The only good thing about this place is the lab tech. Forgot his name but he was super nice and quick. The lady at the front desk is HORRIBLE and is so rude. She likes to make faces at you like you are dumb for asking about anything.

The location at Townlake in Woodstock is terrible. The staff is incredibly rude they have no plan evidently to handle the traffic here. Theres no one that explains anything to you. As I waited in the waiting room I heard at least six other fellow patrons complain that theyre communication is total garbage. If I could give negative stars I would. Funny thing is they have an opinion box saying your opinion counts... oddly enough there are no cards.

Can confirm other reviews note of rude, unhelpful staff. Lady at desk couldnt find my order, said my routine blood tests were probably a drug screen to her coworker, and then insisted that her company didnt sell me a service they had sold me and told me I needed a doctors order for my blood tests.She did not bother with any follow up questions or investigation that would have led her to discover I am a direct customer, and the doctors order in question was provided by her employer to me.

By far the rudest and laziest front desk bitter ladies I have ever encountered. The sheer level of incompetency and not being willing to help was astonishing. I arrived for my scheduled appointment. When I was finally called (late) to the desk I was told she couldnt see my electronic order that was sent in. I was able to show it to her on my phone but she insisted it had to be done with a hardcopy which is inaccurate. I provided her a number and ask her to call it to request it be faxed or send or whatever was needed to resolve. She refused. Then her co-worker came in and started complaining about how backed up they were and how they dont have time to help because they have patients waiting. I explained I was a patient and I waited a week for the appointment they are late for. They refused to help. The exchange lasted under a minute and all they did was say no and try nothing. Conversely, in under an hour and a half I had the orders sent to Quest Labs in Canton, drove there from Woodstock, was taken care of and back home. Goes to show who cares about professional and quality care. I will NEVER go back to Labcorp.

Not sure why the reviews are so low. We had a great experience. I took my daughter in for fasting bloodwork, and we were done before our appointment time. They were efficient and very personable, and the staff did a great job putting her at ease. Thank you.

I am a nurse by trade. They have you register through a kiosk though it is simple fast and easy. And they have social distancing, make you wear a mask, the screen has multiple fingers prints all over it, and there is no cleaning of it between patients, and the hand sanitizer is blocked by the kiosk.... this is germ city and unsatisfactory to say the least. What good is social distancing and wearing of masks with a virus that is spread by droplets and contact. The company should know better. Especially being one that deals in bodily fluids. Absolutely unsafe during a pandemic!!! And especially as I sat and saw so many people walk in that were over 65. Patients shouldn’t have to correct you!

Okay, this place is usually full of a bunch of grumpy, moody, rude women with ATTTITUDESSSSS.But today I was graced with the presence of a man named Marcus. Marcus was great at drawing blood, and made the experience so pleasant. Marcus is a KINGGGGG and needs a raise. I have a fear of blood and he made the experience so smooth!

Extremely rude staff in the front desk area on April 23rd. I know customer service can be exhausting but being bluntly rude gets no one anywhere. Makes someone feel very uncomfortable getting their blood drawn when this is a place that should feel safe and comfortable.

I waited for an whole hour before getting seen while watching people who checked in after me were getting seen. When I went to the front desk to ask how much longer before I can be seen she told me to wait instead of asking my name and giving me an estimated time. Never going there again! Smh

Tried to get my Grandmothers labs done, but the lady was fairly rude didnt want to put in her medicaid #... Then wanted to charge her well over $200.00. We ended up having to drive back over to Roswell the next day to get it done at another Labcorp (all cover no cost to her).

Read the reviews and was very hesitant to visit this location but was so glad I did.Made an appointment for 9:15am on a weekday, got there 8:55am and did the mobile check-in. About 2 minutes later got text saying they were ready for me. Went straight to the desk, the tech greeted me, verified who I was, and I immediately went to the back for my test. The tech, I think Kristan?, explained everything and was very professional and nice. I was finished and back in my car by 9:05am. Seeing how my experience was a lot different than most, maybe going for a weekday morning appointment is the best bet.

