From the time I moved into the complex the staff is extremely professional and shows genuine care for the residents. The facility is always kept well maintained and beautiful. When problems or repairs are needed the maintenance crew is swift to address it. This is a safe community in which you can live, grow, and thrive in no matter what is going on in the world. I call Eaglewood Apartments my home.

Just experienced really great customer service with Anya! She was able to help me with my maintenance issue immediately. I just moved in not too long ago and she has made me feel very comfortable to go to her for any issue. Helps that she can speak Spanish to!

This apartment complex is beautiful. However, the best thing about this place is their office staff. Anya helped us move in and she is absolutely fantastic. She is very kind, compassionate, and empathic which made everything that much better. Moving is always tough no matter where you’re moving to but she helped us in every way possible to make it a smooth transition.

Being from Seattle Washington it wasnt easy for me to find my way around Woodland Ca. Everyone Ive met here at Eaglewood has helped me find places Im not familiar with. I have met several ladies and men who are friendly here at Eaglewood. Sorry the office had closed but glad it is now open with an appt. Cant wait for the pool to open to meet more people. The staff has also been helpful when I needed help.

The staff at Eaglewood have been awesome, specifically Anya! During the application and move-in process Anya was very professional, responsive, and kind. While arriving to the location I was impressed with the up keep of the apartment complex and the area. The apartments are spacious and management does a good job with maintaining any issues that present themselves . Alex Garcia provides great customer service as the maintenance manager and will never let you down with any issues you need a hand with.

Horrible! Applied and called numerous times, finally got back with us a week later, we put a deposit down and they said they would email us our lease info to sign. 3 weeks later we found a house to rent instead and when we finally got ahold of them a month later they still decided to keep our 600$ deposit! Have since called 5 times and emailed twice with still no response. These people will cheat you! Stay clear!

These apartments are so nice and the complex is beautiful! I reached out inquiring about a studio apartment and was helped by Debbie. Anya has been a very responsive individual here at Eaglewood. We applied/got approved / got the keys in 3 days!!She is very polite and professional and connects with you on a personal level. The only thing I would want to change about Eaglewood is their phone systems.People there are great so far.

I’m Derrick, and Eaglewood apartments has been my home since late 2017, and I have zero complaints, staff has always been a delight to work with, specifically Anya and Victor J, they are my 2 people I look forward to working with with any issues, Victor for maintenance and Anya for any account needs, the cleanliness and upkeep of the complex itself is always above par, also quiet, kid friendly and gated, gonna be hard to say goodbye when I eventually get into my house but I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for the aforementioned. 5 of 5 stars;

My grandma has lived here for some years and recently renewed her lease EARLY because the change in management. Debbie was able to accommodate her to sign her lease early AND in person not electronically. My grandma was asked to leave google review, but is not able too. She asked me to let the owners know how happy she is. My grandma said Debbie is very nice, sweet and was very helpful with her.

Customer service was excellent! I currently moved to Sacramento seeking a studio or 1 bedroom apartment. I came across Eaglewood apartments and scheduled a tour. When I got to my appointment I was welcomed by Ms. Debbie. Due to COVID She made sure all precautions and safety measures were taken to have a safe tour. Ms. Debbie made sure all my questions were answered and I appreciate her honesty. Although Im still shopping around, Id like to thank Ms. Debbie and the whole staff!

I had the pleasure of talking to Anya and she was absolutely wonderful. I had so many questions and she had even more answers. I came for tour but due to COVID 19 they are only doing virtual tours which I understand and the virtual tour was still amazing. It shows everything I wanted to know and anything it didn’t Anya was right there with all the knowledge in the world.

Just moved into the apartment and needed some maintenance (electrical and checking of the washer/dryer). Victor was very responsive and helpful. He changed the light switch in the bathroom that wasnt working properly and checked the other outlets to make sure that they were okay. He answered my questions about the washer/dryer and checked to make sure they were working properly as well. Before he left he asked if there was anything else that we needed to have looked at or taken care of. He wrote down service reminders for the two items he couldnt take care of right away and said that he would check back with us to make sure that we were satisfied. He provided excellent service. WOW! What an amazing property and staff. I so am glad I stopped by Eaglewood in search of my new home. I was greeted professionally by Debbie as she went through the COVID-19 health precautions that they are taking. As we began our tour she went over some great insights about the property and the neighboring area. She was able to answer all my questions and made me feel “right at home :)” sadly to say, the living arrangement that I am looking for is not available. But all in all.. great place!

