Business has a monopoly in the area, service price is high and I’ve been charged overage ticket fees for garbage cans that were not mine. Have to watch bills closely and call to get the fees removed. Phone wait times were over 20 minutes. Hung up and got it fixed through chat. Stock is doing well as a result of customer gauging. No issues with the drivers, their service is solid.

Thought Id try them out again... same ol, same ol... They tell you yes when they know the answer is no.

Well I can say that this place is the greatest. These people deserve recinnation cause they are working hard on saving the green earth. Good job guys, & Thanks. Wish I could give negative stars. They skipped my house last week, told me theyd come back and get it in a couple days, neglected to ever come, and refused to credit my bill for the missed pick up. Dirty business...

Should be noted that they are picky with the garbage you bring and that they wont take certain items so people like me dont drive all this way just to be turned around.