The front desk was extremely rude the day of 2/09/21 from 1-3:30. Never going back to this location nor would I recommend this location to anyone in the near future. You are there to assist and be helpful to your clientele so that they may be seen. You are not there to belittle, yell, or to just sit someone down because of their lack of English while everyone else gets helped. There were two people there, maybe one could take a moment to try and be understanding. If you don’t like why you do, change jobs. What you do not do is take your frustration out on customers who are already there because they are hurting or for their health not because they te there to bother you. The company should talk to there receptionists about good service and how sometimes that includes going the extra mile for those who need a little extra assistance.

My daughter, a college student, had gine to this location for bloodwork this week. She had told me about the cost, which was over $500 for the procedure. She had spoken to her mom, and mom said she would pay half. I told her not to worry about that, and we will figure it out later. Daughter stated to me that the front desk person, upon hearing about this, gave a dismissive sigh, and told her to sit down. Maybe because of daughters youth, the office person demonstrated a really rude attitude toward her. I am about to call the doctors office and let them know of their attitude and behavior. Maybe the doctor will prefer another clinic to work with. Unacceptable.

This place is so unorganized its unreal. I went in to receive blood work gave them the paperwork for my doctors office for the test needed. They sent me home with a 24 hour urine analysis. I brought it back to them and they ask me wheres my paperwork? I responded to them I wasnt given any paperwork they just gave me this giant jug and told me to urinate and bring it back. They had no idea my paperwork where it went who drew my blood they said that they would have to call customer service to get a copy of the order. And then told me I need to call my doctor to have the order resubmitted to them. This is the craziest thing Ive ever heard of when dealing with somebodys health. Try to find a different LabCorp to go to.

I have been to this location twice for lab work now and both times the staff were super friendly and fast! Even when they were swamped and there was only two of them working they worked quickly and efficiently and still treated me with respect and care. I’d recommend this location to anyone needing labs done.

The waiting process is a little haggling because you check in, wait until they call you and then check in again. But once I got called back, Martina was excellent! Calmed my nerves and explained the process. Had me out in no time. Hard to social distance inside so maybe a better delivery system for the people that have to stand outside.

I was skeptical because of the bad reviews, but I had to go in and get multiple tests done, including a 2-hour lactose tolerance test (getting blood taken 5 different times over the course of 2 hours).I arrived at my check in time at 8:45a and was taken back within 30 minutes. I had Kimberly and she was incredibly sweet throughout the entire process and very good at what she does, trying to make me as comfortable as possible. In between each time I had to get my blood drawn, and multiple different staff members were very empathetic and talked to me (including the general manager) to help pass the time. Very impressed by this location!

The reviews are right, folks. This place appears to be shortstaffed causing some serious health concerns. Due to covid, Labcorp allows people to sign in from their car and then sends a text when its their turn. I got a text, went inside and ended up having to provide my information again to the front desk person and then I stood in a lobby full of people. When my name was called, I was moved to a chair in the hallway along with 4 other people. From the time I got my text to the time I had my procedure was around 20 minutes. If I were to catch something, it would be from today

Truly horrendous. I tried to call them on four different occasions during their regular hours to schedule an appointment. Never got anyone to answer nor did they return voicemails. Went to the location at 12:20 pm only to find that they take lunch from 12:30-1:30 (which is not anywhere on their site or voicemail). When I tried to walk in, it was already locked and the people inside didn’t even come out to say anything, only stared then went off to lunch early through the back door. Lucky for them, they are not in the business of needing return customers. I still find in extremely distasteful.

I would like to start by saying I was a bit nervous due to the reviews. That being said I arrived for my 8:45 appointment at 8:35 and was out by 8:53. The woman drawing my blood was very friendly. She also did a great blood draw and I barely felt the stick. I would definitely come back for future lab work. I have chemical sensitivity syndrome and was not affected here. My only thing they could improve on is a friendly and quick hello greeting when you arrive. It was a bit of a cold feeling lobby. Over all though. Good experience. And I hope people will see the new reviews.

