So initially when they came over, it was a decent clean. Seems like they used dirty towels to clean the house because the house smelled terrible after they left. Looked clean though. Well I called to schedule a cleaning for Dec 16th @ 12:30pm. They called me at 12:28pm to cancel my appointment. Really? Because I have guest coming over for the Christmas week, i rescheduled for Dec 23rd 2017. I specifically told them how important this was and a week notice should give them enough time. Well guess what, they cancelled again because their worker doesnt want to work. The girl that returned my call gave no reason other than that. They knew how important this cleaning was and totally disregarded my request from over a week ago. They couldnt call me earlier? They waited again till the last minute to change plans and now we are stuck with no time left for a backup plan. That is poor business practice to the fullest! I am done with them. This is a poor excuse for a business. I guess its really true when people say, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! So Thank You Lopez Housecleaning for not fulfilling your business promise and commitment to good service. You can keep your soiled towels and use them elsewhere.
