Amazing place check in 9:20 AM 945 empty

Awesome staff checked in 6.45 am I have appointment at 9 am was given a door I’m out 7.20 am can’t ask for better than that

Be patient during check in for delivery. It takes a minute but once in the door they get you unloaded quickly. Two truck stops less than 3 miles away.

2.75 hours in their dock. Same day they attempted to argue that they werent going to pay detention based on a claim that I dropped the trailer and left for an hour. If youre going to lie at least make it believable. I mean I have a gps trackers on my truck, my ELD, my dash cam, your OWN surveillance footage of your lot and the fact that you call us to get our paperwork when you finish so it is logged in my phone when you called. That is honestly the most ridiculous claim I have ever heard a warehouse make.

Was the first one here and the last unloaded.. they’re only fast if you’re Hispanic and they lied in the office by telling me my appt was at 7:30 and they would get me a door by then and it took 3 hours to get a door!

They were super unprofessional and put my husband on a pedestal because of his good work ethic, but when he got injured they chastised him and demoted him. And the managers constantly showed up late.