The good: Convenient location, efficient computerized check-in process, and the wait wasn’t as bad as I expected based on the number of people there (~10). The bad: the wait room is small and was pretty crowded. Folks weren’t required to wear masks (apparently neither were staff), and even though this seemed unsafe in covid times, I was told NOT to wait outside. Also, my blood draw left me w a giant bruise at the site—an occurrence that seems to vary by the skill of the phlebotomist...

This particular labcorp is currently under NEW management... and its fantastic! No long lines (I came early and with all the correct documentation). The place was clean, front desk women were polite, Kimberly was especially helpful and sweet. The old reviews dont apply anymore, because old employees are no longer apart of the staff. Kimberly has really turned this place around...👏 👏

I have been there a few times in the past. It was not pleasant. But today. I was greeted with a huge Hello, bout scared me because I was not expecting it. It was a blessing to be cared for by such sweet ladies. Tammy, who I learned is the Supervisor is W-O-N-D-E-R-F-U-L. I left there laughing so hard with no fears of returning again. Please do not hesitate to get your labs done there. Walk In or Appt they will take good care of you.

I brought my mother in law for a blood screen recently. Her orders were not covering with her insurance. Kim called the doctors office to try and get more information from the doctor that would help insurance cover the costs for her. She was able to get the information needed for it to go through. She called her in relatively quick as well walking her to the back. Experienced phleb! My mother in law is a tough stick, she got her on the first time despite us telling her the hospital had missed a few times because she has pretty poor veins. If you’re a tough one, ask for her!

The sweetest ladies ever! My 1 year old daughter had to get tested for allergies. They were patient, professional, extremely kind and took their time to ensure my daughter had minimal pain. They got my daughter comfortable and discussed which vein would be best. They made this experience as pleasant as they could for my daughter and I.

My first experience at this location was great. I was a little overwhelmed when I walked into a crowded waiting room. Everyone signed in and the staff moved the line quickly. I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment and was taken back on time. Very friendly and attentive staff.

I called to try to make an appointment three times. All three times I waited for the extensively long recording to end only to be hung up on each time. The first time I came in was at 1pm. According to their phone recording and website, their hours for lunch when they are closed are 12-1pm however they were still closed for another 30 minutes according to the time posted on a piece of paper taped to the window. I was on a tight schedule that day so I could not wait and had to leave. So, I came back the next day. When I finally got in to get my blood test, no one was behind the counter for about 10 minutes. When someone did come out she was very rude and short with each person she worked with. I asked if they were having trouble with their phones because I was unable to make an appointment to which she responded if no one is at the counter no one is going to answer the phone. I ended up having to wait for about 30 minutes because I was unable to make an appointment. When I finally got to my actual test, the woman was quiet yet still very nice. However because of my experience leading up to it, I will not be coming here for further tests and I recommend that you do not either.

I don’t usually give places bad reviews, but I had to on this one. Going into this LabCorp was the worst experience I’ve had in months. When I first came in, the lady at the front was at a coffee maker and only told me after a moment of me wandering around to sign in. Once she called me to the back, she told me to go into a room and gave me a cup, never once answering my questions or turning to look at me. She gave me my cup, as I was there for a pre-employment drug screening, and I went to the bathroom. I just started my period, so my urine contained traces of blood in it, making it a brownish color. When I brought it out to this lady, however, she looked at my sample and said with a disgusted look on her face “Did you poop in that?”Embarrassed, of course, I told her that I hadn’t and explained that I was on my period. Undeterred, she continued to look at my sample in disgust, continuing to ask me again, “Did you poop in that? Because they won’t take it if there’s poop in it.”Again, I explained that I was on my period. Still unconvinced, however, she made me write my initials on the cup and wash my hands.Throughout the entire experience, she didn’t look at me for long enough to see if she had a name tag on. But she was an African American lady in a white coat.In the future, I will make absolute certain to take my business elsewhere and to recommend that my peers steer clear of this place.

Real mixed bag here. I was apprehensive after reading all the bad reviews online, and the express check-in process isnt really express, since there are also people without appointments who have to take several minutes to type in all their information, when I was waiting there with just a scan code that would do everything in 10 seconds. One of the women at the front desk was really helpful and kind, the other was pretty serious and unsmiling. The woman who took my blood seemed nervous and imexperienced, and it ended up taking two people to get my blood. I dont have a problem with needles, but I left feeling nauseated and shaky. I hope I never ever EVER have to go back here again.

