crates containing the hardware required to assemble our stage set were accidentally left at HQ 2,000 miles away, by one of our employees, leaving us with no options. Global Eventures literally saved the day - no exaggeration. They borrowed an unrelated companys stage set framing, hired a graphic designer, signage printer, delivery service, and stage set assembly service - and within 3 hours we had a stunning stage set. Its hard to impress our CEO, but even he was amazed by the speed and competency with which the entire Global Eventures team responded and averted the would-be disaster.One last detail I want to mention is that their management fee was 100% transparent - which is critical to me - there were no mark-ups on vendor services so there were no surprises, and their CEO, Robyn Davis, was a very savvy negotiator. She literally saved us between $100 and $120K by repeatedly requiring all of the vendors they negotiated with on our behalf, to sharpen their pencils.Overall experience - a solid 10/10. Very highly recommend.

We have used Global Eventures for 2 vacations and will definitely be using them again. Robyn and her team are great to work with and go above and beyond. We booked a spring break cruise back in August, only to find out 4 months before the cruise that it had been cancelled by the cruise line. While they offered us to options, none were even comparable to our original cruise deal that was booked. Robyn and her team were able to work with the cruise line and negotiate on our behalf to book us on a different cruise with additional perks. They took all of the stress out of a very disappointing situation. Global Eventures will be my go to travel agent from now on.

Robyn at Global Eventures is amazing. He attention to detail and her dedication every step of the way is invaluable. She booked a trip for me to Spain and because of airline issues all my connecting flights were missed. Not only did she make sure that I was rebooked but also helped me when it came time to work on the claim for the travel insurance. She was able to make a magical trip happen on the budget I had. I can’t say enough good things about her or Global Eventures.
