Great cleaning work on my carpet, he was very professional courteous and worked fast! I would recommend to anyone needing a thorough carpet cleaning. The only thing I would improve on is making sure that the baseboards are wiped down. The clean up process left a list of residue and particles, and I had to wipe them down myself.

Had SoluSan clean our downstairs three rooms, not one stain was lifted. I went behind and used soap and water on my white carpet to remove a stain that was clear as day and it lifted. Afterwards I messaged them on their website to no response even though they say 100% satisfaction guarantee. They lie and clearly don’t even try to lift any stains or actually clean your carpet. They barely even use water or a real cleaning solution apparently. I’d rather use my Own carpet cleaner than use them again. I strongly recommend not using this company.

I want to give a shout-out to SoluSan Carpet Cleaning, who came today and did a wonderful job. We took advantage of their 5 rooms for $129 special--what a bargain! John was professional, friendly, and willing to do whatever he could to please the customer. He wore a mask and put on booties, respecting us and our home. The cleaning products are odorless and pet friendly. The cleaning machine is a marvel and we could walk on the cleaned areas after about an hour. The carpets looked great, our experience was excellent, and they donate 5% of their profits to Childrens Healthcare of Atlanta. Great company!

Unfortunately the SoluSan technician never showed up for our 2:30pm appointment after I confirmed the appointment twice. Once via email from SoluSan and also by text message from Erin yesterday afternoon as well. We have used Stanley Steemer for years and never have we had a problem with them arriving as scheduled. The owner Nathan or Nathaniel did call back and states the appropriate steps were taken when a text message and voicemail was left which doesn’t help me because I never received any notification. There was NEVER any contact made with myself or my husband regarding their technician not arriving as scheduled. Once I called and spoke with Erin at 2:45 she sounded as if she could care less and cancelled the appointment without offering an apology or taking full responsibility for this disaster. Having a child with special needs means my schedule is important to both he and I and disruptions to our schedule causes chaos. Sticking to our schedule is what keeps things in our lives moving along properly. SoluSans blatant disregard for our time was totally unacceptable and I would NEVER RECOMMEND SOLUSAN TO ANYONE!!! Avoid this company at all cost or you’ll see! It’s back to Stanley Steemer for us. 👎

We have used Solusan twice now. The level of cleaning with so little water and no worry of toxic chemicals is why we hired them in the first place. Excellence in the service offered and customer service is why we will continue to use and recommend them.Our first time was a few years back for our car and Jon was our tech and everything went as planned and we were very pleased. Car was a tough time with years of stains a family accumulates and about 95% better.The next time was this past week to clean all carpets in our home before we put our house on market. Everything didnt go as planned but sometimes this really shows the true quality of a company! Nathan called me the evening before, from his home, to say that our scheduled technicians equipment broke. He was genuinely upset, worried for our personal schedule and apologized probably 20 times. He immediately offered a steep discount and expressed how he and Solusan valued us as customers and then apologized about 20 more times. He told us that new equipment had been ordered and that he could get a tech to come on Sunday if we want (a day they dont usually schedule) and that he knew we were selling the house and could put us on a cancellation list too. It was obvious that this was a rare thing to happen and he was very concerned and wanted to do whatever to make it right.Honestly we were not that worried. Problems happen and we arent about to flip out about something that is no-ones fault.A couple days later Nathan called to say they had a cancellation and could fit us in sooner with a different tech (Corey).Corey showed up on time, listened to our needs, explained things well, knew exactly how to treat our particular stains, did a wonderful job at 100% (they look brand new) and even helped us move our bed. He also wasnt put out by our cat but greeted him! He was just as friendly and nice as Nathan always is and we cannot say enough for the level of professionalism and customer service this company has!It was an actual pleasure to working with Solusan [especially after dealing with contractors, maid services and various other companies that have no clue what they are doing, have no ability to say sorry for a mistake (much less a genuine apology), have zero communications skills and usually act like they are doing a favor for a paying customer.]Thanks Nathan and Corey!!

Second time using the company. This time around they dropped the ball. Got my carpet cleaned only for them to not clean the stairs. When I called them to find out why my stairs was not included I was told that it is separate/additional fee and that was not on my order. Well clearly when I booked that was not advised. The main reason of getting my carpet cleaned was to get my stairway clean and it was not. Since the technician had already left my home the only to get it done, I was told that I have to pay $49.99 for them to come back out, which at the time while they were there it would have only cost $10.00. I am so disappointed and sure wont be using again or referring to anyone. The rep needs to better advised of separate fees for different areas or rooms.

Excellent job on my 14 yr old carpet. I did not give them a 5 because I didnt see a difference on my stairs but the tech did great on my 3 rooms. He got out some stains I thought were impossible. I just referred them to a friend with a warning about the stairs since the cleaning was done by hand and not a machine.