With the fires surrounding Humboldt County, and COVID cases rising, I thought housing would be a difficult thing for me. I searched different cities, different complexes within my area yet not one caught my eye the way this one did. With the help of lovely Anya, I was able to set up and take a virtual tour of the Eaglewood Apartments. Not only did I find the place to be such a right fit for me, I as well am grateful I found a welcoming staff like Anya to guide me into knowing that this is where I plan to start my new life. I definitely recommend checking in here and getting to know these welcoming individuals who have relieved me from any concerns.

Just moved in and really like this apartment. Ania was very helpful with my move in and was flexible. Nice neighborhood ! Plus I can walk to my fav store Costco! There are so many stores in your walking distance.

I did a virtual tour on Saturday with Debbie. Debbie was very very pleasant and helpful even though I was looking to move in late January. She was able to show me what great floor plans they have to offer and amenities. I definitely will be calling back.

Came in today and had Ania take me on a tour of a 1 bed, 1 bath. She was very helpful with all my questions and concerns. To my surprise the apt was much bigger than I had thought! I love how the floors looked and how in the bedrooms it was carpet which prefer.

Corina is amazing! I was relocating for work, and Eaglewood was on the list of places to see. She was so friendly and answered all of my questions. Plans changed and ended up moving to Portland. When I told her I had to cancel, she went out of her way to help me find some places there. You dont get that type of customer service anymore. If you plan on checking them out, ask for Corina!

Whenever I call apartment homes, the staff I speak with are very unpleasant over the telephone. However, I had the pleasure of speaking with Eaglewood’s assistant, Anya. She was super knowledgeable & kind. She conducted a virtual tour & was very informative. Unfortunately, there isn’t any 2 bed/2 bath available as of right now which is what I’m looking for but I just wanted to say thank you to Anya for her professionalism & friendliness!

I lived here for 1 year and had a very good experience with the front office folks and the maintenance worker s specifically Victor. They are all very helpful and prompt. In the entire time I needed maintenance done very few times and each time Victor was there very professional prompt and on top of things.I moved coz they raised rent and 2200$ for a 2bd2bt was not at all reasonable. The neighborhood is very noisy and traffic picks up before 5 am, lots of police activity, sirens etc. Nice apts but not a good location overall. They are pricey for Woodland especially given COVID-19.

My boyfriend and I moved in a few weeks ago. The Eaglewood staff was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. There were a couple of things that needed taken care of and they were on top of it right away. Overall a great experience moving in and we love our apartment!

I have been a resident of Eaglewood Apts. since mid January 2020. Unfortunately most of my tenancy has been during the pandemic, so I have not been able to enjoy the amenities that this complex has to offer. The old management was really not up to par. I moved into a dirty apartment with electrical issues. The first 10 months of my tenancy nothing was done. I am happy to say that Eaglewood is under new management in both the office and the maintenance team. It is like night and day. The complex is better kept. I put it in a third request for maintenance on my apartment and I couldn’t be happier with the response. Starting with Anya in the office, And then the last two days with Deana who is quite frankly the most detail oriented person I have ever met. She corrected the electrical problems in my apartment and I could now use my outlets in my kitchen and dining room. She fixed many other things in my apartment, and even a couple of things that she noticed that I had not noticed. Deana is going to be a great asset to Eaglewood! PJ building E

Best apartments I’ve ever lived in.

Placed a work order with office Onya on Wednesday. Victor came right away and addressed the situation. Unfortunately I have to wait for a part but Debbie the manager call and follow up with me to make sure I knew. Happy to have such nice staff that take care of me.

OMG everything from the application process to the move in experience was so seamless! I was a bit nervous helping my mother move in with an all virtual process but the staff was so friendly and helpful especially Debbie which eased my mind. Debbie made sure that everything was going to be ready for us. That fact that I could pay online was so cool! Keys and apartment were teady on time as promised! I will definitely recommend this property to my friends.