I Was in and out in 15 minutes (I had all my paperwork pre filled out online)Guys, DONT BRING YOUR KIDS to your drug screening its not allowed (legally), also dont flush the toilet while taking a drug test, lastly you HAVE TO fill the pee cup TO THE LINE. Yes I saw these 3 things happen with 3 different people in the 15 minutes I was there. I was worried reading all the mostly bad reviews of all the Labcorp locations. I made sure to print out my lab order, showed up at 9:30 on a Tuesday morning and was in and out in 10 minutes. I DID witness another customer come in without her orders printed out and she got turned away. So, folks, print out your stuff beforehand. Real simple...

Worst place for blood work (customer service and professional wise). The ladies that work here seem annoyed at all times and have an attitude even when you havent done anything to them. I was called to the counter after I signed in and when I got up to the counter the lady looked at me like I was crazy as she rudely had her hand out waiting for me to provide her my paper work. She didnt ask for my paper work, she just had her hand out like I was supposed to read her mind and automatically know what she wanted (she could have need my id, insurance, credit card, etc).To make matters worst, the phlebotomist I had (Wendy) seemed inexperienced and I am sure I will have an ugly bruise on my arm tomorrow. She was the nicest of the ladies but I could tell that she was not very experienced at drawing blood since she kept probing/digging in my arm for my vein. The blood was flowing fine but then she loosened her grip and I believe she lost my vein. I have never had an issue getting my blood drawn but today was quite painful when she probed around for the vein (they usually do it in 1 shot for me). In the end she had to call one of the ladies from the counter (the same lady that called me to the counter) to complete my blood work on a different arm. Avoid this place!

I went yesterday to have blood drawn for my new job. The lady was distracted by someone talking to her while the needle was in my arm. I politely told the gabbing woman to please stop distracting the woman with the needle in my arm. The gabbing lady rudely said, “I’m sorry;” and stormed off. I told the lady drawing my blood that I just didn’t want a bruise; my rationale for doing this is because I could feel the needle moving in my arm. Now, I get to walk around looking like a junkie. Talking about a fax can wait two minutes. I am a healthcare worker and PATIENT ALWAYS COMES FIRST! The staff here needs to get with the program. Primum non nocere.

Absolutely worst place Ive EVER been for bloodwork. Due to their location, and my insurance, theyre really my only option but at this point, Im willing to pay extra money to go elsewhere. I get bloodwork once a month for medical reasons and the staff is always angry, irritated, and just generally in a bad mood. You will wait and wait and then wait some more. Do yourself a huge favor and go somewhere else.

Ive been a few times only because its the only lab close to me, and every time has been a negative experience. First of all, the hours here are incredibly inconvenient, the wait times are ridiculous, the staff is rude, and HIPAA is a term theyve likely never heard before. Every time I go its at least an hour wait, and they never have the necessary paperwork. I work in a doctors office so Im understanding of the occasional paperwork mixup and long-ish wait times when its busy, but not every single time when theres only a few people waiting.

I only come in to drop off my sons bloodwork. The staff is never nice. Only the African American woman has been kind to break down the process. The short blonde woman raised her voice at me with an attitude, telling me I have to come in the back and call in my sons blood for it to be ran STAT. I sent my family to drop off bloodwork for me since I had to work and they also said the blonde woman was very nasty to a man trying to come get his blood drawn. As well as my family. Eye rolling and no care for others. Weve been to so many places. My sons had 16 surgeries so imagine how many we go through. They never asked me if I was a nurse or a parent and always made it difficult. The people and their attitudes are a Shame for people who are care givers are supposed to empathise with others. This place needs new staff. ASAP! Place also needs cleaning. Will not be returning to this location.I hope this helps

The wait was short but Ill never take my child back again. They dont have butterfly needles, they stuck my four year old twice and moved the needle around trying to draw blood. His arm looks like it was butchered. They werent even sure they got enough blood for the test needed after they finished. Never take a small child there for any kind of bloodwork.
