Came in on a late Saturday afternoon with a new set of wheels still in boxes, new tires on another set that I brought in and yet Sebastian and his Team had me all swapped out and mounted up looking good in just a few hours! Way to go! Awesome job!

This shop was amazing! I went on Sunday afternoon and I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I just needed an oil change, they explained that it may take some time. It only took about 30 minutes. Very nice people working there! I will definitely go back to them in the future!

Great experience! I had an unexpected trip out of town and needed my vehicle road trip worthy ASAP. Sebastian got me in and out making sure to check everything. He was super friendly and not pushy about repairs. He was honest and told me what did and did not need to be done right away. My vehicle made the 1500 mile trip with zero issues. Sebastian is AMAZING! Stopped by on my way home from work today in a panic because my (essentially) brand new car was losing pressure in my back left tire. Turns out it was a nail in my tire and I needed a patch+plug to fix it. He reassured me that the job would be easy and made me feel less stressed about it all. To top it all off, he didn’t even charge me for the repair! Mavis tire will have my business from now on, no question!

I probably have not had a nail or anything in my tire for at least 10 years…and of course, I had two instances in the last two weeks. Sebastian, Location Manager, at the Towne Lake location (next to Aldi) was amazing. I really had no extra time to deal with this. He got me in right away, and out before I knew it. I should note, I called another tire shop who said they could get me in…in two days. Sebastian and Mavis Tire won a new client by simply treating me like a priority and understanding my time crunch. This is the only location I will EVER bring my vehicle to! I haven’t been in Woodstock very long but I have been to this specific location multiple times and they are always honest, professional, discuss price and options before ever working on my car, and the office and waiting area is always clean and well-kept! As a young woman who doesn’t know that much about cars, I feel confident knowing I will not be taken advantage of because I’m not a mechanic myself. I have even referred multiple of my female friends to this location because they are that trustworthy! Also, Devon up front is a STAR employee!! He deserves all the accolades and a raise ASAP!!

I had an amazing experience with Mavis Tire late last Friday. I needed 2 tires patched and didnt know if I was too late in the day But the manger, Kaumi took care of my tire leaks right away. He was very pleasant, had a nice smile and showed a genuine desire to help. And the kicker is, this cost less than expected.

Ran into an issue with a tire running low while out of town and thankfully Mavis was close. The guys at this location are exceptional. Professional staff, they go above and beyond to get you in and out and on your way. Very friendly and beyond reasonable!!!!

After a 16 month-long medical journey took us away from home, I returned to find two of our vehicles needing serious TLC. At a minimum, they both needed new batteries and tires due to the lengthily exposure sitting in the driveway. The service technicians and store manager were wonderful helping me to understand what was needed to get them safely back on the road without worry. They came up with service plans that I could live with, and my second car was ready for pickup yesterday. It was great to get back into my Scion XB (Box-Car Willie) and know I’ll be getting 31 miles per gallon again! This was my first time going to this Mavis location. I was greeted by Devon who was professional, curious, polite and very informative. He immediately reassured me that the tires I purchased online were going to be installed properly without any additional scratches to my wheels (rims) and that he would personally see that my concerns were addressed. I couldnt have been more pleased when I picked up my car. The installer Louis also came out and explained how he took extra care in addressing my concerns and answered any questions I had regarding the handling, wear on the tires and camber. I will continue to use this particular Mavis location and tell friends/family to visit this location as long as Devon and Louis are employed there! I hope their manager as well as corporate recognize their efforts and awesome customer service! 5 Stars for those two employees!!

Was in dire straits, needing an electrical system diagnosis. These guys took great care of me, cold and tired from pulling the overnight shift at the Waffle House nearby. Didnt try to price gouge, or anything. In fact, Im a little suspicious they may have found some back room discount on the battery i needed and installed it to get me back on the road home to my family safely. I was treated respectively and courteously. They actually were able to get the exact tire I needed within a couple of days. Other Tire places said it was on back order for six months. Their prices are competitive as well. I highly recommend Mavis Tires & Brakes on Eagle Drive next to Aldi, they are knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

I was a long time customer of Kaufmann Tire. When the location I had been using became Mavis, the dustomer service tanked and the advice was not always accurate. I had 2 flat tires on my garden cart last week and with reluctance, I visited this Mavis location. They checked and filled my tires quickly, without charge. They were professional, courteous and efficient. What a change from my previous experience at the other location! The next day I needed my tires checked prior to a long trip. I stopped again and received the same wonderful service! This location has earned my business back! Mavis management shoudl take note! These gentlemen exemplify the service I had for many years with Kaufmann and have regained a former disgruntled customer!!

The assistant manager Devon Williams actually took the time to explain the wear on my tires. I went in to buy all new tires and he explained I only needed two tires and why. I never felt like I was being up sold or scammed and it’s nice to go in and have somebody actually give you wonderful customer service. This is the Mavis by the Aldo, because there are 2 in Towne Lake.
