I am so happy to have found Swensons Cleaning Service! I have used them for about 4 months now. They are always on time, detail oriented and very kind people. My house is immaculate and smells so lovely when they are finished. They are very responsive and really listen to the needs you have. I remember the first time they came to my house Luci, the owner, came and met me personally and walked through the house to get to know everything which I found very impressive. I definitely recommend giving them a try.

I had to hire Swensons because my office cleaning lady is having knee surgery. Luci came out the same day I called to meet with me & tour the office, making sure to ask a lot of questions. She was able to fit me in that same week. They did an excellent job, and left super cut personal touches in the restrooms-- paper flowers on the toilet paper & paper towels, & the kleenex!!! They remembered to set my alarm when they left. Swensons is a very professional cleaning company and I will continue to use them now!!

I have used Swenson’s Cleaning Services for years and they never disappoint. They are very responsive and accommodating to when I need to change cleanings. The house looks amazing and they pay attention to details like cobwebs and baseboards!! I love when they come because it smells and looks so clean.

This cleaning service damaged my hardwood floors. The cleaning crew scratched my floor in the kitchen and didnt bother to let me know. I discovered it a few days later and notified the owner Luciana immediately. She replied that there is a 24 hr warranty on any damages and since I did not notify her within 24 hours of the cleaning, she was not responsible. I used this service for over 2 years. I had developed a level of trust with the cleaning crew and owner. Countless times I rearranged my schedule to accommodate her availability, even gave office furniture to her at no cost. I was shocked at her response to the damage her crew caused to my floor. DO NOT use this service!

I looked at the reviews (mostly good), and I tried to book this service because they offer 1/2 for the first service through HomeAdvisor. The price quote was for $150 each visit, and I reminded the owner to give me 50% off the first service, but when I received the confirmation text, it said the initial visit would be $150. I texted back to remind her about the 1/2 off, but she said, no, the first visit is $300 and $150 is the half off price. I think this is misleading and dishonest. I cancelled the visit so I cannot say anything about the actual cleaning service. Im giving 3 stars because at least she told me before they came to clean.
