Kai was an amazing person to work with! She was kind and helpful the minute we walked in the store and made sure that we were taken care of! After shopping 5 months for a new phone and plan at T-mobile and Verizon, I found that the customer service and plans were notably better at Verizon. The service was light years better at Verizon. Their training is exceptional. Kai at the Woodstock store and Cheyenne at the Sandy Plains store patiently answered my very detailed questions. Kai worked tirelessly to help me upgrade from an 11 year old Samsung Note 3 to a Note 20 Ultra, locate passwords and upgrade every application on my phone. Kai could not have been more knowledgable nor helped me more. She is an incredible employee.

Came in to resolve an issue that Ive been trying to get resolved for over a year. Drove almost 2 hours, got a representative Kai who pointed me in the right direction. We got another great representative named Joe. And thankfully my issue is now resolved! Thanks Kai and Joe.

I have had many great experiences here. We switched to Verizon a few years ago after having a bad experience at another phone service provider. I’m not usually a person to get on and write reviews however this event would be so profound I had to create an account and make a review. I went to this store near the end of Chris’s shift. I sort of felt bad for that however Chris made me feel welcomed and gave me the 100% customer experience I would not have expected from someone at the end of their shift. He would help me with all my questions and help me find the best deal suited for me. In all of my years as a Verizon customer and even an adult in this consumer world, I have never been treated with such respect, care and genuine humanity. If anyone is looking to come in for Verizon help or any assistance look for Chris as I can 100% say he is the best agent there. He is the reason I will stay a Verizon customer and loyal to their brand. Honestly if the company was comprised of employees like him at every level of the company I think Verizon would see a new golden age as a company.

A terrible experience in that store! They didnt give me a refund on the phone that I had bought from them, just because I had switched my carrier! It was on 14 days window, but they still didnt give me a refund and gave me a hard time. I talked to Verizon customer service, they were totally fine with that, but unfortunately they have no control over TCC.

‌The worst experience in my life! I switched to Verizon and bought a phone from them but after a week I realized their service wasnt as good as my old provider so I wanted to return the phone and go back to my old provider but they wouldnt let me return the phone even though it hasnt been 14 days since the time of the purchase and they gave me a hard time for 3 days.

Chris was very helpful setting up my new phone and iPad. He walked me through the different storage options for both the phone and iCloud. He was so patient with my 2 yo and 6mo! Much faster than going to a regular Verizon store, I couldn’t get anyone on the phone at a different Verizon store. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience

Showed up at opening (10am) with a broken phone that will not even power on. Person ahead of me had an appointment, so I was asked to put my name on a list and wait in my car. There was one associate working. I had my 5 year old with me out of necessity. We waited over an hour and a half (with periodic check ins of me peeking my head in the door asking for a time estimate and being told a few more minutes) before my daughter started having a panic attack. I let the associate know that she was having a panic attack and asked if there was a way to get a new phone on the computer. The associate frustratingly told me she doesnt know how to help me because she is having trouble with current customers credit card (inappropriate sharing of information). The customer was the one who was able to tell me I could go online and request help. I left and took my panicked daughter home. By the way, there is no way to do it online without calling - and I have no phone to call, so thanks Verizon. When I do have a working phone, I will definitely be calling corporate and lodging a complaint. I realize it is a pandemic, but we are almost a year into it. Have your protocols and procedures down!

I went in last month and had the worst customer experience I’ve ever had in any store.I had broken my phone and needed a replacement asap so I went to this store and purchased a new phone. I was told I had 13 days to return it if I found a old replacement at home. Luckily, my friend had an extra so I was happy to return the new one I just bought.I tried to return at 2 separate Verizon stores to learn I could only return at the store I purchased at because this location in Woodstock is not an official Verizon store.So I come back to the store and there’s a paper sign on the door saying they’re closed for lunch for 30 mins. I waited outside 45 mins and then went home.I came back later and was excited to see someone inside. I told the customer service rep that I needed to return my phone but she interrupted me not allowing me to explain this whole story to tell me I had to pay a $50 fee to return the phone. I tried to explain Verizon had put a credit on my account because a Verizon rep from the second store called corporate and got me the credit, but she interrupted again saying she was the manager of the store and that I had to pay the fee. At this point I had only had said 2 sentences since I had come in but I gave up talking and listened to her mumble and complain to me the entire time she processed the return.She finished the return she told me there’s a strange $50 credit...and that it’s interesting how my mom called and was able to finagle a $50 credit...I’m a 25 year old adult and my mom was not involved in anyway. I was shocked! And I just told my story and interrupted her as she tried to interject.I understand she may have been having a horrible day, however if I provided this kind of customer service I would be fired immediately.

I have never left a negative review. However, my experience with the district manager Kai was extremely unprofessional. She claims they do not replace screen protectors, although a gentleman helped me with the same issue at this location a few months ago. No service and made me leave the store. I was very offended and felt threatened. No loyal customer should feel this way.

We visited this location two weeks ago. My wife had travel plans for the next morning and needed to port her work telephone number to Verizon from another provider. CHEYENNE HALL was absolutely incredible. Working between Customer Service at Verizon and the other carrier took over an hour and a half. She was patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and persistent with them on the phone. The number was FINALLY ported over and everything is working great. Cheyenne was the picture of commitment to the customer.

Was told we would get a rebate back from our phone after two billing cycles and that we didn’t have to fill anything out after three months we call and ask and the guy that sold us the phones said no you just wait. Finally the manager says No you had to fill something out before 30 days. But because the guy at the store said after 2 billing cycles. We didn’t fill anything out. Fighting with the manager and customer service because it’s a franchise owned store customer service can’t do anything about it. About to switch back to another service because this one can’t resolve this issue.

Went in with my wives phone that had fallen in to a puddle of water. Cheyenne Hall was my rep and she was awesome! Better than the corporate Verizon Store, no one talks to you, at this store, the employees speak to you treat you like they want your business and care about what you say. The last two times I went to the Corporate Verizon Store, After he told me it was quite busy, I watched 3- 5 employees gather together and talk to each other. I walked out. I just happened to drive by the TCC Verizon store, and I have never been back to the corporate Verizon store in Woodstock.

I have been to three different Verizon stores today to get my mothers new phone set up and it has been horrible. I finally made it to Woodstock and Cheyenne Hall amazed me. She took her time with me, gave me options and stayed polite. I have never had customer service like this before in any store ever. She truly feels like family now. Got to be the worst Verizon retailer I have ever been to. Dishonest customer rep. Lied about the pricing and promotions on the phone they showed. Had to go through an actual Verizon store to get things made right. Go to a Verizon store and deal with them. This dealer is horrible.

It is not the employees at this store that I am giving the one-star rating to, it is Verizon as a company. The workers in the store do the best they can. For example, for some mysterious reason my service was cut off. I was paid up, so tried to actually get someone on the phone. I just got the run-around in their automated phone help system. I went to this store, and even they took forever to get through to a live person. The person couldnt figure it out, said it must be an outage. A few days later, still no service. I went to a Verizon store in Atlanta, same long wait to get a live person on the phone. Turns out it stemmed from a brief message that popped up on the screen: do you want HD voice? I clicked yes and didnt think anything of it. There were no details. Turns out its an add-on that costs more, but since it wasnt included in my plan, they shut me off. !!! It was just the luck of the draw, getting a person at Verizon who knew where to look. A week without service for no good reason. Got a problem? Verizon doesnt care! Good luck with that. Im going to Ting, where you will get an actual person to talk to for customer service.
