Service was good but when I got on line I ask for a bigger vehicleI drive a Chevy Malibu I wanted a vehicle about the same size but got a slightly smaller vehicleOther wise everything was good

Our household had the misfortune of a car accident occur and our insurance pointed us to Enterprise in Woodland to help us transition through the process. They were helpful with every phone call, quick and precise. Upon picking up the car, the process was simple and brief. The car we rented was very clean and when it was time to return the car, they were flexible and even offered to pick our rental vehicle up from the auto body shop where our car repairs happened. This kind of customer care, customer service is rare these days. Personable, attentive, we felt very confident with this establishment and appreciate the operation they are running. I have a contract for repairs on my car. The warranty covered a rental for up to ten days and it was supposed to only cost me five dollars a day out of pocket.Enterprise price gouged me and said I would have to pay 20+ a day. I cant afford it as I am a single parent and its Christmas. I have the voicemails and if it isnt changed to reflect it Im calling better business bureau. Other than that they are polite on the phone.No thank you.I will never rent a car from them.

I was just at the Enterprise in Woodland CA. I yelled multiple tines for help because nobody was at the front desk. I was being completely ignored!! Horrible customer service!!

I rented a kia soul here, they were nice and somewhat accommodating and made it simple and easy, I rented the car for 2 days on a Thursday and I’m supposed to bring it back on the morning of Saturday. When Saturday finally came, I called them and spoke to their female manager, I asked if I could return the car on Monday and asked will there be a penalty or would I be charged an extra 2 days? (I know Im lazy, I just was tired of the trip I went on so I asked if I could return it on Monday) the female manager checked my info and told me that it was ok and I wouldn’t be charged for it, I was surprised but felt happy that they wouldn’t charge me, I didn’t use the car on the weekends and just rested, on Monday morning I went to the gas station (Mind you, when I rented the car it was 3/4 full, but I thought, what the heck, they’ve been nice so I will fill it up, and so I did) I returned the car and lo and behold they charged me an extra 2 days, when I confronted the manager about it, she had a complete 360 and told me that it is unreasonable for them to give an extra 2 days free and that I used their car so I need to pay an extra even though on Saturday she said on the phone that I could return it on Monday free of charge! she didn’t budge, so I called their higher ups and the man I talked to on the phone basically said the same thing, and sided with the manager.In conclusion, they support each other even when they lie to their customers, just to get an extra buck!! I ended up paying for the extra and plan to never rent a car there again. horrible customer service and felt cheated and tricked out of my money.

Great staff simple process convenient

Customer service was excellent. Vehicle smelled bad of cigarettes and it was dusty. Salesman knew it smelled bad when he brought it out and had back windows down. I had to stop and buy febreeze. Febreezed it daily several times a day. When I took it back they gave me a discount off the bill and apologized for it.

Went in last minute for a car (my own car was in the shop)...they were short on cars but came up with something...very much appreciated!

Enterprise Woodland has always given me great service and have gone out of their way to accommodate me and my crazy schedule.

The service at this location was excellent. The car I reserved wasnt available so Ana provided me with an upgrade free of charge. When I returned the vehicle they were promt in processing me out and provided a ride back to my location. I will definitely use their service again.

I asked for a Tahoe they gave me a suburban instead that’s not a big problem the big problem was the broken glass that was falling in my lap from the Sunvisor that I guess the previous person that rented the vehicle broke it and didn’t tell anybody and enterprise didn’t notice it either until I rented it

Friendly, convenient service. Reasonably priced. I rented a Ford Focus. Car was very clean but had acceleration problems.

Ordered online and was quoted one price and when I returned the van it was a higher price.

No refunds for overfill of gas during return.close on sundays.staff is exceptionally good.

My wife and I usually use the Woodland CA rental location due to its convenience and the employees. Recently however, the customer service has been on the decline with the most recent experience being the worst.We made a reservation for a vehicle over a month ago to allow for ample time to get a vehicle on site. I called the location 2 days prior to scheduled pickup to change the time and schedule a driver to pick up my wife and bring her to get the vehicle. They were able to change the pickup time but would not schedule a driver unless we called the day of. This was fine until the day of.On the day of the scheduled pickup, my wife called at 8:57AM and stated that she would like to be picked up for a scheduled time of 9AM. JP said the driver was out and would be leaving in about 10-15 minutes which would put him at our house a little before 930 which was more than fine since my wife didnt have to be to work until 11. However, 930 rolled around with no driver and my wife was standing outside waiting for him at this point. My wife is patient so she figured give him a few more minutes. The few more minutes turned into her calling the rental location at 9:54 to see what was going on while still standing outside (about 30 mimutes so far). The guy that answered the phone said there was no information for a pick up and JP did not tell him of one. This was nearly an hour after my wife was supposed to be picked up and they hadnt even started the arrangements. The driver left at this time which did not put him at my wifes location until 10:15. By time she had the car and was back at the house, it was 10:40 which only gave her 20 minutes to get ready for work and get to work.The overall experience was extremely stressful and unorganized. The only person throughout this entire ordeal that was professional and freindly was the driver who picked up my wife. He is the only reason we gave two stars instead of one. He appologized multiple times and made sure that she was taken care of while in his care. He was the only reason we did not cancel our reservation and go elsewhere at this time. The employees in the office need to take the extra step to help the drivers when the are busy. The customer should always come first unless you are dealing with Enterprise in Woodland.We will no longer be using this location even for the convenience factor. It is not worth dealing with people who do not care about the customer.

Atleast 1 of the staff is an a hole. . Needed to modify the contract and thw bitcj hung up and wouldnt answer.. had to call a different location

I am from Kansas, I have rented twice from them when I was in woodland, both times they where great and got me right in a car, I didnt know how to rent a car never had, called them to find out about renting,they put me in a cute car when I needed it an extra day I just had to call and extend my day. Came back to cali a 2nd time rented with them again, they didnt not have the car I wanted so they upgraded me to another car which was even nicer for the same price, again all I had to do was call to extend days, was a little late getting it back and they didnt mind, this place is great to rent from, if I ever come back to cali I will rent from here, both times was a good experience.