The apartments are nice, however there is a HUGE issue with the office NEVER answering the phone!! I have lived here a year now and have only been able to contact the office one time. Ive had an ongoing issue with another tenant parked in my assigned parking spot for 6 months now! Ive tried all forms of contact to the office and no results. Its frustrating that they are not there for their tenants to listen to or resolve any issues. A few other issues with upkeep such as power washing needed and smokers, but all and all been a nice place to live.

Due to COVID I have been unable to tour many places. Debbie gave me a personalized tour through ZOOM. Although i was not able to physically see the apartment i felt like i was there in person. Her time and patience was appreciated. We were looking for a 3 bedroom apartment, but she insisted we take a look at their large 2 bedroom 2 bath,. We did not rent here because lack of a third bedroom. However our virtual tour was a great experience and the only complex that offered this service during the shelter in place. thank you Debbie.

Victor is great at getting our requests done in a timely manner. Debby and Anya have been very helpful with the new trash services questions. I dont like that i will pay for the services i didnt ask for, but i suppose it will be beneficial during winter when it is cold and raining.

My boyfriend toured with Debbie on Monday and he was so impressed with the community and precautions taken for COVID upon walking into the office. It was such a pleasant experience and we’ve recommended this place to our other friends that are looking to move.

I had an experience at Eaglewood Apartments in Woodland where my girlfriend lives and I just had to share. My girlfriend was having issues with one of her appliances and we both had no clue what to do (sorry babe not good at this kinda stuff). Walking to my car, I just so happen to run into an employee and I advised him of the issue my girlfriend was having. With no hesitation, he asked if he could go see it right away because he had little time to spare before his lunch and right away he fixed her issue with no problem at all. After further talking to him, he mentioned he was the maintenance supervisor Victor and if we need anything else to just contact his work phone or front office. This man went the extra mile which is the reason why he the supervisor. Thank you Victor.

I lived in Eagelwood Apt for a year. Upon moving in there was a different manager. The apartments are nice and I didnt encounter any problems living there, however I will say the complex is not kid friendly given the fact that the only play area that was availabe was a small swing set and a jungle gym. I selected the apartments because of the size of the units and the pool for my grandkids. The pool area was never open for use. It looks pretty thought and when Covid hit everything closed down even the weight room. The parking spaces are very small which was very hard on the cars and not enough open parking. Now with all that being said. The new managers came right before Covid and have done a great job with what they have to work with. I had the privilege to meet Debbie Romero. Everytime I spoke with her she was very pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. She addressed my concerns immediately and made sure I was satisfied with the results. Thank You Debbie for all your help. Eaglewood should be happy they have a Community Manager of your caliber..

Did a virtual tour and I walked the grounds myself. The complex looked clean. The leaser who did this virtual tour was very helpful. Didnt end up moving because of Covid but I probably would have picked this spot.

Although the price on the apartment was higher than everything else in town, it was well worth it considering the apartment layouts were perfect, the appliances were in great shape and ran smooth at all times, the amenities were very enjoyable, and much much more. I lived on the third floor of Eaglewood for over 2 years and it was the best renting experience I have ever had. The management was always quick to do repairs, maintenance, or anything I asked really. The unit itself was very nice and perfect for me at that time in my life. The pool and amenities along with the grasses and garden areas were all kept in tip top shape making the living experience more than just an apartment. Ashley and Erin at the front desk were phenomenal in making sure everything in my unit was perfect. I rarely had any issues, but if I did they were taken care of in less than 24 hours. In addition to that they made all of the paperwork extremely easy and even called me to pick up my packages at the front desk. And to top off my wonderful experience, I was returned the vast majority of my security deposit in a manner that I believe was more than fair. I have lived in multiple other complexes in Woodland, and strongly believe this is the best complex in town. I highly recommend living at Eaglewood.

I have emailed and called and have gotten no call back.All over the Internet their prices start at $700 for a studio but once you get on their website to apply they start at $1400 how can you double the cost and lie, and then on top of that not respond to people?So rude.
