I have had my taxes done with Court Street Taxes for over 20 years and she is awesome. She is extremely knowledgeable and is always up to date with any changes that may have occurred during the year. She spends the necessary time with us to make sure we have all the paperwork and completes the entire process while in the office. Due to the confidence in her, we asked if she could do our daughters taxes even when she lives out of state- which she did. I will be a life long customer of Court Street Taxes.

Worst experience ever!!! We had an appointment with Paulette at 9am and when we got to the office it said closed my husband knocked and she finally came to the door. We entered her office and she was already around the corner and sitting at her desk with her back to us. She did not even acknowledge our presence and when she did she was just plain RUDE! I gave her our tax information and as she was asking some questions, and I asked her questions. I am a like to know kind of girl. About 5 minutes in she pushed the paper work to me and said that I have a full plate and if you are going to question everything I say I cant help you. I was shocked. My husband and I looked at each other and we just didnt know what to say. I told her I am trying to understand not Question her. She said she does not have time for this. My husband was already out the door. I told her that was not my intention and I hoped she had a better day. Wow, we were escorted out....I guess $250.00 isnt enough to answer some fairly basic tax questions. So be it, off to find a reasonable tax preparer.
